I went to check how much will be to fix my new s21 screen that I broke.They fixed it on the spot I was so happy and it was an original part.So far everything works great.

Ive been going to my cell phone repair store for almost 2 years have brought my familys phones my laptops everything.I am very happy with them. I am not a knowledgeable on electronis they have helped me understand all my electronics and every ttime I have a simple question they show me not just do it for me so that way I know how to run my laptop and my phone 5 stars for Roberta and everyone there !!!

The my cell repair on Marlow is fabulous. They fixed my cracked up phone screen in an hour even though when I walked in there were four other people in the store. I’ve had a battery replaced here in a hurry, one screen and two screen covers as well.The crew is pleasant and definitely efficient.

Its been many years since I visited this location and oh boy have they grown! They provide micro soldering now and have a wide array of services. I down graded to a flip phone now to make my life more simple but will definitely come back here for help in the future.

This is going to be the last time Im doing business in this store. I was helped by this girl who has the worst customer service. She said to replace my broken screen it was going to be $273. I paid her and was told to come back in 1 hour. I came back 2 hours later, and she gave me the phone with a iphone is disable message. I asked if she can help me get rid of this message and before I finish my sentence... she told me its $250. I ended up driving back home and fix this issue in less than 10 minutes... its crazy that they tried to charge $250 after Ive already paid them $273. Sometimes greed is really bad for business, thats why Im never coming back to this store. Good luck.

Excellent service, highly recommended. They replaced the batteries on my Galaxy S8 Active phones only place that could do it saving me $2000 by not having to purchase new S21 phones which are not water resistant or military grade housings. O am ecstatic!

The staff was very helpful and courteous in replacing my broken iPhone screen. They were a much better value than the apple retailer and did an excellent job. They were honest about my options as there are different options for screen replacement. The gentleman even threw in a glass screen protector for free! I will definitely go back for future repairs.

The owner is great however his employee leaves a lot to be desired. She needs people skills... Not looking for thrills just basic human interaction norms.

They were able to replace my broken screen the same day. Other places I tried either couldnt work on my model of phone, or I would have had to wait for them to order parts. The repaired phone works and looks like its new.

Anytime Im looking for a phone part or a phone repair I called this place first because they really know what theyre doing. But I also appreciate that was sorry when people open a business and succeed so thanks guys for being there I just wish you would have more Android phones and less iPhones haha!

Perhaps they mentioned (I dont recall) that the glass may break while repairing the phone as a boilerplate statement, but I didnt expect they would actually break it! I thought they were professionals. Not only did they break the back glass, but they didnt fix the original problem that I came in for either. So now I have 2 problems instead of one. They were not willing to give a refund or even just fix the glass THEY broke. Customer service when things dont go right was very poor. Not even an apology. What a waste of time and money. Use these guys at your own risk. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Buyer BEWARE!

I’m almost constantly destroying my phones, tablets, and most recently, my Microsoft Surface Pro. These folks are always able to get me in and out the door FAST! With every screen repair I’ve brought in and been satisfied with, I decided to bring them my laptop. Annnnd they knocked it out of the park yet again! The laptop was a tough screen repair that I knew was a challenge after looking up the process online. Dan (a tech there) is great. He’s extremely positive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even called me during the repair to let me know how things were going. They were super thorough in the final tests and delivered a perfect product yet again. In this crazy world it’s really nice to be treated like you’re important, and to be able to see that there is still pride in craftsmanship. I’ll definitely be back

Awesome affordable service here! My dad was super frustrated with apple and xfinity with their slow and impersonal service, so we called My Cell Repair. Robert explained everything really well over the phone and then in person when we got there. Very experienced, friendly and quick! He replaced the charging port on my dads iPhone 8 and gave us a lot of good advice so that it doesn’t need replacing again.

Im doing cross country road trip with my family. My kid broke the lighting cable off inside the port. I bought it to My Iphone repair. The repair tech was so friendly. He was able to pull out the broken off piece. I left a good tip. The service was excellent. I would high recommend using this shop if your a local.

I had brought my broken, paperweight iPhone 11 Pro that wouldn’t even turn on anymore to many different shops including Apple, all of them said I was better off going with a brand new phone. But due to my financial situation I am unable to afford that currently. I heard about this shop My Cell Repair and decided to go in and see what they would say. I spoke to the owner Rami and explained to him what the problem was. He said it should be no problem to fix it at all, so I left my phone there with him and came back in less than 2 hours to a perfectly functioning phone again. He gave me a great deal and I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to fix it. Will definitely be back next time my phone breaks!

