I couldnt recommend Sweat 60 any more highly. I started working with Kevin and Co. last year and ended up losing almost 20 lbs in 2 months. Pretty insane considering I had been at the same weight for years. The workouts are great. They do a really good job of giving a lot of variety in the workouts so its not an entire class of doing air squats and burpees. The variety keeps things interesting. Kevin also worked with me on the nutrition side and taught me some invaluable lessons that really helped hand-in-hand with the training aspect of the program. Im in better shape now at 40 then I was at 25. Keep up the good work Sweat 60!
One of the best classes in LA and best bang for buck. Really effective workouts that... make you sweat for the entire 60 minutes. Ive been to over 10 classes and each trainer Ive had has been so professional and friendly. They really take the time and attention to make sure youre executing each workout correctly - even in a large group class.
When I found Sweat60, I knew I found the gym for me. As a recovering Crossfitter, Im looking for a gym where I can still get strong but ultimately want to make sure I get a good sweat in for 60 minutes a day. Sweat60 has been that place. All the programming is done very thoughtfully, leaving you feeling exhausted but in the best kind of way.All the coaches do a great job of making sure your form is correct, and will help you modify any movement that isnt working for you that day.Not for nothing, the community at this gym is incredible. No egos, just a lot of fun.

Ill start from the very beginning. From the get go Kevin replied to my request for info within a day and got me set up for a 1 on 1 session with Xavier. I was immediately impressed with how communication was handled. So many gyms never get back to you but Sweat 60 was ON IT.I am training for the LA Marathon on November 7 so I was looking for personal training tailored specifically to help me reach my marathon goal. Xavier has been amazing. He keeps me accountable and has consistently kept the workouts interesting while not burning me out as my running load has increased. My running has benefited immensely from adding in consistent strength training.Additionally, all of the other trainers are incredibly supportive. I am only working with directly with Xavier but everyone asks how my training is going and they all seem genuinely engaged and interested in their clients.Finally, the clients they attract are great too! Its always fun to be mid workout and have someone else cheer you on.I look forward to joining the group workout classes once I check this marathon off the list.Thanks SWEAT 60!
If youre looking for a new gym, look no further!Ive tried a few other boutique gyms in the area but always ran into some pain points, classes overbooked, new clients cycling in and out, workouts inconsistent, or simply not getting enough attention from the team.Sweat 60 is the exact opposite! My favorite things about this gym:- The Coaches, Jordan, and Xavier keep things fun and interesting even at 6 AM, that isnt easy to do!- The class formats, they FLY by! How many times have you been in a workout class and youre just staring at the clock waiting for it to be over? Never the case here!- Your teammates, everyone is here to put in the work, no matter where you are at in your journey. When I first started here I was welcomed immediately and feel like a part of the Sweat family.- The gym, its intimate, the space is functional, and most importantly the classes are small. For better or for worse the coaches WILL come by multiple times during the workout and help you with form and posture, or to simply push you harder. Ive known Kevin for years, have been at Sweat 60, other gyms, and came back to Sweat 60. Kevin, Courtney, and the rest of the trainers are high-energy, positively motivating, walk through proper form for every exercise, and provide modifications for anyone who needs them. The workouts include a balance of conditioning and strength training - they are challenging but fun! This is a no-fuss gym for anyone looking for a great workout with a fun and friendly group of people.
After my gym closed after going for years I was struggling to find a gym that I connected with as much as my old gym. Luckily I heard about Sweat 60 and was able to try a few afternoon classes and was hooked. I really like how there are set days that focus on strength and set days that are more cardio focused so you feel you can get in a routine of balancing both throughout the week. The classes are structured so you are paired with at least one other person for moving though the workout stations so you never feel like youre on your own. Lastly, I cant say enough about how much I enjoy the trainers, Jordan and Xavier, they are super knowledgeable and patient in explaining the proper form for the exercises and what muscles you will be working. If you are beginner looking for a gym or already working out regularly you will connect with this gym and their goal of keeping it a safe, hard, and sweaty workout for everyone!
