Charged me 45 dollars just to paint my toes. Their “pedicure” did not include a scrub or massage. It was ridiculous. Do not waste your money.

When I walked in I was immediately greeted with rudeness, one of the women walks up to me and was very on edge that I had walked in. then she proceeded to try to tell me how I wanted my nails, and when she finally understood she kind of abruptly turned away and continued on her other client. After she started working on my hands, she started yanking my hands. After she finished taking off my Original nail polish, she started to put on the new polish, but every single time anybody walked in the door or the phone rang, she had to go pick it up. So I was left alone in the chair with my nails after. Overall I spent two hours trying to get in SNS dip, went really should’ve taken one hour.

I got a facial at this little salon and LOVED it!! The woman who worked on me did such a great job my skin got the perfect winter buff and hydration it needed. Will definitely be back!

The nail salon had one other customer and they rushed me out of there as quick as they could for a very high price point. Will not be going back. I highly recommend ten over ten at the platform in Culver City!

Had my nails done this evening... the varnish has dried in a very uneven way and a couple of nails have chipped already. I had to ask for a second coat and while I was in the salon someone came in to ask for their nails to be redone.

They worked very good. They are very detailed with your nails.They do gel manicure and also the regular one.The place is very clean and is easy to get there.They work during weekends!

I wanted to get my nails done just an hour before I had a dinner date with friends. The ladies here got it done and my nails look great. The atmosphere isnt high end but they get the job done for a decent price.

I honestly dont understand the bad reviews at all! I found this place on Groupon and didnt have high expectations but it turned out to be awesome. They welcomed me without an appointment in their tiny, cute quaint little place. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure and both turned out gorgeous! I was pampered and they helped me figure out the best color...just an overall great experience.

I visited this salon to redeem a Groupon for a mani-pedi. The decor is cluttered. The service is sub par. The nailpaint came off entirely on one finger within a few days. I cant exactly recommend it.

Basic and though not expensive, it was not worth it. I was out in 20 min. No foot massage. No moisturoszing. Extra $7 for the calluses. But after that rinse and done. Not good.

Would give zero stars if I could. I had a guy doing my acrylics. He didnt take his time. They were misshapen. Im not super picky about them being perfect but some of them were just completely pointing to one side. On top of it all he filed my pinky nail so hard and thin that my finger started to bleed and now burns. AND he charged me extra for the length of nails that I got. Really?? NEVER going there again. I am mad that I even paid. I should have said something. Dont go here! Gonna stick with my usual nail salon.

Would give 0 stars if I could!!! This is the worst nail salon experience Ive ever had in my whole entire life. They dont know what they are doing AT ALL. The lady was unpleasant and cut and filed my nails so unevenly and the gel wasnt even or opaque at all. Its been 2 days and its already chipping off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Manicure resulted in a painfully infected fingernail. Avoid this place at all costs.

The salon overcharged my credit card. I asked for a receipt for the canceled transaction or receipt for the refunded amount to my card. The salon owner wanted me to take her word for it. I checked with my bank. Of course my card was double charged.

My lashes did not look good and All of my lash extensions fell off within THREE days.

I should have listened to the other reviews. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Probably one of the worst manicures i have received, within a week my acrylics cracked and came off, my friends gel was very stained and the staff rushed us a lot and were slightly rude. Within 2 weeks i had to remove my acrylics
