The repair man was very nice and on time. I paid $165 for him to fix my dryer, he Solaris it was the coils and replaced it. I just did a load of laundry and he did not fix my dryer. It still does NOT get hot. Hoping he’ll come back Mon and make this right. I called and they came back ASAP. Dryer is fixed and I’ll use them again.

The tech Jose showed up and was very professional. He walked us through everything he did and what was the cause. Great service, I definitely recommend this company.

I work for a nonprofit animal rescue and we break our washer and dryer more often than I would like to admit.Northbay always comes ( usually same day ) and fixes them. They are reasonably priced, friendly and I just got a very GENEROUS donation check from them in the mail today.More businesses should be just like Northbay!!!

Daniel, the repair guy was on time, wore his mask the whole time and gave me a clear and accurate assessment of the two broken appliances. He was honest with what shouldnt be fixed and thrifty about what could be.

Everyone from Laura in the office to the repairman were amazing. Super efficient and reasonable! I called Thursday afternoon and they arrived 5 pm that evening. Ordered the parts and called on a Monday to make an appointment for the same day or next morning. I highly recommend this company!