Ill start off by saying this....Sweat60 is #1Ive been training with Jordan for the past 2 months now, twice a week. As someone who found it VERY hard to create a consistent workout routine (truly hated it), Sweat60 has completely turned that around for me....and now I find the joy in it and cant get enough! Just after a few weeks, I was instantly feeling stronger and lifting weights I never even fathomed Id be able to do. I found this gym after my old gym of 3 years closed down. What felt like a tragedy at the time has really been a blessing in disguise. The classes are structured well and if you come regularly you *will* get stronger. You don’t have have to think about programming your own workouts, you just have to show up ready to work hard. All of the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and I appreciate each of their training styles. Jordan has really been helping me progress with lifting heavier (even when I’m unsure of my own capabilities), and Xavier’s conditioning classes (made in 60) have improved my strength & endurance. If you’re looking to achieve your fitness goals in an awesome community give Sweat60 a try— you won’t regret it.

I needed to find a proper gym family upon moving to the city and I found it in Sweat 60. All of the trainers are super, super nice and accommodating to your schedule. I go here for personal training with Jordan Harder 3x a week and Ive already seen immense strength gains and body fat losses in the 7 weeks that Ive been working with him. I never thought Id be able to deadlift over 200 lbs in a matter of weeks and I did it.Coming here has helped with my anxiety and inflammation so if youre looking for a place to meet your goals, Sweat 60 is it.

Although I have only been a member for a couple of months, I already see big improvements in my skills and my health in general. Sweat60 is hands down the best group gym I have ever been a part of. The trainers are all top notch. Everything from the warmup to the finisher feels intentional and effective. They offer both condition and strength days, so you can mix and match to your goals. I don’t know how you could be disappointed here.
The HIIT gym I belonged to closed down and they suggested I check out Sweat 60. Best recommendation Ive had in a long time! Kevin and the team continuously push me to be better, faster and stronger. Ive seen a noticeable difference in my energy level as well as my muscle definition. They provide the perfect mix of strength and cardio workouts.The community they have created with the trainers and the members is incredibly motivating and positive. Having swam or attended a HIIT workout about five to six days a week for several years prior to joining Sweat 60, I thought I was already in pretty good shape. However, having joined Sweat 60 three months ago, I’ve noticed substantial improvement in my mobility, flexibility, and strength. This place is the real deal, the major leagues, with A+ trainers!

I love the workouts at sweat 60 - they are efficient, effective and fun! My boyfriend and I started training here with Kevin and we love it. We both have injuries and all the trainers have been very aware of making sure we are doing exercises with the correct form. My body has never felt stronger and I love this community!
I came to Sweat 60 with a bad back and a broken heart.Kevin and Courtney took my ruined body and tattered soul and nourished me back to health- I took these broken wings and learned to fly again! Now I can deadlift a Volkswagen and reign undefeated at barstool arm wrestling.Im pretty athletic (great smile, too, Ive been told) but I had never learned the fundamentals of olympic lifting, or pushed myself in the way that the Sweat 60 workouts do. The trainers take the time to make sure your form is perfect and that youre lifting properly.The strength days are my favorite.I love/hate the HIIT/running days, which creep up on you... Im like, This is fine, this is fine, then suddenly I want to barf my evil black soul out and question my very existence.Maximum results!Love this place.

We work towards specific goals and mix in a lot of different exercises to keep things fresh. Sweat 60 is awesome! The community is strong and inviting. The trainers are amazing. They show up engaged, energized and are extremely knowledgeable and they motivate you to push past your limiting mind. I love them all! The gym is clean and has a great set up with a garage door opening up to an outside area, plenty of space. There’s no pretentiousness with Sweat 60, it’s a gym and it’s made to help people reach their personal goals. The workouts are always different and include agility, strength and cardio with strong emphasis on functional movements and proper technique. I really can’t say enough good things about Sweat 60! I would highly recommend this gym to anyone!

Sweat 60 is a hidden gem of a gym, tucked away down a side street off Pico. Its a judgement-free zone, the trainers there are honestly so kind and friendly. Every Wednesday and Friday AM were greeted with a smile.As for the personal training itself - its top notch. Our trainer Jordan is such a chill guy, we have the best conversations and laugh through our entire workout. Were only 6 weeks in and Im already starting to see some changes to my body. The group classes also look extremely fun, and the music is p. dope - lots of good deep house :)SO basically, go to Sweat 60. Or miss out.
