I brought my car here to get repaired after I was rear ended. When I picked up my car less than a week later i was greeted with so much more damage. The rocker is damaged, the doors, the windsheild. All the while the manager denies responsibility when the damage obviously happened under their care. I thought it would be safe because they are associated with were I bought my car, but I wouldnt recommend going here to anyone. It is overpriced and more hassle than it is worth.Edit: They also took pictures AFTER the damage was done and tried to pass it off as BEFORE with missing time stamps.

I was blown away by the level of professionalism, care, and customer service experienced at this location. My partner and I had called/visited over 10 Ford dealerships, auto shops, etc in the Bay Area trying to get seen for a very simple fix on the back of our van that we live and travel in.Steve took a sincere interest in our concerns and had us out of the establishment in less than an hour. The entire staff was friendly, personable, and took care that we got what we needed. Any reviewers opinion is informed by the needs and constraints of their auto repair, but even if our repair had gone south- the customer service here is unparalleled. Thank you guys!!

This place is amazing! Steve is my hero!We had a strong wind blow open the back door of our motor home and bend the sheet metal. The door wasnt closing all the way and it was letting air/light/sound through and making us feel unsafe and uncomfortable at night.We must have called ten different body shops-- nobody could get us in, and they all said it would be several days work and probably cost several thousand dollars. Steve was sympathetic to our situation and got us in and out within half an hour and charged us almost nothing. They did an amazing job, and got the door flush with the seal-- no light, sound or air leaks. Plus it looks good as new. Our home is cozy again, cant thank you guys enough!

Went in today to have my body damage repaired. Spoke with someone in the past who said they deal with the insurance company and if theres any supplemental balance owed they would deal directly with the insurance company. Waited 3 weeks for this appointment. Came in and they had no idea what I was talking about, instead they tried to have me sign a paper giving them the right to charge me the supplemental difference rather then dealing with the insurances company. They quoted $4431 to repair. I have full coverage & my insurance quoted $1764. Had a gut feeling with the vibe I was getting the were going to have me owe instead of dealing with the insurance company. They also told me 3 weeks to repair. After reading these reviews Im glad I dodged the bullet. By the way the shop looked, it wouldve been more like 2 months!

I had my C-Max serviced at the collision center, and I was very pleased with the work they performed. They also cleaned the inside. Gary, the collision center estimator, was also very helpful in explaining things to me to help ease my mind with the Insurance situation. I was very happy with their work. Thank You.

Friendly staff, yet agree with previous statement, they never reached out to update me. I had to always hunt them down. Was impressed with how awesome my car turned out. They did leave one tire with 4lbs over of what it should be, and that caused me some trouble and to drive around in the rain, when there was no need for me to do so. Tire pressure is something that should have been checked BEFORE they gave me my car back. It took them an extra 2 days to give me my car back, from when my car was fixed because they had not finalizes paperwork with the insurance cmpy. After they got paid I needed some help with figuring out if insurance was going to pay the entire bill of my rental. Left them a message asking for there help, and never heard from them.They definitely seem to bite of more than they can chew. So I would recommend to go see other auto bodys.

David Titus (the manager) is wonderful! Easy going and straightforward are rare qualities to obtain and hold onto while working in the automotive industry. He surpassed my expectations and made my estimate for my repairs a breeze. I wouldnt want to deal with anyone else after a collision. Getting in an accident is difficult enough on its own and dealing with difficult people afterward can be an exhaustive nightmare. I was blessed to have such a thorough and hard-working person inspect my vehicle and get me in and out without any fuss. Being part of Hansel I believe that they can repair almost any car on the market. Thank you!

Took 1.5 months for repair. Was told 3 Weeks originally. Was never contacted a single time through the whole time. I had to constantly chase them. The 3 calls I made to get info on where we were with my car were never returned. I wont deny the quality of repair is there, but they are clearly taking in too many cars at once and they cant handle it.

Horrible service if I could rank negatively I would. Hansel Collision has had my vehicle for 7 weeks now and repairs still havent been completed original was given 3 weeks but a little more damage was found but still. Given the holidays ok....but this is crazy, the only partial update I will get is when I call. And even then its like pulling teeth to get any information, the response I usually get is next week or its still at service. I will only get information when I call, they will never call me first. I called on a Monday and left a voicemail ended up getting caught up with work and school and didnt hear a word for a week and a half until I called and got a response of next week. The amount of times I have called and only heard the phone ring and ring is far to many, with no response to my voicemails. Stupidly enough I didnt have car rental coverage with my insurance so Ive been paying out of pocket for 7 weeks now and its adding up, and with what.....the promise of it might be ready next week, and how they are still trying to get me into a rental with lower rates that theyve promised for a month now and have done nothing about. I feel that they will only tell you what you want to hear to make you happy while they take their sweet time. Please save you time and go elsewhere.

I made an appt to take my car in to get some body damaged fixed. When I spoke with them on the phone I was told that they would deal with my insurance company and if theres any supplemental fees owed they would work directly with the insurance company. When it came time to drop off my car I was asked to sign a contract stating that I would be responsible for any supplemental work that had to be done. I explained I had full coverage insurance and they said on the phone to me that they would work with the insurance company yet after coming in they tried to have me sign a paper stating I was responsible for any supplemental fee owed rather then dealing with the insurance company. I felt uncomfortable signing and tried to explain that I had full coverage insurance and that my insurance company would handle any supplemental fees, only thing I should have to pay was the deductible. But they insisted that any extra fees were my responsibility and would not work with the insurance company for any supplemental fees. I left that business quick after that. Made my appointment through Hidden Valley Auto Body that has great reviews by the way. Hidden Valley Auto Shop told me they would have no problem working with the insurance company on any supplemental owed. Couldve saved me alot of time, I wish I would have read how bad their reviews were before wasting my time and waiting 3 weeks for an appt. Stay away from Hansel Collison Center if your going through your insurance company or in a fast hurry to get your body damage repaired. My business is now going to Hidden Valley Auto Shop.

Horrible communication, people dont call you back, unnecessary delays to my repair they had my car for 3 months and they missed so many things, my car is still not fully repaired. This shop is un-organized and incompetent. TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE TRUST ME! Only positive thing is the staff is friendly but other than that horrible shop
