Im fairly new to Santa Maria and Ive been trying to find a go to place for pedicures. I walked in to Polished Nail and was a little worried because it is a little rundown. I have gone to a couple places in SM that were pretty and all up to date but the technicians were not friendly at all, very rushed and acted like the didnt want to be there. Not at Polished Nail. They very friendly and took their time. Mike did the best foot massage I have ever had and was very meticulous about the nail polish being perfect. Jessica did my friend and was very patient and even asked my friend if the color was OK once she did a few nails and thought it might be darker than she really wanted. It was and she suggested a few other colors that might be more what she was looking for. Cant say enough nice things about them! Polished Nail is a diamond in the rough!

Got powder manicure and normal manicure. Both look so good!! Immediately was getting compliments. They really take their time and do an amazing job. Definitely coming back 😊

I showed up to get my nails done without an appointment and the staff was very friendly. The work was quick and very professional. She listened to all my requests about length, shape and color. We had a bit of trouble color matching the sample color, but that is my only non feedback.

I just moved to the area a year ago and needed to find a new nail salon. I chose this one due to proximity and having pretty decent reviews. Well, I will not be going back here. I got my nails done for our honeymoon this past fall, had tips put on and then a month later I went back to have them redone for an upcoming trip. The woman doing my nails was careless, had no patience and completely damaged my nail and left me in pain. She ripped off each of my nails one by one, extremely rushed and not paying attention to what she was doing. My one nail took it pretty bad because she lifted my nature nail up, ripped it and I started oozing blood immediately. It stung so bad and I couldnt bare the site of it so had to look away. She continued on doing my nails, never even acknowledging the fact that she ripped my nail off and I was bleeding everywhere. Afterwards didnt offer me a discount or even a free service for what she had done.Fast forward two months later, the tips that I had re-put on fell off (I have purposely been letting them grow out until they fall off since I am now afraid to go back to the nail salon), and this is what my nail looks like. 2 months after the fact, just completely bruised, dry blood and damaged. I will never go back here and wouldnt recommend it to anyone especially if you do tips/acrylic as they do not have the patience to handle your nails with care.

DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give ZERO stars I would!! Saw the Google 4.7 star rating and reviews about how clean this salon was. I called ahead and made an appointment, but as soon as I walked in I wanted to walk out!! This place is FILTHY, literally kids toys everywhere, food on the floors and torn up furniture!! Really, just a mess - what a joke!! I sat down and asked if they used sterile tool packs, comment back was Oh - you want like that?! Ummmm, yeah - I want like that - STERILE!!?? After disappearing in the back for 5 minutes to find a sterile package... I lost my nerve and had to walk out in disgust. See photos to prove it!! DO NOT GO HERE!! Bad business protocol, filthy surroundings - should be called NASTY NAILS!!!

First time getting my nails done here! I really enjoyed the customer service!! The lady was really quick! I had my nails done in almost 40 minutes. They look wonderful!!! 💜 definitely will return. I recommend you get your nails done here.

I am not certain they were not taking any more appointments. They said they were closed.

Jessica is awesome! She did such a great job taking my old nails and putting new ones. She you took her time, engaged in conversation and the end result was beautiful. I hadnt been to a nail salon in a while like this. They were not rushing you out and the quality in their work was amazing. Worth every penny. Recommend it 100%!

I was visiting friends in Los Alamos and found this salon on the website. It had the best reviews. I am not surprised as my nails were done 2 weeks ago and they are still in perfect condition. The Salon is clean and easy to find. The staff are very friendly and efficient. It is a mom and dad shop with their young daughter bringing you candies of the season. Great place and comfortable.

This is a first time I came to POLISHED NAIL to get pedicure. Jessica did my pedicure. She took a lot of time to clean my cuticle and in grown nail. She is amazing. The salon itself is bright, clean and well kept with a friendly and cheerful staff. We will keep coming back.

I have been coming to polished nails for about a year now after struggling to find a nail place that was consistent and didnt cut me. The staff is wonderful and very efficient! I have referred many ppl who love it as well. Service is unmatched!!!

Jessica and her husband are the sweetest people and owners of this awesome nail salon. Her husband did my pedicure and she did my dip powder/cateye nails. Suffice it to say I freaking love them!

Update: awesome Christmas Design!!!Great job! When another local nail salon sanded my natural nails down to a thin state, Polished Nail Spa fixed my breaking nails. They were so good, I left smiling! They fixed the problem, and I left with a cute manicure. You will be happy with their attention to detail! Dont go somewhere else and end up unhappy;)

Best gel manicure Ive ever gotten. Paul is super focused on the details. He and Jessica made me feel super welcome and even thanked me for trying them out! Really pleased with the whole experience.

Jessica made me feel very welcome, it was my 1st time going to this nail salon. The service is super great compared to most other nail salons, they make you feel apart of the family. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows, I will be back for a mani and pedi. Highly recommended!

The man who did my nails was extremely fast and rough. When he hurt me multiple times and I politely told him not to be so hard, he just laughed and said I was too sensitive. he also said he only charges $15 for a fill so he cannot take long and be more gentle. My Polish didnt even get to sit long enough before I had to be rushed out. My nails are already ruined and I havent even left the parking lot.

Jessica did an amazing job with my toes and nails. Has an eye for detail and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend her.

This place is horrible! They did the worst job on my nails, way too thick and just plain ugly, I had to get them re-done and asked for my money back. They refused and said I should have went back to them and they would have fixed it, I told them they didnt have the skills. Their pedi chairs are broken and peeling