I’ve lived in Santa Monica for 8 years and as a huge fitness buff, I’ve tried a lot of different gyms, and honestly this is the best, so don’t waste your time going elsewhere. The classes are always varied and challenging, the coaches are top notch, and Kevin and Courtney genuinely care about their clients. They helped me tremendously to meet my goals of shedding excess body fat through some tweaks in my nutrition. Everyone who goes to Swear 60 wants to get a good workout and there is no sense of pretentiousness. I actually look forward to working out there even at 6 am! Highly highly recommend.
Gold! I simply struck gold when I found Sweat 60. I was recommended to Sweat 60 by a friend who also raved about their experience. This is the first coaching experience where Ive truly felt in a partnership with my trainer and the results are showing. Kevin, Courtney and Jordan make an amazing team and their coaching pushes you past your comfort zone with compassion and energy. Be warned though, this is also a place of accountability - to the team and to yourself! I could not recommend Sweat 60 and the team more highly.

After a year of working out at home I was a little hesitant to start back up at a gym but I am so happy that I found this place. After only a month of working out at Sweat60 I’m seeing huge improvements not only in my lifts but cardio as well. I cant speak highly enough of Courtney, Kevin, and the Sweat 60 team. I have been doing 1-on-1 sessions with Courtney for almost two years now, and those sessions have infinitely improved my fitness, mood, and overall health. In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable, Courtney is engaging, thoughtful, and fun--a training session with her feels like hanging with a good friend for an hour...but with gains. Most of all, though, Courtney and Kevin are genuinely invested in the success of their clients. Feel so lucky to have found Sweat 60! I started in June and train 3x a week with Kevin. Im constantly motivated to try hard and push myself each time, and love that every workout is different and progressive. Kevin is passionate about fitness and nutrition and he applies that passion into each session. He also helped me form a nutrition plan for my health goals and even connected me with a meal service that meets all my needs and goals. Kevin and Court are both incredibly nice people, always have smiles and have been fun to get to know during my sessions.
Sweat 60 is a small private functional training gym owned by two amazing people, Courtney and Kevin. They fill the gym with good energy, care, and sweat- produced by you. They put you through a workout that challenges you to be better, and by the end of the workout- youre not only happy you completed it but impressed that what they thought you could physically handle, you actually could- making you both physically and mentally stronger. I highly recommend training at this gym with these two amazing trainers. I promise you it will make you a better person, externally and internally.
My wife and I started working with Courtney a few months before our Wedding with the aim of getting trimmer for the big day, and generally helping our mood, energy and motivation. We lost 20lbs each for the Wedding, and have now been having twice weekly sessions with Court for 18 months. She is insanely good at her job. She adjusts exercises immediately to deal with injury and is encouraging, motivational, supportive and great fun. Her knowledge and continued education is nothing short of hugely impressive. She encourages us throughout the week to work on muscle relaxation & strengthening, and gives us updated exercises to help release tension. During Covid, we switched to virtual sessions, which have been incredibly beneficial for us. Court is attentive, never judgemental, constantly adaptive, and takes time to go over nutrition and meal plans with us. Even though Courtney is our trainer, Kevin is always supportive and cheering us on, and it is clear they make an awesome partnership. Sweat60 as a whole is a great community to be a part of. It is different to any other gym I have ever known - mostly because of the drive of Kevin and Courtney to just simply improve the lives of their members.
As a former D1 athlete who has trained at the highest of levels, this gym knows what it’s doing. Sweat60 has created a community that is supportive, consistent, and positive. Since going I’ve lost over 30 pounds, gained genuine relationships, and continue to stay motivated and sweaty in every aspect of my life! Their work ethic and attention to detail is unbelievable. If you give this gym an hour a day, it will give you so much more. The staff is both incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming— and it translates to their clients. Whether it’s Courtney’s positive attitude, Eric’s humor, Rachel’s smile, or Kevin’s tenacity - it is never a bad day at this gym.
