I never bought gold from Acre, however it took me a little bit to find where to place this review of their business due to what I assume is intentional name differences and hiding their address from the website. Thankfully the BBB exists so I could search up the appropriately listed address recieved from them.I was blocked from publicly commenting on Acre Gold ads after my 2nd comment on social media. I guess the company wasnt happy about me explaining the current market decline and over priced values of their product (using the information Acre Gold was providing to consumers). PR replied to me once, contradicted themselves in their own comment, and accurately explained how buying gold stock is actually a better option for gold investments. If you didnt want to read my lengthy review, long story short, dont subscribe to Acre Gold

I have made 4 payments of $106.67 totaling $426.68 and Acre is telling me since the price of Gold has gone up (slightly) they cant ship my gold until another payment is made. Currently 5 grams of gold is selling around $330-$340. That is an insane mark up. Now i have to cancel and hope they return my money.

Takes at least 6 months just to get your first gold bar, Ive been trying to cancel my membership but theyve made it as difficult as humanly possible to do so, and make it even more difficult to reach anyone from the company.

Takes 5 payments of $53.60 for 5 months and an additional Month to get your 2.5 grams bar.Total waste of time and overvalued item
