We were moving cross country and used a luggage mailing service which turned out to be very frustrating and time consuming once we got to the ups store. Fortunately for us, Jessica was the most patient and helpful associate I’ve ever met! She made the whole process way easier than it would have been otherwise. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!

They lost a package of mine which I had bought the insurance on. It has been two months and I can’t get reimbursed for the $40 shipping and the lost item. The people who work there promise to call back to resolve the issue and never do, I have been in the store several times trying to resolve the issue and nothing has happened. I won’t use this company ever again.

I came here for a very quick errand and the employee kept pulling her mask down to talk and wouldnt stay out of my personal space. Its a global pandemic, pull your mask over your whole mouth and nose like a grown up and act professionally for gods sake!

Absolutely unacceptable walking in to this store while yelling at your employees. I believe her name was Kyrsten was older she was yelling and one of her employees who was trying her best to do her job but instead of assisting her, she was yelling at her telling her how she should already know how to do her job. the girl was noticeably in distress. honestly that girl should find another job instead of dealing with people like that. utterly ridiculous .

I am amazed by the good reviews after what has happened to me. Too many intermingling employees, unprofessional service AND new and old management with WAYYYYYY TOO MUCH TIME ON THEIR HANDS!!!!! With both the 2665 Santa Rosa Ave and Fulton stores being owned by the same franchisee, Rakeesh Anaan, previously managed by some who had to move on AND take their fellow family member employee with them, and the CURRENT management carrying over EVERYTHING the same for customers, with the same intermingling rotating SHOW up whenever staff which impedes consumers posted hours, to say nothing of missing mail, and passports, drivers licenses, STATE Departments returns OF birth certificates TRACED to the store counter, but never getting into the addressees box, or even no receipts for one CASH >$400 order for computer printouts, I have to say I am SURPRISED BY SO many 5* reviews. BUT THEN, with those written by the manager, herself, and another family member, and even more by past and present employee friends, who COULDNT sell that AND EVERYTHING ELSE THE UPS STORES have to offer. After all, when customer service gets bad ENOUGH, dont bother with the owner-franchisee, submit your filings with the AG, FTC, USDOJ, USPS OIG, County Prosecutor, and BBB. And you might also contact UPS STORES INC BIG BOSS David Abney. Well...then....maybe not. You know the old adage...the entity that cannot PREVENT an act cannot COMDEMN it. Definitely., less than one star....or

I was in a rush to get things sent off to my family members and they were really helpful in helping me get everything done. I had a few toys and ornaments, but I realized I did not have anything to ship them in once or prevent them from breaking. They not only were really helpful in packing everything for me and helping me ship it out, but they were also super patient with me while I took care of my son. I thought the prices were fair too!

I came in to turn in some equipment to AT&T. Connie was helpful and explained everything I needed to know to ensure that AT&T was not going to charge me for a package that they might not say was returned. I was instructed to keep my receipt, and I was told exactly what to give to AT&T (tracking #) should they try to charge me $150 for possible missing equipment.Quick and helpful service! Under new ownership.Will be using them again!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I was trying to put an order of business cards, but it turns out the person responsible named Shanna decided to take a week off without even telling me! I basically wasted a WHOLE week for nothing! Never coming back here ever again.. .

Horrible experience.Event: Needed a package shipped overnight (By Friday) because military base mail is closed on weekends. My aunt shipped package from California to Texas at 3:50 PM. Cashier stated overnight delivery hadn’t been picked up yet(score). Paid $93 for NDA delivery.Issue: Package never delivered & never left California. Corporate representative said package was “picked up too late” for NDA delivery. Said package was shipped from store at 5:30 PM and overnight parcels are picked up at 4:30 PM. Receipt had a time stamp of 3:50 PM. Stated package could not be delivered until Monday. I asked if it could be delivered and held at a Texas UPS store in Saturday for pickup. Said package wasn’t available for “upgrade” to Saturday delivery. I asked why because even if it was too late the store sold a service it was incapable of providing. Was told to call the original store. Corporate manager said even if Saturday upgrade was possible, locating package while “on transit” could delay other packages. I asked her to contact warehouse location to confirm. Not even five minutes later “transit” located package and now all of a sudden Saturday upgrade is available. Package is supposed to be shipped & held at Texas location for pickup on Saturday. (We’ll see)Refund:Corporate manager told me to contact the store since it is “independent” from UPS. Called store. “Pat” said can’t file claim for 15 days and issue needed to be “looked into”. Gave Pat contact information. Looked online to verify. Website stated claim must be filed WITHIN 15 days. Attempted to call back. Calls weren’t answered 3 times until I blocked my number. Told Pat website was conflicting with her information. Finally said to fill out paper work for claim and manager “Jennifer” would give a refund. (We’ll see)

Great customer service. My NDA package was failed to be delivered at the scheduled time and the store manager immediately filed a claim for me and I received a check from UPS within 10 business days. Will definitely give them my business again

I really felt compelled to write this because of the excellent service I received from this particular UPS store Rebecca a woman that works there not only did she call me yesterday explain how the process works because I had a very important item that needed to be overnighted and I wasnt able to track it so she went above and beyond she called me yesterday reassuring me that it would be here you know to my location by 8:30 in the morning and then called me the next day and called and made sure that it was delivered called me make sure I was satisfied and everything was okay I mean I deal with a lot of customer service people and Rebecca Id have to say is outstanding in her follow-through was impeccable and just her ability and her humbleness to apologize for any inconvenience and just call me in a time where I was very nervous that a package wouldnt be received in the in a timely fashion so I would really like to shout out to Rebecca at the store off Santa Rosa avenue awesome awesome awesome great and I would recommend this UPS store over all of them in Santa Rosa

I wasnt able to send off my package because the owner/manager decided that he couldnt spare 1 small strip 1ft of packing tape to ship my package. Apparently his store cannot afford it! Packing tape is about $0.005 per foot, and possibly cheaper if you buy in bulk. The real reason... He wanted me to buy a full roll of his over priced packing tape at $3 a roll. Now I can understand not wanting to spend 10 minutes and 5 yards of tape on a big very un-prepared package, make them buy a roll, but for 1ft, really?The worst part of it was he was ready and willing to ship the package without tape! A complete lack of concern for packages is a complete fail in my opinion. He had scanned the package, weighted it and was ready to put it in the back when I asked about properly taping it.The owner/manager literally has no concept of customer service, which is why Im writing this review. As a business owner, Id much rather spend a couple cents making a customer happy than to risk them writing bad reviews and loosing them business but to each their own!

This is the most ridiculous and unreliable UPS i have ever been to. I dropped off 2 packages 1 for UPS and the other for USPS. The owner said that he would hand over the package to USPS. I dropped off the packages on Dec 11th 2014 and today is Dec 19th 2014 and my USPS package was never received by USPS and the owner of the UPS store says that he does not takes any ownership of the lost package and now I am at the loss of $65.00 because he lost the item.I would request everyone to read my review and other people review before you go to this store... I have dropped of my USPS return items to other UPS before and never had any issue but this UPS is off the hook.... Please think before you use it.