Kevin and his team are the best! There’s definitely something to be said about an independently owned gym and the level of customer service that you receive, it’s second to none! Let me first say that I am not a morning person and the fact that I look forward to my 5:30am classes everyday speaks volumes. I like that it’s early enough for me to get my workout in for the day, shower, commute to work, and make it to my desk by 8am. The thing that keeps me coming back is their attention to safe form, the adaptability of the workouts, and of course, the community. Everyone is so encouraging and supportive, it’s truly like a family! I highly recommend this gym to anybody at any level.
Started going to Sweat 60 shortly after moving to Sawtelle and have absolutely loved it! I was looking for a place that had high intensity workouts, great coaches, and was Covid-safe and Sweat 60 was all those things and more. Mostly trained with Jordan but also had a few sessions with Courtney and both were amazing coaches; provided great motivation as well as coaching on my form to protect against injury. Favorite things about Sweat 60 include: 1) their constantly changing/unique workouts vastly surpassed anything I could ever design on my own 2) the level of coaching has really pushed me 3) while the workouts are mostly weight-based the speed makes it a great cardio workout at the same time. Best high-intensity 1-hour workout classes Ive found; Ive seen results even after just a few weeks.
Ive been coming to Sweat 60 for almost 2 months now and I absolutely love it! The trainers here are so thoughtful about their classes. Its like personal training in a group setting. Classes are challenging and fun and I really appreciate that one of the things we focus on is progression; so I can really see my growth week over week. I am lifting more and running faster than I ever have! Kevin, Courtney, Eric, Rachel and Camila are amazing trainers/coaches- they push us to get out of our comfort zones while making sure that everyone is performing movements safely. Sweat60 is such a great community! I go for personal training and often witness classes going on. Their classes are challenging yet totally doable, always with modifications if you need. Their personal training is beyond expectation, especially Camila. When you walk in there is a poster with a set of rules and they truly live up to them, talking a lot about community, being respectful and trying your best. I’ve done 10 training sessions and my core is already stronger, I see my legs becoming more muscular and slimming down and I feel stronger than I have in a long time. Definitely try sweat 60!
I tried a lot of gyms before committing to Sweat 60. My experience has been fantastic. The classes are challenging without being punishing, and the coaches are supportive of everyones individual fitness goals. Ive made huge strides since joining Sweat 60, and I would encourage everyone to try it.
I moved to Santa Monica last June and was looking for a good gym. I had tried several class variations here and there and none of them were challenging the way I wanted to be challenged. I found Sweat60 by googling hardest class in Santa Monica. Its been almost a year since my first class and over the last year Ive received more compliments than I ever have about how strong and fit I look. The classes are fun and fast-paced is the workout flies by. The coaches are super friendly and the community theyve built is so unique. It feels like a family both at the gym and after gym hours. Highly recommend!!
After researching and trying numerous gyms, I visited Sweat 60 and immediately knew this was the one. The facilities are well kept, the coaches are incredibly friendly and push you while providing motivation and personal attention. The workouts are intense and after each class I feel incredibly accomplished. Moreover, the community that the Sweat 60 team has, and continues to grow is amazing. Great gym, great workouts, great people. A year ago, I was looking for a workout program to help me get in shape for my wedding. Kevin and his team helped me reach my goals quickly, with fun, effective workouts and class times that work well with my often unpredictable work schedule. The Sweat 60 program is constantly rewarding and keeps me coming back. It’s been 14 months and the classes are still challenging, and the people are all amazing. It’s a great collaborative environment, welcoming to beginners (like me) and experienced athletes who want to work hard and sweat their butts off. I can’t recommend this place enough!

