HORRIBLE. First and last time I will ever come to this place. We made a reservation to get manicures and pedicures. We let them know it’ll be a full acrylic set as well. The lady had filed my nails and asked what I wanted. I showed the lady a picture of the nails I wanted, that were just a French tip and she said they didn’t have time to do my nails anymore so I left with with dremeled/filed nails. They rushed us and we’re very rude. The man and lady with bangs were very nice though. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

My wife has been coming here for over 10yrs and I have been going for the past 5. When you are on your feet all day its nice to have someone take care of them. We got the super deluxe pedicure and its worth every penny. Thank you Tina (she took care of me) and Pacific spa we will be back soon 👍👍.

They do awesome work our family has been going to them for 10 years now.. Highly recommend!!

I havent had a pedicure here for awhile. The pandemic put a stop to alot of places. Pacific Nails is great. I was very happy with my red bright toes and the price was right also. Feeling good ...

My go-to for quick walk-in service & basic work especially on my lunch hour. Affordable, friendly. Ive had bad experiences at all other nail salons (1 by JC Penney was extremely rude and the others in Lompoc just suck). So I only go here. Someone else said it perfectly, its quiet and theyre very focused on you instead of peer gossip. I always get basic gel nails and they still do the towel service. Very relaxing.

I was a walk-in to this nail salon, they were able to seat me for a pedicure promptly and took good care of me. Good callous removal, nice leg scrub, massage and warm towel afterwards! This is a clean facility with comfy massage chairs. I will definitely be back!! Thanks Pacific Nails & Spa! :)

By far the worst nail experience ever. Besides the fact the gentleman that worked on my nails barely looked at what he was doing... When I asked for 3 coats of gel to achieve the color I had picked out, he did his best to embarrass me “ ok fine I do 3, 4, 5 whatever YOU want lady” I left with polish everywhere. Never AGAIN!

They had all the steps taken to have customers here. Took our temperatures and had us use hand sanitizer. Just felt good to be semi normal!

They are very rude n do a horrible job!!! There always talking in there language, make u feel like there talking about u. If I can give them no stars I would! I dont recommend to anyone. If u want a good pedicure go to VIP nails in the kohls shopping center

Place had low reviews, but we couldnt get into anywhere with high reviews until 2pm (it was 9a!). Ive been to several nail salons in Santa Maria and can tell you that this one is the best Ive been to for pedi (Manis here are not good). Its not the fanciest place and some of the massage chairs are worn from use, but it is clean and the pedi service is great. This will now be my go-to place for that.The air doesnt smell like chemicals and the staff are detailed. Quiet ambiance without tv distractions or music, so you can really zen.This was my hubs first time at a nail spa. Simple mani and pedi. He didnt think hed like it, but he does thanks to the pampering this nail spa delivers. And they are properly staffed with good time management skills to handle busy early Saturday mornings (nail salon under staffing drives me bananas!).For men, this salon got a few solo males while we were being worked on. It seems to be a comfortable, non-threatening place for all genders.

I had an apt and i walked in and they sat me down right when i walked in. They were a little friendly. But the nail service is horrible!! I got a gel manicure. Its been less than a week and my nail polish is chipping. Thats very rare with gel. When i go to modd nail salon. My gel manicures last exaclty 4 weeks even when i scrub and clean dishes and bathrooms. Never going back to this salon😔

Everyone was friendly especially the mature woman who did my pedi. Nice job too. But, the second time I went to get a nail fill, the base coat and top coat was skipped. Now the polish is chipping off after 3 days. Also, theres a older man (70s?)who is plain lazy. He doesnt remove callouss around the toes and he scrubs the arch of my feet where theres no callouss. He basically removes old polish and puts on new. Thats it. And he doesnt remove nail ingrowns. Waste of my money! Advice: Bring back the mature women and get rid of the lazy man.

Had a gel manicure done, less than a week they started lifting from the base of my nail was getting caught and pulling on mine n my daughters hair awful. Not going back.
