Great tow service. Made one phone call they were there within 20 minutes. Deliver my car to my mechanic with no problem

These guys have to deal with a lot of irrate people but still they mange to keep things going keep up the service class act

The price is storage wouldnt have been so bad had my vehicle not come back out in several pieces. Hoping to file action for malpractice and extortion.

Tip Top Tow service illegally towed my car from a private lot My friend manages and let me keep my car in, and then refused to comply with California State Law on showing me the written authorization for the towing before making me pay.I recorded the entire interaction to obtain my car and still with the camera on them, the company tells me repeatedly that Im not entitled to see any written authorization. They dont give out anything to vehicle owners that explains what to do if they are illegally towed either. This service has a company policy which is against the law, and with the video obtained theyll be lucky if the City Attorneys Office doesnt arrest the owner.I never received anything other than a receipt for the $700 they charged me, for a towing that shouldnt even have occurred.

The dispatcher, Jimmy, was incredibly helpful regarding my broken ignition- he got my car started, and even jumped it for me, all for the affordable price of $65. He recommended an auto repair shop to me that would be cheaper than taking it to the dealer for the long-term fix. Id recommend Tip Top Tow to others (if you voluntarily need a tow, that is...)

This company is pure evil. If SMPD recovers a stolen car, this is where they send it, and you will pay at least a thousand dollars to get it back. There is some kind of crooked deal going on. If you are towed by the city for tickets, you will get the same treatment. If you dont pay, they will sell your car. There are always a lot of cars for sale here. Its a legal, police backed car theft ring.

Signs were put up at apartment building for unauthorized parking. Called and they refused to come. Saying your out of the service area. Funny how all signs say Tip Top Tow. Reporting to the city and BBB.