This gym is EVERYTHING! The coaches are very knowledgeable, they know how to check for form and when to progress you or regress you. They care about you and will never comprise your body and expose you to any unnecessary risk for injury. The members are friendly and inviting. I found Sweat 60 accidentally while driving home from work one day, I saw their sign while sitting in traffic and had been looking for the gym so I decided to try it. I went for a week and signed up immediately for a membership and have never regretted it. The workouts are challenging and amazing, Ive never been in better shape. The coaches are all wonderful people who encourage and motivate you to do your best and the community aspect is truly special. I dont think there is another gym like this one! I have been going to Sweat 60 since June 2018 and in that time have never been disappointed with anything. I genuinely recommend this gym to everyone I meet lol
I planned a quick NYE getaway with my girlfriend and wanted to a workout for us while in Santa Monica. Kevin immediately responded, arranging personal trainer Camila to set us up a really fun partner workout.The workout was a balanced mix of cardio, strength and core, with careful attention to protect a few old injuries while keeping it challenging.You know the workout is great when the hour is over in what feels like a few minutes and your sweaty! Just moved to LA from Australia and have been playing at a high level of sports all my life, and this is the only gym that I find the same level of intensity I crave being away from home. Also, the trainers and members are all like family now, which makes it fun to get up at 5:30am to sweat together. I have recommended this gym to all my other friends, and would recommend this gym is 11/10 to everyone. Get sweaty!
I love this place. I have been doing this type of work out when I used to live in South Bay but when I moved I had lost my routine. Finding this place, gave me the motivation to workout again. I first did the private training with Eric. He put me right back on track and got me motivated to work hard in reaching my goal. Now I do the class workouts from Monday thru Friday and rest on the weekends. The classes are different everyday. I get my conditioning and lifting all done in a week. I noticed my body changed and I got stronger. People have also noticed I look happier. I say that I feel energized after my 6:30am workout. I was even able to run a 10k, since I run in my classes on Fridays and Wednesdays. The trainers are all friendly and very helpful. They make sure you are doing the moves right so you dont get hurt and that is very important to me. I totally recommend this place.
Best gym and community Ive experienced. Training at Sweat is different, multiple trainers watching over and pushing your limits while correcting you if needed. Great variety of classes, Kev, Court and Eric will kick your butt into shape in no time. A great community feel, you get to know other class members and trainers. Without a doubt the best gym I’ve ever been to. Kevin, Courtney and Eric are such great coaches and the knowledge they bring are unmatched. I have been going 4-5 days a week for about a year now and have had great results with losing body fat, gaining muscle, and overall just feeling fantastic. They have a few different styles of classes depending on the day but I enjoy them all (even the conditioning Wednesday class which is brutal). If you’re looking to step your game up and want to get in the best shape of your life this is 100% the place for you. I almost forgot tomention the best part, the community. The 5:30 class which I go to is about 80% the same people every day and it really pushes you to stay consistent and keep coming back. The members here have honestly become some of our best friends here in LA. This was way too long of a review and you probably stopped reading but I couldn’t help myself with how much I love Sweat60!
Started here about a year and a half ago and I still dont plan on leaving any time soon. They were great at getting out of my comfort zone and pushed me to get stronger. I lost almost 50 pounds since I started. The workouts are great and the coaches are awesome. They are knowledgeable on nutrition as well which is great for me.
There is no shortage of personal training places in west LA. I have experienced some of them but I am certainly very happy with my latest discovery: Sweat 60. An amazing, cozy place that relies on the body dynamics to give one a full body workout that leads to total strengthening of body and mind. In sweat60 you will not see fancy machines but you will experience the expertise of coach Eric and coach Kevin who can push you to workout to your fullest potential and feel satisfied. Besides workout, you are connected to these trainers who genuinely care about you, your health, and you acheiving your workout goals. With sweat60, you become part of a family and that is a gift like no other. That is what makes this place so unique.
If youre looking for a great workout, a neighborhood vibe and really supportive & fun trainers, THIS is your spot. Im so grateful to have stumbled upon this gym in a google search. I wasnt feeling like there were any workouts that pushed me physically and mentally until I found this gym. I actually look forward to going because I feel myself getting stronger with each class, there are variety in the classes, the music is upbeat and the coaches and fellow gym-goers are friendly & fun. This gym is soo great, I even got my husband to sign up!
2 things I never used to do: attend group classes & write yelp reviews. However, ever since I started training with Sweat60, I feel I need to share how awesome this gym is. Kevin, Courtney, Eric and Camila are amazing coaches who focus on not only the correct form, but making sure everyone is reaching their full potential and working hard every class while positively motivating each member. I’ve been going to sweat 60 for 6 months now and it’s the only work out class that has inspired me to be consistent! The trainers are so nice and knowledgeable. The community is friendly and supportive. The work outs are consistently challenging but diverse enough that you don’t get bored. I’ve seen great changes in my endurance and strength! Love this gym!
