I worked for this company for 14 years ! Never had any disciplinary or write ups . Then for no substantial reason, they released me and laid me off out of convenient . There reason for laying me off was Change of relationship . Thats what was given to me on my lay off letter. Simply put, they found a more cost efficient way to do my route. With 14 years of seniority and no disciplinary action, they had no substantial grounds to terminate me . So, they laid me off out of convenient instead. If this is there standard way of operating a business, then beware of calling on their services or seeking employment with them .

The company called when the driver Macias was at my residence. Unfortunately I was not at home because I had to take my wife to the hospital last minute. I hoped they would call prior to arrival. The driver Macias called me and placed the pallet where I asked in my driveway instead of on the street. I really appreciate that he took that extra effort which saves me time unloading the pallet. Thank you Macias!

I ordered heavy pallets of stone from home depot. I live in a very rural area with a long, twisting, steep driveway that traverses many large trees. Denver at Atech arranged for the right truck and crew to deliver these pallets of stones in a timely manner right up to my garage. When I got caught in a time crunch, he arranged for a special crew to make a delivery on a Friday night so I had them for a next-morning installation. I have read negatives reviews on this site by other customers but my experience was very positive. If you treat these folks well and work with them, they will treat you well and work with you. Denver gets the job done and I whole-heartedly recommend Atech for your delivery needs. Thomas Bertrand

Worst delivery Ive ever gotten, and it was a purchase from Amazon.. Item was a 300lb generator. First off, the delivery date provided was August 9th, it is the 28th of July. Normally this would be something to celebrate, not in this case. Not only did they hit me when I was unprepared, they were completely unwilling to help. Even returning after I called complaining to check the receipt as the names they had for the delivery and phone number were both wrong. Luckily I was home for this logistics nightmare to unfold or it could have ended much differently with someone else getting my product.Anyways, when they dropped it off they left it at the bottom of a small sloped drivewayand offered me a hand truck to get it up, when I couldnt and had it roll on me a few times they took the hand truck and left. I called the company and asked what just haooend and that I need help. He said there was nothing they could do. The driver then comes back and alone without his coworker and I cant even ask them for help as it is a 3 man job... I ended up pulling it up the driveway myself and getting it in the gate so I didnt have to worry about it being stolen. In the process I wore myself out and ruined my afternoon all whole ripping off my toenail when I was shimmering the generator on cardboard up my driveway.Wouldnt use this company for anything ever again. Let alone logistics, one of the most important aspects of business in modern times. I dont know why this place is getting any contracts. Cant imagine what they would have done if I hadnt been home...

In my opinion, employees are careless loading freight causing injuries to other employees. The company does not care about injured employees, they have insurance and can hire someone else. If they dont care about their employees why would they care about your freight.

Unfortunately, you will probably only be reading these reviews after A Tech screws up. I didnt even think I would need to look up a sub contractor delivery companys service record. Home Depot needs to stop using this company! A Tech said they had called me mid Dec for a following day delivery but I didnt answer (hello? voice mail! Not to mention missed call history) and said they would call me again the following Monday for a next Wed delivery. Both lies. A week and a half later I called the manufacturer and they called me back and said my refrigerator wasnt even assembled for delivery yet. At least, thats what A Tech told them. A couple of weeks after that I get a call that they are in front of my new home and are leaving it on the street. I told them to stay put and I was able to arrive 10 minutes later. They were gone and I was stuck with a 210lb package that need to go up 2 flights of stairs in the rain. Their AWFUL office person said that because the receipt said No Signature Required they werent obligated to take it beyond the curb. It didnt matter that the receipt also said THRESHOLD DELIVERY. And of course they wouldnt address the issue of not calling me in advance either.

I had a very urgent package that was mishandled by the previous carrier. My house is very difficult to get to and none of the big guys want to deliver here. Atech went above and beyond to get me my freight in a timely fashion. The driver was pleasant and very professional. Would strongly recommend.

I couldnt be more disappointed in this company. They were slow to deliver and the driver wouldnt deliver to my place of business because he was afraid of low phone wires......on a public road. FedEx freight delivered one hour before in a semi truck the same size with no problems. The office customer service is even worse than the drivers.