Called called and said they had a part in stock and that I was coming out of town. When I got there they didnt actually have it. I recommend you look elsewhereas this level of professionalism is not what you want with a thousand dollar devise.

I just bought a brand new iPhone 11, and I ended up breaking my camera. These people were very efficient with the whole process. They made sure they had the part on hold for me, and were actually very fast at fixing the phone within one day! My camera actually looks better then it did when I bought it. I will recommend this place to anyone who needs a good phone fixing.

Outstanding service. Ive been to the Petaluma store over the years with my Apple products (or my grandchildrens) but never to the Santa Rosa store. It was a 45 minute drive and the team was nice enough to complete the work while I waited - they said it would be 1 1/2 hours to complete the work and it was 1 1/2 hours to the dot! They saved me a return trip - saving me another 1 1/2 hour drive. Thank you!!!

Robert (the manager) answered the questions to my cell phone connection problems, told me to stop by, fixed it in 2 minutes, and didnt charge me for pressing 10 buttons. These guys are wicked smart, polite, and have great character. Absolutely going back for any real problems I have in the future along with recommending them to everyone!

First referred to them by my daughter, a local nurse, about four years ago, these men have been 100% reliable, competent, courteous, and efficient.Embarrassed at the sudden, unprecedented, frequency with which Ive asked for their help, from simple screen repairs to providing a replacement for a phone that expired, theyve terrific, every single time, and made it easy to justify driving from San Rafael to their Santa Rosa facility for assistance. Probably doesnt take any longer than waiting forever in a big box store, or for a customer service agent whos much less technically informed, and likely has a particular brand(s) or carrier to promote.Theirs is the best kind of old school service matched matched with honest expertise(and theyre all young enough, that theyll be doing this for a while to come....). YAY for this team!

Emailed with someone in their company asking if they would be open and available on Saturday 10/31 (Halloween) or if they would be closed. I was specifically told that they would be open. When I arrived at their store at 11am, I see a sign that says closed for the holiday. I drove an hour from my home in Ukiah for absolutely nothing because they they told specifically that they would be open. Not happy, don’t recommend them, and definitely will not be back.

They are priced very reasonably. They replaced in a timley manner. They explain everything. There were no hidden charges. Would go back again.

I was really impressed by Roberts thoroughness and attention to detail.He was able to fix both my Ipods (I warn you- a painstaking process !) and kept trying new ways to fix it. In replacing the battery on my Iphone 6, he found lots of loose parts inside and repaired them as well-. He was meticulous, completely trustworthy, and I would recommend him entirely- worth going out of your way for!

Excellent, Professional Service, Knowledgable Staff! I had a very new model phone which I stubbornly didnt put in a case and paid the price dropping it last night! Figured I would be out of a phone for a week while it was mailed out for repair! To my surprise they had the bezel glass in stock (called ahead and they checked inventory at their 3 stores) and the knowledge the recommend OEM over 3rd party due to performance issues! 1.5 hour turn around for 2-phones (iPhone and Samsung) including a complicated repair on the newer model Samsung!

So... I decided to save a few bucks by going to their competitors Batteries Plus and boy was this a mistake. Batteries plus could NOT fix my iphone, after an hour of a failed repair  they stripped the screws to my phone and handed it back to me saying it was not repairable!!The guys here at My Cell Repair were able to remove all the stripped screws and even had to replace a few burnt out components on my motherboard under a microscope!! I watched the entire repair as I was nervous of losing my precious data, photos, bank records, and texts I needed for a court case etc...In the end of it all my iPhone XS is back to life with all my data preserved!!Anyone reading this please do yourself a favor - dont try to save a few bucks by going to a less expensive place - you will work with novice technicians and most likely end up paying more out of pocket at the end of the day. I learned my lesson, cheaper isnt always better. Glad My Cell Repair came to my rescue. Thanks Robert and Rami!

I sent my good friend and colleague in to replace the glass on his Samsung S6 phone. I elected to help pay for the repair since we were working on a project together and needed him to have a functional phone ASAP. He went out to drop off his phone at My Cell Repairs Marlow location, and before he returned back from lunch downtown I got the text that his phone was ready. Incredible! When I saw the finished product I could see that the repair was of the highest calibur and essentially good as new. We would have been happy with the work if it had taken 1 or 2 days. This wasnt my first rodeo in working with these folks as they have been the ONLY place I have trusted to do phone repair work over the past 6+ years. These guys clearly know what they are doing and take great pride in their workmanship. And did you know they also repair many other electronics; PCs, Tablets, even game consoles? Astounding! We are damn lucky to have this resource.

Best that you bring your own battery for replacement. Their choice of new battery was terrible, just as bad as the one it replaced. They did a good job replacing the battery without wrecking the phone though.