I just started going to SWEAT 60 and it is already my favorite gym EVER! The coaches are amazing and the workouts are the perfect mix of weights and cardio. It is circuit style training, hitting a variety of muscles each day, and always implementing new and different exercises. Last but not least, the community theyve built is incredible. Everyone is motivated and inspiring! Would 100% recommend this gym :)
Came to Sweat 60 roughly 6 months ago and never looked back! Kevin and his team had me hooked from day 1. The workouts are challenging, dynamic, and INTENSE! You get something new every day of the week - strength, interval training, cardio, etc.. Each day has a general formula, but you really never know what the exact ingredients are going to be.Every coach at Sweat 60 is knowledgeable, approachable, and just fun to be around. They ALL create an awesome atmosphere. It truly doesnt matter who the coach is on any given day, because each of them live and breathe the Sweat 60 culture.The community is second to none. Everyone in each class is equally supportive as they are competitive. Its the perfect place to meet people from the area who are passionate about staying fit, while having a good time doing it.Overall Sweat 60 is the entire package. Awesome workouts, coaches, and people. You dont just get access to their gym either. They create weekly workouts for when you are traveling, have outdoor events (hikes, games, retreats, etc.), and even social events around town where you can get to know people outside of their gym shorts and shirts. I recommend it to anyone!
My workouts at Sweat 60 were some of the best workouts Ive had in a while. Every single class was a great challenge. The trainers are uplifting and energetic. Even though its a class format, they take the time to pay attention to everyone to make sure youre doing the moves correctly. Would recommend trying this gym!
Sweat60 provides a community that allows people to gain the most out of each workout. All the trainers are knowledgeable and make sure that you use proper form to avoid injury. Each class is a challenge but if you put in the work you will see results. Kevin, Courtney, Eric, Camila, and Rachel all are fantastic trainers who provide positive and enthusiastic support throughout each workout. My experience may be a bit different than other reviewers on here, but it was still GREAT. I started personal training (w/ Coach Courtney) at Sweat 60 once I found out I was pregnant. I was doing CrossFit before and wanted something that still challenged me and helped me get stronger but was safer and more appropriate for my changing body. Im now 39 weeks and just wrapped up my last session until after baby, and I am so happy with the results Ive experienced throughout this journey because of Sweat 60. I highly recommend it!
My wife and I have been going to Sweat 60 for a year and a half now and we love it. The gym has all the benefits and personalized attention that personal training offers, but at group pricing rates. Very fun and social atmosphere!
My experience at Sweat 60 has been excellent. After a few session I noticed a good improvement in my performance at other fight and self defense disciplines that I train in. The coaches focus very much on proper form and technique when they demonstrate and they are very focused on making sure everyone is properly executing each exercise. What I highly like about this gym are the workouts that take place at numerous setting, like the parking, track, beach, etc. Some of the exercises at Sweat 60 are Sport performance related which really helped improve my overall athletic performance. Another aspect that I love about the gym are the various types of health and fitness challenges that have been taking place since on a frequent basis.Im usually not the most social type but everyone that I partner with at Sweat 60 are very friendly, helpful, and competitive. I drive 30 to 40 minutes on average to attend the 6:30 am class. It is definitely a very good investment for your overall health and fitness.
Amazing gym with even better instructors! Highly recommend joining if your looking for a hard workout while being surrounded by amazing/ motivating members of every age! I started training at Sweat60 in February 2020. Prior to coming here, I had a hard time getting back in shape after having my second child and I’d felt like I’d tried all the things – working out 3+ times a week, eating healthily, cutting carbs, etc. Through Kevin, I realized that I was just making the wrong decisions for my body – most importantly, I was getting too much cardio and not enough strength and my macros were all off on my nutrition. He was careful to walk me through this step-by-step in bite-sized pieces, making small tweaks over time so it was easy to make a lifestyle change vs. some kind of unsustainable crash diet/workout regimen.From day one, Kevin has been and continues to be incredibly supportive of my goals – guiding me to figure out what I want vs. telling me what he thinks I should be doing. His coaching goes far beyond my workouts with him at the gym – he also helps me figure out what my workout and rest days should look like when I’m not coming to see him, he guides my nutrition decisions and he’s also started helping me to curb my anxiety through breathwork and meditation. What you get at Sweat60 is not just about the fitness (though you’ll also get your butt kicked every single session), it’s about your overall life – and that’s something that Kevin and Courtney uniquely provide as coaches in a way that I’ve never experienced before.
