I can’t recommend Matt and Pool Pros enough. Pool Pros handle our regular maintenance and we also used them this week to re-tile our waterline. The price was competitive and the quality of work was excellent. Matt is incredibly responsive, personable and professional. I trust him and his work.

Im a first-time pool owner and definitely needed a crash course (splash course?) on pool maintenance and how all the components worked. Matt came out and went through my entire Jandy system and was very patient with all my questions and noob status. I recently booked him a second time for an air filter service. He helped me set up my pool water for the first time, walked me through everything and explained the chemicals, and have me a shopping list I took to my local supply store to get l confidently get everything I need. Matt was great! Showed up on time, did a beautiful job of removing our cracked mastic (deck caulk) and replacing it. Left the area clean. Reasonable and fair pricing. We are going to use him for all our pool work. In fact, we’ve already asked him back to upgrade our pool light. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of his work.

The quality of workmanship is outstanding. They repaired and replaced broken equipment I had that was leaking and so loud. Poolpros also is doing my weekly maintenance now too! my pool has never looked better!

Matt came out to repair pool heater. Was a water damaged circuit board. He found a used one, which he didn’t have to which saved me money. Installed the next day, made sure I was happy. Very responsive, honest, punctual, etc.

Matt was awesome! For the 1st time ever we put up an above ground pool this summer and, after 2 months of no problems, woke up to a cloudy pool that, no matter what we did over the course of 4 days (and tons of internet research!), we couldnt fix. I called Matt and he came within 2 hours, diagnosed our problem, gave us a realistic time table for the fix and clear directions on what to do (and not do!) going forward. We have clear water again and much more confidence. You just cant DIY that kind of expertise.
