Love the apartments we saw at 1242 10th street. nice modern building.

I had no idea their rentals were that close to the beach! It literally took me 3 minutes to walk over to where the pier is from my rental. We ended up staying an extra 2-weeks because we just fell in love with the area and the scenery!

I usually despise staying in Corporate Housing, but this was the very best in Santa Monica. Highly recommend them.