By far and away the best gym Ive ever been to! From the first class I took, I knew Sweat 60 was different from other gyms and I was hooked. You can tell how much Kevin and his team care about their clients. The coaches make every effort to ensure that each person is getting the most out of their workouts. They do a great job of not only pushing you to consistently improve, but making sure you do all of the movements with the correct form. I’ve been taking classes at Sweat60 for close to a year now. I’ve tried several circuit/strength training type gyms on classpass and decided to stick to this gym. Kevin, Courtney, Eric’s classes are invigorating, challenging and diverse keeping you guessing. They organize fun social events which makes for a supportive close knit community in an otherwise fast paced transient city. Thanks guys!!
Great gym. Great people. Fantastic coaches. If you start taking classes here regularly (4-5 times a week), youll get in great shape really fast. If you take classes AND start eating pretty well, youll get into insane shape. I went from pretty weak to the best shape of my life in just a couple months. Thanks Team Sweat 60!

The workouts are so good! Ive noticed a huge difference in my strength and fitness within just a few weeks. I am so lucky I found Sweat 60! As an almost 48yo, not overly fit, mother of two, I wasnt sure what to expect when I went to my first class. I was wholly convinced I would be the slowest one there...and I was. But it didnt matter. Everyone was incredibly friendly and supportive, and Kevin made sure I was using good form even if I wasnt doing as many reps as everyone else or otherwise had to modify. That was 3 months ago. Im still slow, but getting faster and stronger every day. I feel (and look!) better than I ever have, and I find myself missing workouts, the people, and the energetic atmosphere when Im not there. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and demonstrate what they want to see in a clear, easy-to-understand manner. Im never bored, always welcomed, and always challenged in the best of ways. Check it out; you wont regret it!
My girlfriend has been coming here for a few months now, she constantly asked me to join her but I refused. A month before taking a vacation out of the country I decided to join and give it a try. I can honestly say Sweat60 has challenged me in every level; I have always been active and in sports but the guidance throughout the workouts is a type of fitness I had never experienced. There is no dull moment and constant encouragement from staff and members. I have lost a total of 20lbs since I joined Sweat60.

Amazing local gym! After I had my second baby, I started with personal training with Kevin and Eric. At first I was worried it would be too intense, but they are masters at teaching technique and form. The workouts are no joke, but I feel so strong now. I graduated from personal training to their group training classes and have been loving the diversity in classes, the community, and the way they are able to still give personal attention to me, even with class sizes of 20+. Ive tried my share of group fitness classes on the westside and Sweat 60 definitely sets the bar! The amazing coaches there really motivate and push you, while also making sure you have proper form on every exercise (which I really appreciate!). They do a great job mixing up the exercises so that you get a great workout every time you go. This is definitely the place to be if you want to surround yourself with other dedicated individuals looking to really train and achieve your fitness goals! Highly recommended.

After a two year hiatus from working out(🤷♀️), I decided to jump in and join the 30 day challenge at Sweat 60. I am so glad I did!!!!!!I need that group energy to help me stay focused and motivated and this gym has it in spades! The trainers are super knowledgeable and supportive and the other students are friendly and really dedicated to improving their fitness. The workouts accommodate a range of fitness levels from beginners like me to total badass trainers and the variety of the workouts is awesome.I’m so grateful to have found Sweat 60.#sweatyforlife 💪

Took my first Sweat60 class with Camila Ramon! If youve never been, take her class. This may be a group fitness, but she pays attention to details and will give you great adjustments to ensure you are using proper form throughout the class. Youll be sure to leave super sweaty and feeling accomplished.
