Our group used Sonoma Sterling for our wine tours and could not have been more pleased. It took some planning but we were able to use a limousine and a party bus! Both vehicles were beautifully presented . We really appreciate the staff working with us in sorting all the details. The chauffeurs were prompt and very courteous too.

John D was awesome. One of our party got sick (before the wine drinking started), and he kindly offered to drive her back to the hotel (45 min. drive). They are very professional but much more accommodating than I expected. He even offered a few alternatives when we had some extra time. Thanks!!

Setting our day up with Sonoma Sterling was easy and the reservation taker was very helpful. On the day of our event, Shirlee our driver was fantastic! She was friendly and fun. She truly helped make the day go off without any issues. We made it on time to every location and even helped us find a spot to grab some lunch. From the moment the Limo arrived John H provided great service. He made every effort to make it a great day. He went out of his way to provide our group with excellent service. He is very personable with a great sense of humor. We had a tight schedule and he made sure to meet us at each location to pick up our purchased wines and store them in the limo while we cashed out. Leslie was the best chauffeur I have ever hired. She was so helpful and pleasant and really went above and beyond with the service she provided. One person in our party needed extra help with mobility issues and she was so understanding. Our experience really made the trip so much fun!

We used the company for an airport transfer both ways. We had Clint was our driver both times. He was amazing considering he had to drive hours to pick us up we live in Ukiah and it was around 1 am when he first picked us up. He was so friendly and told us how to use everything. We had a great time with Sonoma Sterling. We booked a limobus to go wine tasting for our friends birthday. It was easy to book and reasonably priced, especially considering that we booked it a week in advance of the Memorial Day holiday weekend. They were also flexible with us since we didnt have all the info nailed down when we first booked it. Theyre even pet-friendly! They just charge a one-time $50 pet fee.The driver was on time (even a bit early), professional, kind, flexible and helpful. We went over time a bit and made a couple random stops, but they were accommodating, and didnt charge us more than the hourly rate. We had a great time! I would definitely recommend them others, and would use them again.Thanks for a great day!

As a private club manager, I am used to taking care of a very discriminating clientele on a daily basis. As I was planning a 3 day member trip to Sonoma for wine tasting and to attend the Transcendence Theater (a must see in Jack London State Park!) I wanted to make sure the lodging, meals and and services were up to the Ingomar Club standards. Not only was our driver Gary on time, he was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit.I would most definitely use SSL again and would absolutely ask for Gary by name to be our driver! We rented a party bus to celebrate 3 30th birthdays in Napa. Even though we only had 11 people we chose the bus that fit up to 16 because it came with karaoke (or so we thought). The second we got on the bus we had an issue with the music. There was NO aux cord provided to play music and the blue tooth didnt work at all, not to mention the sound system was completely outdated. We spent over 30 minutes (pretty much the whole ride to the winery) trying to get the music to work considering that is most of the fun on a party bus. Not only did the music not work THE ENTIRE TIME but the bus was literally POURING WATER from the ceiling onto our heads because of the air conditioner the entire time as well.When I called to explain the experience (after it had already been relayed by the bus driver who was also in shock) they did nothing to accommodate our bill for these major inconveniences. They claimed they comped our 30 minutes of overtime (which we incurred trying to get the music to work!). They apologized and said they didnt know and the vehicle is in the shop now If we would have known, we would have taken an uber for 1/10 of the cost. We spoke to a woman on the phone for 45 minutes who essentially refused to do anything for us and said her manager would call us back, which never happened.We are disappointed and disgusted with the level of service provided by sonoma sterling limos

This was our second time using Sonoma Sterling and once again we were not disappointed. David (our amazing driver) was early and texted to let me know he had arrived. He was helpful, knowledgable and took great care of us.Cold champagne and water were supplied and we werent late for a single tasting! The limo was clean and comfortable. Our power went out in the back at the very end so we there was no music or air, but we made the best of it.Will definitely use their service again. Especially if David gets to be our driver.

Our driver Petter communicated with me thru out the day, I had 7 of us staying at sonoma raceway for the nascar race. We were going to the giants vs cubs game. Petter was able to get thru the gate and pick us up at our campsite. Ride to San Francisco was quick and informative, Petters knowledge of the city is amazing. Dropped us off and picked us up at the same location once the game was over had a great ride back to the racetrack. Would highly recommend using their services.

The administrative team was really flexible and exceeded all expectations to make sure we had a good day and a full schedule in spite of unexpected vineyard closures. Our driver Kirk was delightful. He checked in with us in the lead up to our reservation to confirm everything and to make we knew we wouldnt have to worry about a thing during our tour. He was so accommodating to last minute requests, and kept us hydrated and laughing. The MKT limo was fantastic and the perfect bachelorette party transportation. We used this service for a wedding. The two Sprinter Vans were to shuttle guests from the wedding ceremony to the reception and the white MKT Stetch Limo transported the bride and groom. All the drivers were on time, professional and made the 45 minute trip to the reception most enjoyable. I highly recommend their services.

