I speak french, sorry for the grammar/syntax mistakesI ordered about 10 prints for a value of around 500$ (tx and 25% off incl)My order was split in 4 orders with a different # each. The result was that I have to pay 4 times the delivery charges (between 12-15$ /each) OK.... so the 25% off sale is now down to about 15%....But it’s not over yet!DHL add extra fees for each package between (20-40$ /each)... Here goes the rest off de 25% off saleAnd the do not deliver at your address! You have to go to an other facility to get your stuffYeah!I contacted Society 6 and they told me to refuse the delivery...... and when they get back the package they can do the refund...... Simple?! Not!!There’s no way for me too “refuse” the delivery since they don’t deliver to my house!I will contact my CC company to see if they can deal with them since it’s a“hidden fees” case.....UPDATEAll the Large print that I received are really bad quality and the shade doesn’t fit what I boughtEx: Grey becomes Brown.....

Received a couple wall art items and stickers as gifts. The prints look horrible and cheap. I dont know how these things can be advertised as art. The stickers were blurry as well.Didnt want to share this with the person who gave me the gifts, so I tried contacting the merchant directly. I explained the situation and provided my name and address. The merchant kept stating they wanted an order number, charge card info, etc., but I kept repeating that I was the person receiving the items and didnt have that information. Yet, they repeat and repeat the same thing over and over.I sincerely advise against doing and commerce with this company. Very frustrating to deal with as well as substandard products.

This happened to both of the reclining chairs we bought, within 1-2 months of purchasing them. Both me and my husband have standard weights. We submitted a complaint for the first one that broke and got a replacement, and now the other one broke. I know this will happen to the other one too. The seams are just too weak.

I recently bought some curtains from the website. The curtains were shipped on time and of great quality. However, they were not the exact shade I wanted, so I reached out to them. They responded promptly. They were too kind and let me keep the curtains and also issued a refund!!! A company that has such integrity will always have my support.

Outstanding customer service........i recently ordered some canvases and inadvertently ordered 2 of 1. I sent a support email asking to return for refund/exchange, and within AN HOUR was contacted and had my money refunded, and was told to keep the extra!!!! Thats pretty incredible in todays retail hellscape of Thunderdome mooks, who would rather chew off their arms than lift an eyebrow to help. Thanks

Love, love, love my purchase!! Arrived quickly and very easy to hang. However my larger print was jostled a little in shipment I assume and I had to reassemble it somewhat. Smaller one is perfect and needed nothing but to be hung. This is my new go to for eye catching, trendy art and home decor!

I ordered large floor pillows through Society6 and the quality of the pillows were absolutely amazing and the pattern was so cute and They go so well with my decor. Unfortunately I ordered way more than I needed (as they were larger than I expected) and Society6 refunded me immediately for the pillows I didnt need and even allowed me to keep them as a token of appreciation for my business. I would buy from them any day! Plus their large selection of options is a major plus! I highly recommend them!

I fell in love with some blackout drapes, clearly shown as a modern print in gold/yellow on a white background. When they arrived they were gold/yellow printed on a grey background. They don’t work for me, although I love the print itself - kudos to the artist who created the pattern. However, I’ve sent 2 emails through the site (response within 24 hours, it says), as directed, and tried calling the phone number listed (response by email only, within 12 hours, no way to leave a message). I haven’t heard back yet after 3 days for 1 email, 2 days for the 2nd. I want to know if this run of drapes was a mistake so I can actually get the print with a white background, or if I need to return them. 1 star because the artist/print is great, -4 because they are not as pictured and I can’t get a response. I’ll update this review if I get a response.

Here is the exact conversation that me and a rep had (or a snippet of it) where I ordered a tapestry because I was directly told that I would receive a refund for the difference. After placing the order and contacting them for the refund they said no. because I was stacking deals even though at this point I never used a code. this was the price the site showed me and when I asked about the difference in price they said they would refund me and on that intention I placed the order. pay me to difference in a form of a refund or products.

