Absolutely beautiful apartments. I toured some studios today and they had some great options. I especially love the countertops and cabinets in the kitchens. SAMO Apartments is a great resource for affordable apartments in Santa Monica!

Just moved into this building about 2 months ago. I was happy to find such a nice apartment in Santa Monica. The manager is very nice and accommodating. The building is still practically brand new, and I like that all of my appliances are current and dont have that gross used by strangers feeling that you usually get with apartment living. The large balcony is also a huge plus!

As someone who is in the real estate business, I have high standards for rental agencies and properties in general. My experience as a whole with Santa Monica Apartments has been impressive. I consider myself a tech savvy guy and while searching for my weekend away apartment, I found so many dinosaurs out there not utilizing the internet. This agency had everything ready to go online.. I browsed, checked different building and apartments, applied and communicated online with leasing agents. The apartment is everything I wanted and needed. No pushy leasing agents and everyone is just nice and helpful.

I am not happy about how Esther and her manager are handling my security deposit.I am trying to get my deposit back when my daughter applied to rent a studio they want $500 deposit of form of money order payable to SAMO the rental company. Her application was denial, now I want my deposit back. They want me to search for a Western Union store and cashed it. I couldn’t found any stores near where we staying. I spoke to Esther how can I get my deposit back she referred me to her manager, so far he hasn’t returned my calls.Be careful renting from this company, very disappointed and worrying about my deposit.

Loved their staff. Super nice people who helped me a lot when trying to find an apartment for rent in Santa Monica. Their website was also very helpful.
