Etailpet has been so great for helping get my online store up and running. They have a good thing going already, but continue to listen to make improvements. Brittany especially has been AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Very glad we did this, even though I have a lot to learn I feel I have the support that will make this an increasingly profitable addition to our brick and mortar business.
I love eTailPet and their drive for my success. I was in onboarding for about a week and my Account Manager Kim pushed me to go live as quickly as possible. She helped me upload my catalog- Set up payment processing and she made a cute landing page for me. She did all the rest! I am so excited for the upcoming holiday season!
Jordan has been very professional and understanding while helping me transition into e-commerce! He made me feel super comfortable while learning the platform and was genuine in doing so. The dashboard is really easy to use and the amount of products in the product universe is mind-blowing! I was able to find everything that I offered in my store. ETailPet was recommended to me from one of my old store associates who now lives in New Mexico. We were looking for a safe online/ curbside solution to avoid large crowds and bulk buying in the midst of the Pandemic. MY husband and I signed up and went live within 2 weeks (I could have went live sooner but took my time to make sure my catalog was to my liking) After going live, I had about 13 orders in the first week. Thanks to my Account Manager Kimmy for helping me with my promo codes and making a Social Media Graphic for me. I hate doing that stuff, so the more help the better!

I recently got my first online sale using eTail pet, and I must say it feels pretty good! I’m super excited!!! At first it was some little bumps in the road(on my end). I’m not computer savvy, I’m in the middle of expanding my business, planning the soft Opening, trying to set up my online store, so it will be up & running all at the same time as my soft Opening.Right when everything was getting hectic, trying to juggle everything at the same time, it was becoming very stressful. So much so that I was gonna hold off and set up my online store till after my expansion (so I can focus on one thing at a time). Trying to figure out the platform and set everything up, was becoming very discouraging and I wanted to give up on it! Then I got introduce to my account manager Leon, and boy did he made this whole process so much easier for me! He guided me through everything step by step. He’s always available, he almost always answer the phone or get back to me shortly (very convenient)! It’s been times when I would be thinking about calling him but then say to myself “no I already bother him enough”. He would then call me and say “Hey Jessica, I’m just calling checking on you to see if you need some more help?” When I say he went above and beyond, he went above and beyond!This is the best customer service experience I had in a very long time and it been very refreshing. Was sold this platform as an option to quickly introduce E-commence to my customers. They called day and night until they talked me into buying it and then - crickets. The catalog of products is outdated, with old, discontinued products, old photos of packaging from several years ago, and many products entered multiple times with multiple UPC codes. Even some illegally broken down products available as options to sell from manufacturers that do not sell products that way. They state you have privacy of your portal and your customer information is secure but discovered that is not the case today during on boarding - a week after I joined. My rep accessed my dashboard containing my personal data and changed my settings without even asking me to improve my portal...cancelling my subscription due to a total and gross misrepresentation of what this platform is and what it can do.
I have been with them for a little over a year. I have had great response when I needed something and I like that I can control my website without having to add all the products. Its a win/win.

About a year ago we knew it was time to become involved in applying an online ordering and delivery platform to our store to remain competitive in the evolving marketplace. We searched through several options, but all were too difficult to implement or just too expensive. We actually started to do our own online store with our web developer and we were not happy about the daunting task of adding all of our products to a new and untested platform.We were very concerned about how we would implement not only adding products, but also fielding incoming sales and tracking deliveries. Just as we began and had already spent a fair amount of time and money going down this unknown road, we were introduced to eTailPet.My first reaction was that this was too good to be true! I was skeptical at first, but then began absorbing the information like a parched traveler in the desert. As they continued to explain it further, I could feel the rain of appreciation drenching me.It was so very clear that this was everything we had been searching for and it arrived at just the right time. I immediately put the brakes on our unknown platform, with a loss of money and time, and a developer that was not too happy with our new direction. We put all of our faith in eTailPet.Shianna was our representative and she was incredibly well versed in the product and the platform. Every question we had she had an answer for. No, “let me get back to you,” etc. She was on it and fielded every question with an in-depth answer. I, on the other hand, was not born into this world of computers and understood the biggest hurdle would be me!We were excited to get started and launched a short while later. Once we understood the procedures, eTailPet revealed a very easy-to-use platform, but with a very in-depth application that we could NEVER have achieved on our own. We had a measured amount of customer traffic at first, but not too overwhelming.THEN COVID HIT!Our in-store, curbside pick-up dramatically increased, and our deliveries went through the roof! It was difficult to keep up! With the reality of all of our business neighbors being shut down or dramatically decreased, we had a feeling of guilt, since our stores were thriving and eTailPet was suddenly leading our sales. I cannot even begin to imagine where we would have been, had we not already had eTailPet already in place.Online orders now represent 10% of our business and are continuing to grow. All of our stores are enjoying double digit growth over 2019!But right in the middle of this pandemic, eTailPet informed me that Shianna had promoted and we would be represented by another young man. Having a great relationship with any representative is key to the success of B to B. I must say that I was apprehensive and a little discouraged in losing Shianna, but knew the company was growing and they needed her acute knowledge to further their business.I was introduced to Leon, our new rep, via email and then telephone. I went into our new relationship with the understanding that he was not going to be at the level of Shianna. Shianna was always just a phone call or quick email away. Would Leon be as available and responsive?My fear of a declined relationship was soon muted. Leon has stepped up to the plate to play pro ball! Leon has been available and just as responsive as Shianna, although he’s not as pretty!In just the past two months Leon and I have developed a very strong professional relationship and if he does not have the answer, he is humble enough to state that he doesn’t have that answer but will get it, and has always responded with an answer with in 24 hours at the most.After 15 years of business and multiple stores, I can truly say that eTailPet has been the BEST run and organized company we have ever worked with!