Website is bad. Creating an account is hard and they still won’t let me create an account. Tried to change my shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order and they won’t let me. They also won’t let you cancel an order even within 24 hours. The order hasn’t even been processed yet.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the shower curtain I ordered, “The Christmas Reindeer”. The reindeer was poorly screen printed - the artwork is blurry and the layers of the artwork did not align properly. The only elements that were crisp and lovely were the two little birds sitting on the antlers. Terrible quality control. Will never order through Society6 again.

I gave this a 2 star because Kevin Garibaldi at the Customer Service team was great. Other than that Society6 is terrible. Ordered an Iphone case. It took longer than expected to get here, then it was the wrong size. They sent out another one and after another week and a half, its the wrong size. Kevin got me a refund immediately, but how is this company still in business? I know, fools like me, dont read reviews before purchasing

Received this long awaited order and it arrived damaged. There was nothing in the package to prevent the movement of the frame so ofcourse there was damage. The frame is so cheaply made they shouldbe embarrassed. I was hesitate to deal with this company and now it appears I was right. Now for the long long process of returning it which is made harder by them not being easy to get in touch with. AVOID AVOID if you can.

Have bought quite a bit of products off Society6, I love their designs & I love all of the products you can get that design on. However, I recently ordered a shirt from them in the size that Ive gotten before & when it arrived, it was far too big for me. So, I tried to exchange it, but for some reason the self service wasnt working. I contacted customer service & told them the problem. They immediately refunded me the cost of the shirt, allowed me to order the same shirt in the size I needed, but they let me keep the other shirt! I gave the other shirt to my friend & am now waiting for the new one in the mail!I love this site!!

I have ordered several items from Society6 after first coming across them when searching for other products in a particular design which I had previously ordered in the form of a cheap imitation (unknowing) from eBay. The items I’ve purchased are a wall hanging, a few art prints, indoor cushions and a tapestry. Both the printing and materials are exceptional quality. International delivery is quite efficient and pricing is very reasonable. I’m also happy to be supporting actual artists rather than buying copied versions from China. Will probably continue purchasing from Society6.

I had some issues with shipping/tracking with my first order but after contacting Society6 and explaining the issue, they immediately had another order sent out and I received it very quickly (A+). One of the items I ordered was the wrong size, so after contacting them AGAIN, they told me to keep the item to donate or pass along to a friend, issued me a refund and told me to just order the item in the proper size if I wanted to (again, A+). Their customer service is by far the best I’ve dealt with when it comes to online shopping!

I ordered two shirts through Society 6 recently and after one wash the stitching started coming out of one of my shirts.Now I know that sounds like a bad start but heres the thing... They dont make the shirts, they print on them. The shirt brand was American Apparel.So I contacted their customer support and started a live chat. I had already taken photos of the shirt as well just incase I needed to email them.The chat was actually really easy! I worked with a Rep named Jonathan and the cool thing about the chat was it actually had integration to be able to drag and drop the photos of the damaged product SO THERE WAS NO NEED TO SEND A SEPARATE EMAIL! That was awesome.Within literally 30 seconds Jonathan had issued a new order for the shirts to be reprinted and told me to keep the ones that I wasnt happy with.Being someone who used to work in online retail as well as now working for Apple I can honestly say that Society 6 has really good customer support and were able to rectify my issue painlessly.Thanks!

They don’t reimburse the actual artists enough. Also it’s a huge ripoff that they place all your items into different orders and charge you a separate shipping for each. I have received a few products as gifts and ones I have bought myself. Customer services representatives are very quick to respond and very polite as well as respectful. I have loved all of the products received :) The only thing is that you have to be careful because you can get charged customs and duties when receiving your package. Society 6 refunds for the first time only as a one time courtesy. I live in Canada so I am not sure about other places. Otherwise its awesome.