Ive been to a lot of gyms and tried plenty of different workouts and Sweat 60 does not disappoint! Its not only a challenging, full body workout, but also a great community! Kevin pushes you to reach your fitness goals but is also able to modify workouts for any injuries you may have. This is the perfect gym whether youre new to the fitness world, or training as a serious athlete. Great environment and energy!

I am so happy I found Sweat 60! After dealing with years of back pain, multiple surgeries, and slow physical therapy I needed a jolt to my system. The team at Sweat 60 has been very supportive in my mission to get my body healthy. Eric has been an amazing trainer, challenging me to try new exercises all while being mindful of my challenges. I have gotten many compliments that I look healthy and I definitely feel stronger. Describing it as a family there is an understatement, I have met and worked out with some amazing people.I work with Eric in a semi-private environment, so there are no more than 4 of us during a session. Each day is different and always challenging, and good mix of core, strength, and cardio.I really appreciate the follow up by Eric, Courtney, and Kevin. I love Sweat 60! All of the trainers are exceptional and very personable, Ive always felt welcome here and a part of their community. They have a great mix of classes that get you the results you want. The trainers push you but also help ensure that each workout is done right.I dont think I would have the same results if Sweat 60 wasnt a part of my weekly routine!

Awesome gym and community!! High energy atmosphere that will get you in fantastic shape. Kevin and the rest of the trainers do a fantastic job with individual instruction and making each person feel like they can achieve their fitness goals. Very nice space (indoor/outdoor) with mostly new equipment (and new things added all the time). Highly recommend!
In short, Kevin is the man! Ive trained with Mr. Atkinson countless times over the last 5 years and his workouts are pretty incredible. Hes demanding, but such a good motivator that by the end of it, you cannot imagine how much youve achieved, and it makes you hungry for that much more. Hes great at mixing up the workouts between strength training and fun, outdoor activities that really help you say lean, while having fun doing it. Hes also a great competitor, so if youre so lucky as to get to race him or do anything competitive against him, youll have have your work cut out for you, but the bragging rights are worth the fight. Ultimately, hes just a really honest and good person, who youll love being around. In my experience the best way to stay in good shape is to enjoy your workouts, and Kevin makes it impossible not to.
Just moved here recently and could not be happier with this gym. Great atmosphere and the staff is beyond knowledgeable in all aspects when you have any questions. Strongly recommend joining!
There isnt much for me to say about Sweat 60 ......outside of the fact that I have gotten in the best shape of my life in the shortest amount of time and The training is comprehensive, easy to learn, and the trainers make 60 minutes FLY!!Never have I felt neglected as in addition to the trainer leading the class - there is usually another trainer doing the workout along with the group!If you enjoy world-class fitness design and a friendly atmosphere, or you want to guarantee the most effective use of your workout time - do yourself a favor and check out a class - you will not regret it!Thank you Kevin, Courtney, and Eric for helping me achieve beyond my expectations. I’m an avid runner, and was looking for a gym to cross train and help me with my strength and speed. The trainers at sweat 60 were able to get me to my highest fitness potential, and I’ve been PR’ing race times ever since I joined their group training. The coaches keep the workouts challenging and fresh each week and never get boring. The community is great, and welcoming to everyone. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to improve their level of fitness.
My wife and I joined up w Kevin/Sweat 60 late last year and we could not be happier. His help on both the fitness and nutrition have been game changers. Daily classes are well planned and are certainly a thorough, complete workout. The added attention to correct form and constant encouragement (from trainers and members alike) make it a enjoyable, yet challenging experience every time I set foot in the gym.
Sweat 60 is more than just a gym and a good workout, it is a fun, welcoming and uplifting community (especially the 6 a.m. crew!). Each day is different from pull ups, to dead lifts, to ring rows, and of course Kevins favorite, sprinting. Every 60 minute class is a unique mix of strength, circuit, and core work, that will leave you feeling it the next day and seeing results in no time! All of the trainers are fantastic. Eric is a great strength coach always correcting form and providing pointers and Courtney has a contagious positive personality. Kevins classed are always tough. He takes no excuses but makes sure you are always having fun and doing the exercises correctly to avoid injury. I had been battling knee/hip issues on and off for years until finding Kevin and the Sweat 60 team. I can now say I am able to train and run pain free and I am so excited that I found this place!
