It is the worst service I have ever received. the boxes were available and they didnt want to serve me for no reason. I never go back to this place for the service.

Its a gas station ⛽ Theres gas...what can you say LOL. No but seriously...the people who work here are great and Id have left 5 stars if you could get more than gas or cigarettes in an emergency between midnight and 4am. I was stuck for almost 4 hrs because the couldnt sell me a phone charger. They apparently have no one to work the night shift but for one person. No fault of the poor woman who works there, shes quite nice. They need more employees. Ive applied several times in the past year bc I am retired and could use something to do, and extra money too of course. I even have Customer Service Manager experience + County of Sonoma and 30+ yrs in CS...but I dont think they are REALLY hiring, I have never gotten even a Thanks but NO Thanks from anyone. 😆

Great car wash touchless or softouch the choice is yours before you enter the wash

The service from the staff at this location is horrendous. The bathrooms are always closed, they open the store late, they are not for the “extra mile” as they state on their slogan. There are over 10 different people working there for no good reasons. Please do something about it. You’re losing customers.

Please train employees on how to do the mobile coupons. One girl, one time (day shift) was very helpful and knew how to do it. Tonight (grave shift) when I held up my phone so the guy could scan the barcode, he told me they only take printed manufacturers coupons. I told him I had used the mobile coupons here before and asked him to try scanning it. He said no, put his hands behind his back and stood there like a little boy that just got in trouble. I asked him again to try scanning or put the code in because I wanted my $2.00 off and it expired in 5 minutes. He still refused. No sale! Ill go elsewhere. They used to have good, friendly people working there that knew what they were doing. What happened? Other that that, its a nice, clean store.

Inside you will find a great selection of drinks and more. The people are also very nice and polite, but the gasoline prices are through the ceiling! I use the app gas buddy, this app will steer you much better priced gasoline. I always wondered about places like this. It is located in a somewhat depressed economic area, and they are asking like I said very high prices for their gas. But I guess it is right next to the freeway entrance, thus they are just taking advantage of that. So, buyers beware.

I get in, get gas & get out fast

Car wash is not really suitable for cleaning a car (see photo). You have to pay inside the store right now and they are making very little effort to explain that until you reach the pay station, which should make for a crazy holiday weekend over there. But, most importantly, its just not doing much cleaning. It didnt even clean enough to remove the dirty area around the windshield wiper tracks.

I consistently get bad service when i come here. If I had a choice I would never go back but late night this is the only close option. Last time the girl cashier was refusing to run my end even though they accept it. Tried saying her boss doesnt like it or wont allow it. Huh? Tonight he wanted to argue about my rewards. The kiosk said I had three he said I needed 5. I said no I dont, he said yes info I said no I dont he said yes and as he did I hCit the redeem button and voila free candy. The picture was of a snickers but I wanted my m$ms. He wouldnt let me leave until I traded them. Said it would look bad on his nightly report.

I had just gone to this station just no more than five minutes and their was a line of people outside the front doors locked and the the guy was in the bathroom. I had gone to the night wimdow even and ramg bell for service but nope wasnt their either. So I dont think ill be going to that station again.

I paid $8 more than down the street to fill up my tank. I wasn’t paying attention to prices when I pulled up, a full 40 cents more per gallon here. I won’t be back