Worst delivery experience in 33 years of business (we receive many per week & have purchased many large equipment orders for our cafe). Paid extra for lift-gate. Driver absolutely went nuts when we tried to remove wrap to inspect& he put it back on his truck so we could not! Yelled & cussed & tried to take it back. Where do they get this type of employee? Completely unhinged.

I was worried because of all the negative reviews. I called on Friday to schedule delivery. Delivery was scheduled between 2pm and 5pm on Monday. The driver arrived at about 10am (discrepancy between actual/scheduled is the only reason this isnt 5 stars) and unloaded without a hitch. He pointed out that one of my 29 boxes had opened during transit so that I could make a note of it on the delivery acknowledgment before signing, and he suggested that I take pictures so that any missing or damaged items could be replaced. In spite of the open box, everything was there and nothing was damaged. From my perspective, Atech was great to work with.

We keep giving these guys a chance but they continue to disappoint. We live in a remote area and A-Tech, unfortunately, is the only 3rd party shipping company that delivers in our area. We have had heavy equipment delivered by them and 2 out of 3 times the shipment that arrives is severely damaged and has to be refused. DO NOT USE this company and make sure that where you are purchasing your goods that they do not contract with this company either. They have a very bad track record. If you can avoid them do so. To avoid the high risk of receiving a damaged shipment we rent or borrow a truck to pickup shipments directly from a shipping distribution center rather than risk using A-Tech.

Completely useless. Businesses need to stop using this company. Same experience as the others. No communication, late, then showed absolute indifference to actually getting us our product, then wanted us to pick it up ourselves. I never post but seriously hope this will get main company to stop using them. This is not our first experience with them like this. Next time I just won’t order if there are delivering!

They deliver once a month to specific regions ... if your lucky. On their website they make it appear as if they do regular deliveries. They do NOT do regular deliveries! Dont do business with them - they rarely deliver, they lose freight, and damage products. Too bad zero stars isnt an option, because that would fit this company perfectly! The only thing they do consistently ... is NOT deliver in a timely fashion. Who takes over a month to make a delivery? Please use Oak Harbor Freight, UPS, FedEx, or USPS, who are much more reliable.

If I could give them a zero I would! Absolutely the worst company ever! They cant do a single thing right and when you complain they just dont care! If you like late deliveries, missed deliveries, damaged deliveries, or any way possible of messing up these guys are your go to delivery service! I dont see how they are in business! The only reviews over a star I would put money on it that it is in their best interest and most likely some employees. Consider yourselves warned people! Btw... it was very difficult to write this with out cussing them out... they are HORRIBLE!!!

Ive had two mechines delivered by this freight company about a year or more apart. Both times they arrived by Stealth a week or so past the delivery date given by UPS. Would give one star for lack of comunications, however, both drivers brought the goods (a 127 lber then, and a 142 lber this time) up three 4x 36 concrete landings to my doorway. Sooo, two stars. The first driver arrived at 7:pm and i was accidentally home looking out the window at the clouds when the driver of a Napa Auto Parts tractor-semi came up the concrete landings with the 127 lber and rang the door bell. Had i known when he (or even who) was going to deliver, i would of had cash for tipping his courtesy. The second driver came a week late on a Saturday afternoon at about 2:30. He ask if i wanted the 142 lb crate put at the base of the first landing, but i motioned to the side of my doorway and he said Sure, no problem. As he went back to his truck to get the package, i ran and grabbed another $10 for his kindness. i would have little to gripe about if only i didnt have to sign for both deliveries. i would not care if their services were going to be two weeks late if they would only tell me and then zero-in with a phone call the day before with a time window they can keep. That alone would get them all 5 stars.

An absolutely horrific experience. I had a $20,000 piece of equipment being shipped to me and was loaded onto 5 pallets. ATECH delivered half the items to an address in another county, in which the wrongfull receiver opened up the boxes! Atech is completely unreliable and the drivers barely speak english. I hear old dominion is opening a new location in santa rosa soon. Hopefully that will put an end to the Atech deliveries to lake county.

If I could give these unprofessional shippers less than 1 star I would. After being promised my shipment for over a week, they finally delivered the package. The box had several holes in it due to mishandling. Extremely rude with zero customer service. DO NOT use this delivery service.
