You can never get waited on I think they are trained to ignore you when you walk in I would never use this business for anything even if it was free.

I would like to give Arley the new shop manager a special thank you. Last year in June I had them installed, on my new F-350 Platinum, a 7 inch Icon lift suspension, the best of the best. Right after I received the truck, it was squeaking really bad. It sounded like I was driving a $500 dollar truck, when the kit alone was $$K. I took it back some months after for inspection and the old shop manager said he could not hear anything, which infuriated me a lot because the truck sounded awful, and not to mentioned they had sold me their Xtreme plus warranty for $900 and they werent doing anything about it. Just last week after 10 months of the installation of the Icon suspension, I had enough of it, and went there again and I was greeted by Arley, which I knew from before, but I had not been dealing with him directly. I told him the problem and instead of making an appointment like the old manager would have done, he walked outside and started to inspection the truck and told me what he thought it was, he also said he was the new shop manager and his mission was to make everyone happy with their service provided by 4wheel parts. I took the truck in and oh boy, Arley is the man, he fixed the annoying squeaky noise that had bother me for 10 months, now I enjoy driving my truck and Im no longer embarrassed to drive in down town where people would turn heads because of the noise produce by my new truck. If your truck was lifted at 4wheel parts and it squeaks, take it back and talk directly to Arley. He is very polite, and listens to yours concerns and is not mad, like other people do when you have a complain. Muchas Gracias, un Gallononon el Arley.

Lack of knowlege and customer service. Expect a long wait on the phone or in store.The sales folks are nice, but they turned a 2 day project into a 2 week one because they didnt take the time to double check the part numbers or specs for the shocks on my truck. They had to order 3 sets of shocks over 2 weeks to get it right.

Absolutely STOOOOKED.Originally we thought the suspension kit was going to be back-ordered until Summer. (Pandemic has all kinds of industries struggling to meet demands right now, so I wasnt trippin. )BUTPatrick did some extra legwork, and found what we needed. Just picked up my Runner today and shes lookin beastly! Talk about going the extra mile for your customers... A rare quality these days for sure.Huge shoutout to the mechanics as well, thank you Matt and Arley!!Summer camping trips will be much more awesome now thanks to these guys.

Great staff and service. A little under manned at the counter but they get the job done. Id recommend visiting the store instead of calling. Lots of great parts for your off-road vehicles

A customer now for over 4 years. Ive had a lot of work done. The Santa Rosa team has worked on the Brakes, Exhaust and Suspension on my 3/4 ton ford diesel. Highly recommended.

Got extended warranty, had to fight have it fixed and they still didnt get it right, they have lost a customer

Hmm, what to say about this place😐 Good selection of parts, fair enough prices. The service is terrible I have been in here many times and never once has anyone asked if I needed help. The counter people are on the phone helping people. The other day there were three people in the store and it took ten minutes for them to even ask the first guy if he needed help. Seriously these people are in a bad mood and seem bothered to help customers. Order online 😐

Good guys, great help. Good parts and pricing.Updated 11-25-19Done with them. Went to get a new slave cylinder and got it back almost undrivable. They took multiple days and then didnt even bleed it after they said they did. They took it to a transmission shop to get it done becausewe dont have the tools to do that.Also when I got my new lower control arms installed they put them in and didnt grease any of the zerk fittings. And at this time Im fighting the geometry because I dont think they even adjusted them for the lift.If your going to go here. Dont let them do it. The we are hiring sign thats been up for a year and a half is a big red flag.

So after hearing multiple bad experiences from my buddys, including one buddy who ordered a lift wheels and tires through them and them ordering the wrong parts TWICE, I went against my better judgment and went with them for a simple uca ball joint replacement. They ordered parts for a Tacoma and I drive an F150... HOW HARD IS IT TO ORDER THE RIGHT PARTS?! Complete fail and staff gave zero fvx about it... go somewhere else or bring your own parts.

Have a nice selection but one guy was working there and didnt feel like working that day, so Ill find another place

The personal is helpful all time enyttnig in my case I ask for a part for my Jeep right away the the service guy told me they didnt have it but they give me a name where they have awesome!!!

Came in for a single lug nut, I was ready to have to buy a new set. Found me a single one and didnt even charge.Will definitely be back!

I did not go there.

They did an excellent job on my 2013 f150, new rums, tires and a leveling kit. I wanted the biggest tires possible and they got to fit with no rubbing and the truck drives like its new again. Thanks Matt and everyone who helped. Perfection, will be back again.

Great guys at the counter really helped and researched for parts for my sled the guys in the shop are first rate definitely using them again for more works and parts to trick out my sled glad I did highly recommend

I drop off my car for inspection only and to be picked up the next day it take them more then a week when I called asking whats going with my car inspection they told me someone will be calling you in one hour, I didnt get a call until the next day at 3 pm saying my car will be ready today and I have to almost $400 they are totally a ripe off, Ill never recommended this place !
