This AM we were in need of a tow truck to pick up in Malibu deliver to SCV. It was a Dodge 3500 Chevy flat bed work truck. I called a few before calling Santa Monica Malibu tow and one was rude as I told them I’ll let them know since I wasn’t sure what time I needed. The other hanged up on me. No way I was going to use either company. Called this one and got a quote I told him the same thing…and he said “no problem let me know” I called back to tell him how soon he can be there and he said about an hour. Picked up delivered super friendly Mike is his name. Thank you. 10 star recommend.

Mike was extremely helpful! Thought we needed a tow but our spare tire pressure was just too low. He pumped air and had us on our way was super genuine and saved us a lot of hassle, totally recommend!

As strange as it sounds, my tow was actually the highlight of my afternoon. And it was all because of Liz, the first female tow truck driver Ive ever met. Not only was she empathetic and entertaining, but she really knew what she was doing. And she gave me some great advice about the rental car company(thats another story:-) Many thanks to Liz for being so helpful on such a helpless day.
