If you ever need work done on your car bring it here. This shop is a one man operation by the owner Ryan. He is honest, does excellent work and is always lower than any other estimate I have been given. I have had my car repaired there three times so far. First, I had been told by another shop that did an oil change that I needed new front shocks and struts and rear shocks. Ryan was honest and agreed the back shocks needed to be replaced but I had more time on the front. The second time I took my car to him for a full brake job. The third time was just recently and he replaced my front shocks/struts. If youre looking for excellent work at a great price B&C is the place to go!

I started going here about 3 years ago when I moved to Santa Rosa. Being new, I was looking for an honest mechanic, someone I trusted with my car and trusted to tell me the truth and not screw me over. Thats what I found here. He recommends other local shops for services he doesnt do (tires, etc) and I am always able to be honest with him about what I can afford vs. not afford and hes honest in return about whats best for my car, what can wait, and what cant wait. Ryan Cho is as good as it gets when it comes to mechanics. I dont know about everyone else but what I look for in a mechanic is knowledge, thoroughness, and honesty. Ryan brings that all and then some. His services have ranged from oil changes and headlight repairs to more extreme services like transmission and head gasket replacements. Ryan is extremely professional, always being very transparent about what service(s) he will be performing as well as the cost. My experience at B&C auto was so different than my last three auto repair shops. The service was professional, fast, and honest. I was astounded when I was told that I wasnt going to be charged for tightening some belts. He has a new permanent customer.
