No cost listed anywhere and no one answered the phone.....

I felt like I was in the wrong place the entire time. I was not greeted by the receptionist, and I had to ask if I was in the right place. She was the one who took my fingerprints, and it took her about 2 mins tops. NOT a good thing. She was almost silent and her phone was going off every min. I would like a little customer service in any place I go to.