A little expensive if you dont mind the quality. It was about 280 for my phone repair, but that was well worth it because my screen was almost completely destroyed and you couldnt see most of it because the OLED panels were harmed. Great service, nice guy, and he did a great job with my phone. 9/10 would recommend.

Weve had our phones repaired here many times over the years and each time we were treated professionally and the repair parts were the highest quality. These guys also buy and sell phones and have always been fair with their offers they made us.Dropped our insurance coverage because it made better sense to repair our phones rather than pay monthly fees and deductibles per incident. Additionally we dont lose our data when we have our phones repaired. Couldnt be happier with My iPhone Repair, highly recommend em.

Just had my Samsung Note 10 plus screen repaired today and I could not be happier! They were very transparent and explained the back glass could break since it is factory glued and is very thin/fragile. Luckily it didnt break and my repair went smoothly.My Note 10 screen is fully responsive and looks brand new. I highly recommend these guys, as they are friendly, informative and transparent. I got my phone fixed there a couple weeks ago and Their service was amazing. I got my phone back and it looked really nice. Only problem is, My phone starting pressing random apps and typing by itself. I did some more research and figured out that my phone had gotten ghost Touch Which is where your phone presses things and types by itself. My phone had never done this before and its very frustrating to use my phone now.

I am very pleased with the service that I had working with the staff at the Marlow store. My screen and battery were replaced and when the older 5s I had was still not performing for me, they professionally and happily offered me an awesome replacement phone at a fair price. I had to return to the store on two separate occasions. Each time I visited, the customer service was excellent and I really felt that it was their desire to make sure I left a happy customer. My daughter was devastated that she had dropped her iPhone 7+ shattering her screen. It looked unrepairable. After calling several repair businesses, I visited My iPhone Repair on Marlow Rd. In addition to replacing the screen, I was interested in repairing the charging port. The technician helping me determined that the port was fine and it was most likely the charging cord. In just a few hours my daughters phone was good as new.I am impressed with the friendliness and integrity of My iPhone Repair. I appreciated the honest answers to my questions and the low pressure atmosphere. I have and will continue to recommend their services to my family and friends.

Had a piece of a lighting cable stuck in my charging port, I paid for it, and an hour later it was fixed. However, when I picked up my phone, they told me my battery had to be replaced soon (I’ve had no problems with the battery beforehand), but I just disregarded it. When I got home I plugged it in, and the battery behaved completely differently. Before, I was able to use my phone on regular settings (Bluetooth headphones connected, brightness up all the way) and it would charge fine. Now, I have to have the brightness all the way down and god forbid I have Bluetooth on. If I have my screen brightness up like I did beforehand, it LOSES BATTERY CHARGE!! When I went to bed and plugged in my phone for the night in my usual cable and outlet, it only charged to 40%...IN A WHOLE NIGHT!! Something weird is going on here...

Great experiences! Doped my phone in water and the headphone mode was stuck on. There very knowledgeable staff was able to to get it working by just taking it apart and extensively cleaning it out. They saved me time and money and gave me back a functioning phone that I can use for work the next day!

Kevin was extremely helpful getting my Galaxy S6 unstuck by removing some Apps that had mysteriously gotten onto my phone. He spent at least 20 minutes with me and my phone, and it is working SOOO MUCH BETTER! Highly recommend these guys!

I broke my phone screen over the weekend and was recommended to come here by a friend. In terms of location, it was quite accessible (near Herald Square) and just dropped by work to get it fixed. It was fixed in 20 minutes but I told them I would come back after work. Efficient and got the job done - just note that they charge 3 dollars for credit card transactions!

They replaced the housing unit and the screen within 24 hours. I was very impressed and my phone is working better than before. They were very cost affective. I went into rohnert park iPhone repair to get my screen fixed I thought maybe it wasnt gonna be possible! This place was cheaper than another place I got an estimate at and the other place was trying to keep my phone for five days! Justin bowers got my phone done within an hour! I havent had a new looking screen in ages! Wonderful.

Tim repaired my phone which was in need of a new charging port and diagnosed the problem quickly and was very knowledgeable in assisting with all questions I had. I was in and out in about an hour and it was a completely stress-free experience; would definitely recommend!

Took my broken phone in recently and these useless people charged me 170 to get the screen replaced. It looks pretty good but it’s not nearly as functional as it was before. It’s very difficult to type now, like I’m using a car touch screen from 2006. All for almost 200$ which is a significant percentage of the phone’s price. Do not get your screen replaced from a third party service like this, just have Apple replace it. They usually charge something like 200$ but odds are they’ll either fix it right or just give you a new phone.