Everything from start to finish was seamless. I had booked a birthday trip and everything was reserved. Unfortunately, the wildfires caused us to have a change in plans and we needed to travel further out of sonoma and napa to have some tastings. I called Sonoma Sterling Limousines (SSL )and Jennifer was fabulous- she was sending me updates via text message daily. She also went to great lengths to set up some winery tastings. Our driver Dan was courteous, professional and overall amazing. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. We had only 1 day booked with Dan for him to take us to Lodi. Our group had such a fab time and loved Dan so much we booked him again for the following day. Keep in mind, we had no reservations booked for the next day. Dan and Jennifer did some calling around and set up two wonderful tastings in Healdsburg. Dan did everything to make sure we got the bus we wanted and also suggested some local spots to eat- He even picked up the lunches we ordered as we sat and tasting wine. This company is worth every penny and I will use them again should I ever need to visit Sonoma/Napa/Healdsburg/Lodi.

We hired Sonoma Sterling Limousines on Thanksgiving to transport my handicapped sibling from Santa Rosa to Palo Alto and return. They did a fabulous job... on time and efficient. The driver was terrific, friendly and very considerate of the siblings needs. I would highly endorse their services.

Aside from arriving a little earlier than we had requested and a couple guest complaints about a bumpy ride or the driver getting lost, they werent sure which, the service was provided efficiently and with a smile. Better to have an early driver than a late one! Would still recommend for a wedding service.

I had a great experience working with Sonoma Sterling! I rented the 18-passenger limo bus for my wedding day in July. Before booking, I had a few questions on vehicle sizes and what came with each option - Sonoma Sterling promptly and professionally answered all of my questions. On the day of my wedding, my husband, me and our 12 person wedding party were moving between 3 locations over the span of 6 hours and our driver Savax didnt miss a beat. He was always where he needed to be, when we needed him. In addition, the vehicle was high quality - spacious, comfortable seating, bluetooth enabled so we could easily play music and had plenty of bottles of champagne for us to celebrate :)

We made a last minute decision that we were going to hire a limo to take me from the hotel to the venue which was 7 miles away. A quick Google search led me to Sonoma Sterling. Thankfully their stretch white limo (Lincoln MKT) was available. I called and they were very responsive so we were able to transact fast. When booking, keep in mind that they have a 5-hour minimum so even if we only needed it for a one-way 15 minute trip, we had to pay a 5-hour equivalent. I asked if I could maximize the vehicle by picking up people on the way or keeping it for a longer time, they said no. They explained that the rate is different for a one-way trip than a several stop trip. I was hoping that for the money I paid, I would get more out of it but thats not how it works. Just something to keep in mind when renting.On the day of, Geff the driver was perfect! He was sweet and patient as we took photos. He didnt rush me, my bridal party nor my family. Geff even helped shield me from the guests so that I could make a more impactful grand entrance. It was a short trip but he definitely made it more meaningful. Thank you Geff!

Kristopher was the best limo driver ever! He helped us celebrate a 16th birthday for our daughter and showed up with pink Happy Birthday balloons on the outside of the limo.Loved he took the time to make it a special day for her including the birthday hat he wore and sparkling apple cider that was provided. We will definitely be using this company over and over again.

I called last minute to schedule a surprise limo pickup to take my newly married daughter to the airport for her honeymoon. This company came to our rescue! Daniel showed up for a last-minute request to take a group from wine country to SFO. Navigating through smoother backroads and traffic jams, he got everyone safely to their flights in the nick of time. And, even dropped me at my apartment in the city on his way back through. Its rare to encounter such outstanding customer service as I did with Sonoma Sterling Limousines.This week, my wife and two small boys left our home in Santa Rosa for a grandparent visit in the East Bay and inadvertently took my car keys in their bags. Two hours after they left, I realized I was stranded with a car I couldnt drive with my keys 90 minutes away. I tried calling a number of car/limo services to see if I could secure a ride to the East Bay and back; I had no luck with the ASAP availability...except for Sonoma Sterling Limo. The dispatcher said he could get a car for me, but he sympathized with my plight and horror at having to pay for a roundtrip from the North Bay to the East Bay – Well, this is an exceptional situation!, he laughed – and proposed an elegant, cheaper, and more time-efficient solution. He contacted a driver who had just made an airport drop at SFO and re-routed the driver to cross the bay to pick up my keys in the East Bay and then deliver them to me in Santa Rosa. It worked perfectly, and the driver texted me occasional progress updates (I have the keys and am on my way to you now.) The dispatcher and driver were both kind and cheerful, and the elegant solution cost me HALF of what a fare would have been; it also saved me the hassle of having to travel instead of being productive where I was. It was still an expensive bit of carelessness on my familys part, but Sonoma Sterling Limousines softened the blow. I couldnt be happier and was impressed with their humane, personal approach. Im a loyal customer going forward.
