I cannot let another day go by without writing a review for a great experience..On 10/20/18 my mother and I required transportation from Santa Rosa to Livermore for a wedding and back and I am so glad we chose California Comfort...Carol our driver was very prompt, professional, accommodating (pit stops) and a very safe driver... She was lots of fun and made our journey most enjoyable..I highly recommend this company and definitely will be hiring them again..

John is a very good businessman. Great sense of humor and knows Sonoma County like the back of his hand. Hes a single dad who raised his son and grand daughter all by himself. He works very hard, polite, easy going and professional.You will enjoy his company.

The owner of this company acts as the dispatcher and often sends driver to the wrong address, causing you to be late....Some of the drivers leave as you head toward the car. I have given them my cell #so they can text me when they arrive. They dont. They could come up to the door and let me know theyre here. They dont. I would never ever use them but they contract with a very large hospital to do transportation for them and Ive been forced to tolerate them. The drivers bad mouth the owner.He has talked about very private business with the drivers. What an incompetent company: Highly unprofessional. Dont use if you donrt absolutely have to...
