I needed help replacing a part in my PC that I wasnt comfortable doing myself, Scotts prices are great and turn around was fast. I should have gone to Scott first, if I have any other computer related issues Im stopping to see Scott first.

Scott did a wonderful job building a new gaming system for me - I could not be more pleased. From the carefully selected parts, to the timely communication about progress, and willingness to answer questions, everything has been fantastic. He even helped me get it to my car on pickup day !If you want a good, professional computer person, Scott is that person.

Scott was absolutely amazing. My computer had crashed and was not turning on properly which brought me to Scott this morning. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix my computer all within a few hours. If I ever have an issue with my computers again, Scott will be the first guy I call.

I wish I could leave a good review. I went through a lot of trouble just to use Scotts services because his website advertised him as a trustworthy repair man. I had a newer laptop with a cracked screen that needed to be replaced. Scott quoted an original price, but after I already sent him my laptop, he said he misquoted me, and charged me an additional several hundred dollars. Part of the reason I went to him was for a fair price, that was slightly less than what other businesses quoted me, but it ended up costing me much more than the original quote. When I got my laptop back, the screen had all kinds of issues. Scotts assistant sent a follow up email to ask how the screen was working, and when I responded that the screen had lines and sent her a picture so they could see---they never responded!!! Funny, because when they wanted my money they were always quick to communicate. Scott kept hiking up the cost of repairs while he had my laptop. I feel like we were taken advantage of, and my screen looks terrible. Hundreds of dollars for a terrible screen replacement on an expensive HP laptop. See the heavy lines in the photo.

Very good customer service, Scott is extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. He is very knowledgeable and has helped me several times always figuring the issue out quickly and his prices are great. I called Scott and he got back to me in less than a day.As a novice I tried to uninstall/reinstall some software on my laptop, only to screw it up.