Love the selection of stuff on this site. I ordered a duvet cover and love the pattern but was disappointed in that it was only printed on one side and the material felt a bit cheap - all in all I wasnt pleased with what I got for the large price I paid. Unique, fun and large selection of throw pillows that are a great value over some of the big box stores. Bought pillows for my bedroom as well as my two daughters, 11 and 13. Something for everyone. Plus the Mothers Day promo code they were offering was 25% off, which was great. I got my first bag as a gift from my sister and I love the carry-all pouch (med). I think the zipper might be my 2nd favorite part. I got a coupon code and had an issue using it. I’ve order a ton of shirts on one design I created. Those turned out great. Then I started branching out and ordering other designs I had. None of them are turning out and the last one, they said they’d give me a credit instead of a refund despite their guarantee. I’ll not continue ordering my shirts from then. Instead I’ll go elsewhere for the cost and where I can actually make money as well. Not worth it.Update: moved the review to 3 stars. They processed the return but the quality is still 50/50. Order 4 different types of shirt and only 1 worked out.

Both my husband and I litterally only wear their t-shirts. I cant even believe there are any bad reviews about Society6. They are the best company to deal with and their customer service is amazing. Customer service is so so great. I received my comforter and fell in love. A couple days later I noticed a small hole towards the top. If I can give 0 stars I would. My experience with Society6 has been AWFUL. I really loved the idea of supporting them & the artists in their platform, but I’m not sure if I’ll be ordering from them in the future. I placed an order on December 9 (mind you for a very expensive $70 shower curtain). On December 10, I received an email stating my package has been shipped. When I clicked the link it said “we will have tracking information available for you tomorrow morning”. I have checked back every morning since. The same message is there. No order status updates, no shipping updates, no one to call, no reps to chat with. The only option is to submit a help request via a bot and the guarantee a response from a rep w/in 24 hours. I emailed on December 12. 24 hours later no email. No response by the 14 or 15. I emailed again on the 16, no response 24 hours later (today). Reached out to the Society6 IG, of course they were able to do nothing. Mind you there is NO SHIPPING OR ORDER STATUS INFORMATION whatsoever. Jus let “Order placed Dec 9” & the same “we’ll have shipping info in the morning” message that’s been there for over a week. I am very frustrated bc that money could’ve gone toward gifts for my family but I wanted to support artists and this company. I’ll update if I ever receive my item. Don’t even want to bother with getting a refund - can’t even imagine how long THAT would take.TLDR: don’t order from here if you expect to receive the items your paid for. you will be waiting for a very long time.

This company is terrible. They steal money from artists, and they lie to consumers and say each purchase pays an artist. Thats not really true though. Artists are being paid a measly 10-20% for each sale that they make. And society 6s whole website is garbage. They dont have anything meaningful or insightful to say about art, artists, or culture.

Quality of company has tanked severely. Its been two weeks and my order has not shipped and no response to any email inquiry.Ill be waiting until the end of the week to issue a chargeback on my card.I used the company back in 2016 which was great back then but now it is disgusting service. Hope the quality of the prints have not suffered as well.I eventually got a full refund but still paid duties on a damaged shipment lol...

I had an excellent interaction via email with Marianne, a rep from Society6. One of the art canvases I ordered did not show up after waiting several months. I reached out to Society6 using their online contact form. I was nervous I had waited to long t report my package missing. Marianne emailed me back within minutes of me submitting my form. I was offered a new print mailed to me immediately. Marianne completed the order and it is in process already. She was lovely to deal with. I am impressed with the speed of response, and that this company held their word about missing items.

They sent the wrong item. Cannot reach a human. They have not responded about sending the correct item. I will never use their services again! Prices are very high anyway!

Very cool prints! Wanted to order so many cool things but could only afford a couple iphone cases. Unfortunately the prints were awesome but quality came out kind of low - I had not trouble getting a refund though. Customer service was easy and awesome when it wouldnt let me return for the full amount (shout out to Emilyn for a fast and easy refund!) Thanks Society6! Will probably order a cool print or bedding from them soon!

When I received a recent order on a tee shirt from Society 6, it turned out that the graphic was very hard to see against the background color of the shirt. After letting them know what had happened they granted me a fast, hassle free exchange, and I couldnt be happier. THANKS, SOCIETY 6!!!
