Update: Mistakes happen. They took full accountability, explained where the problem was, and refunded me fully. I appreciate it.My prints were never sent in and all of my information was lost, both digitally and hard copy.At this point it was a waste of money and time, and with my missing personally identifying information floating around who knows where I’m pretty upset with the entire situation.Waiting for them to rectify the situation like they said they would.

TruScan is the best place in Sonoma County to get fingerprinted! The staff is professional, helpful and efficient. I didnt need an appointment, and was taken care of so quickly! I would highly recommend to anyone that needs to be fingerprinted!

I wasted 30 minutes of my day driving to the building only to find out they were closed. There was no indication online or at the building that they were changing their closing time from 6pm to 1pm. I had to call and listen to the voicemail which told me these new changes.Im sure the service is great though.
