Six months ago I purchased a set of electric LG washer / dryer set and a refrigerator from Don’s appliances and haven’t had any issues with my appliances. When I thought I had an issue with an appliance, I called after business hours and he picked up my call. Even tho I live far away, Don had someone come over the next day to make sure everything worked well and I highly appreciated it. We needed a chest freezer and had been looking around with no luck, we then stopped by Done and he had the perfect freezer for us and delivered it to us. Don is a nice guy and it was nice doing business with him.

Huge selection of used appliances: refrigerators, clothes washers and dryers, stoves, freezers . . . even a good used automobile from time to time. Even arranges repairs and deliveries.

Called this number today asking about an item in stock, the guy who answered the phone was rude and cussed while speaking at me... wont be buying from this place.

Don found us the perfect fridge immediately! Super affordable price, like half the original cost and in beautiful condition! He cut us a couple extra breaks too. All around fun place to visit and worth your time if you need to replace an appliance.

Bought a washer that didnt work! I asked Don if the machine was tested he said yes, obviously that wasnt truthful. Warehouse is extremely messy!

Very helpful when making a dishwasher purchase. The installation went smoothly and the technician was courteous and efficient. I would have given this five stars except the installation did not occur when promised and I had to follow up to find out when I could expect the tech to arrive.

I was completely bamboozled by Don! All his statements turned out to be lies and half truths. The product ended up in the garbage. I consider it a small price to pay to have a person of such low character out of my life. The positive reviews leave me scratching my head: hes a rat! No one needs his kind of karmic energy in their life. If you ever consider going there, remember the adage, LET THE BUYER BEWARE.

I called Don after the computer went out on my expensive washer for the upteenth time. I was looking for a older style agitator without an electronics. He put me on to a good, standard machine without a lot of cash, time or trouble. My kids really enjoyed looking around at the shop, its an example of the real America.

My parents purchased a dryer from Dons about a month ago and it stopped working so I picked it up from their house about an hour and a half ago and brought it back to him to look at. It turned out to be a simple fix and he had it done in about 5 mins for me and I was on my way. Great service!

Should have read reviews before doing business. Had a problem with an appliance immediately upon installation. Claimed we damaged it when installing. Don was extremely verbally abusive to my wife and also to myself complete with name calling and challenging to a fight. Serious anger management issues.Do not ever do business even if he seems nice. He is not. Im amazed he is in business and not in jail.

Perhaps the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Started the job, then bailed out. Service rep had to borrow my tools. Im not sure who answers the phone, but I heard MF this and F that more than anything else. I didnt have one complaint, didnt moan about anything. All I wanted was a repair date/time. Unbelievable.

Ive read the other reviews and cant relate as my experience was the total opposite. I needed a frige in a hurry and wanted a decent SS large one. I showed up, told him what I wanted, he led me right to it, showed me two others as options. I picked one and it was delvered the same day. His crew was fast, funny and very helpful. Overall it was a great experience.

I got an amazing deal on a great fridge! Very friendly service and the delivery/installation was fast and easy. The store is easy to find and they have a huge selection compared to another used appliance store I visited. I will be comming back when its time for a new stove.A+ family buisness

A while ago I picked up a clothes washer for my fiancé. When I commented that the unit looked old and dented, Don yelled at me and told me I had no business making any comments at all. I was just there to pick up the unit and I should shut up. He continued denigrating my character for several minutes. I looked at him and wondered how does someone this rude and verbally abusive remain in business? Has he ever thought of repeat business? Youve read many negative comments about this guy on this site for a reason. I believe the comments to be true. Furthermore I wouldnt be surprised if the postive comments on this site were nothing more than a ruse. I would advise anyone wanting to buy a used appliance to go elsewhere. This is not the type of person I would want to resolve a customer service problem with!!!

Please do not fall prey to this business. My husband purchased a used refrigerator. He did not do his due diligence but when he called to find out some specifics, he was told that the refrigerator was about 10 years old and a Frigidaire. Even on the receipt, it said it was a Frigidaire. It turns out it is a Gibson and manufactured in 1992. He paid $240 for it and when we went to see it and potentially pick it up, I decided not to take it but Don said it was ours and it had already been paid for. These kinds of disreputable businesses should not survive. Please boycott Dons Appliances!

I lost the contents of my refrigerator when the power went out during the sonoma county firestorm. After moving back to my house and re-stocking my jenn aire, it was not functioning and I (once again) had to re-stock it The technician arrived as scheduled. He was friendly, caring and diagnosed the issue within a short period of time. The fee for parts and service was extremely reasonable and I cannot thank this company enough for helping me through this tough time.

The fixed my washer/dryer when no one else could. I had been without my machine for over a month until James came and fixed it!Thank you!

I bought a kenmore cloths dryer from Dons appliances about 4 years ago. The dryer works great.

I have always gotten great appliances from Dons. Used him many times. It is used things and they break-new things break.

NEVER give this guy any business. Im 19 years old and he cussed me out and threatened to kick my ass. No joke. I was just calling him to see if hed be interested in helping out Santa Rosa High. Ive never met somebody so rude
