So I used to love this place it was my go to for pedicures with the hot rock treatment and how the technician took their time and gave a great massage. Unfortunately now I’ve gone 3 times since the pandemic and I’m utterly disappointed the soles of my feet have been burnt with the parrafin hot wax and stones. And what was once a nice massage was like a 2 minute rub the lotion on and that was it

Went in to get my nails done and a pedicure. My nails started lifting after two days, pedicure was the worst their quality of service has really gone down. They cut my foot during the pedicure when I told him to stop he put my foot in the water but damage was done. I still had to pay for it and all they told me was to put Vaseline on it. This used to be my favorite place I tried many places and I would go back. This time I would not go back.

Nail tools they used I feel were not clean. The person that did my toenails I feel had never done it before. He cut my toenails straight across without shaping them. They were not friendly and I will never go there again.

I came in for a set and my nail broke 1 day after I had gotten them done doing the most simple task I came in the next day to get it replaced and I was charged to get a single French tip nail replaced

I have been going to Ken for about a year, he does a nice job and its not painful.

The establishment is really under kept and so is the equipment!

I went in for acrylic removal and new set acrylic gels. The guy didn’t soak my nails or anything he clipped them short and just peeled them off. The new set he nicked my skin, there is air bubbles in the polish and lumpy, they weren’t cut straight he seemed like he was in a rush didn’t try to take his time. I was charged 50 dollars

Staff is not friendly, understaffed, my pedicure did not come out well at all, the massage chair didnt work, they seated others before my child even though we were there first. We only came here because we heard they had the little kid chairs. My husband got his first pedicure (just to rejuvenate his feet after working in the oil fields all day) but it wasnt a great experience for him either and first impressions and experiences are important. We wont be returning.

I wanted my nails long but once she started doing my nails the nail tech left and took long it was my first time so I thought she was gunna get tools but no she ended up making herself a tea in the middle of her putting my fake nails on my fingers very very bad staff and made me pay 70 and 30 for my sister and she just got her nails clear

I just moved to Santa Maria from Georgia. My nail technician Kevin was excellent he exceeded my expectations. I was greeted with a smile and I felted very welcome at this nail salon. The salon has been taken over by new owners, it was clean and the staff was very professional. I am making this my personal nail salon and I plan on getting my nails done here for years to come! ❤

BELLA DOES GREAT NAILS & EYELASH EXTENSIONS. SHES THE ONLY 1 I GO TO, WEN ITS HER DAYS OFF I WONT GO. IM SO GLAD THAT VINCENT & KIM SOLD THE PLACE. SINCE ITS BEEN UNDER A NEW OWNER THE WHOLE ATMOSPHERE IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT. I LIKE IT ALOT BETTER.BELLA IS THE BEST PLUS SHES A VERY NICE PERSON.

I Love this place! They did not disappoint me what’s so ever! I walked in and got greeted nicely and there was no wait. The man working on my toes and nails was Tony and he did a great job. He was gentle and he kept asking if the massage felt good. He wanted to make sure his massage was 100% good! They were sweet and try there best on my pedi and mani. I’ve gone to a couple of places in Santa Maria but so far this place has been the best I walk into. I wasn’t going to go to this place because of some of the bad reviews I seen. I gave them a try because this was the salon near me, I don’t regret giving them a try and overall my experience was great this is the only place I will continue to go to.

Horrible service. Be prepared to pay an extra $10 for nail polish even if it’s clear, like what I got. They charged me $30!! For a pedicure that lasted 12 minutes and not professionally done... before getting any service make sure to ask them what exactly they will do and how much... The prices which they have on a board are not respected by them, it said for “manicure and pedicure $32” but I only got a pedicure and they charged me $30, makes no sense...

Horrible place. I thought the lady was extremely fast and liked it at first but come to find out only because she did my nails incorrectly. She didn’t bother to fix the acrylic that’s coming off my natural nail. This place is horrible and they make you feel bad for not getting their ‘gel’ polish. First time here because my original place was busy and NEVER AGAIN. If you want to keep your natural nails healthy and not INFECTED go somewhere else other then here. You get what you pay for CHEAP.

Went here and they charged $92 for some of the worst nails I have ever seen. Do not go here its a waste of money. They didnt trim all the nails down, so now the thumbs are two different lengths. My wife is very disappointed with the work they did. I do not recommend.

They defiinitly need to learn how to shape your nails correctly. thy codve taken that extra money they charged me and used it to better theyre nail skills. Sorry some words are spilled incorrectly these crusty unshaped nails are prohibiting me from typing correctly. The guy who did then even said himself theys were ugly. took me 20 minutes to post had to get grams to do it because of these crack spoons for nails. Thanksss

Ken and Tina do magic. There my go tos, i chage my shape Nd length constantly so they know exactly how I like them. Tina does fantastic eyelash extensions. I can tell when certain people take passion in what they do. I dont go to anyone else cause I know Im taken care of by them.

Worst service ever never going there again ! 😡It was my frist time there,was there was only for a nail fix. Can’t believe how bad service was! Not only could they not provide me with what I asked for, next day I had to return due to my nail peeled off and again service 🤮 left there unhappy with the way she handle my service.. and once again next day my nail looked horrible.. very unhappy. I’m very limited on my time..( very bussy mom) and this was a waist of my time and bad experience!

Worst nail salon not clean. Kevin and Kim have very bad mouth about customers, if you understand Vietnamese just pretend you can not understand and you will hear their real insulting. I have not been there for a long while do not know if they changed?

So I went in to get a pedicure “gel”... a lady attended me short hair blue eye shadow mid 60? Prob .. 15 min past mind you that she already started the processes..she passss me the the paper of the prices and she says the $32 right.. (first of .. I’m the one that gets to choose which one I want not you) but I was like ok I mean you had already started it so go ahead I guess.. (btw i was calm) ... no lie i was there for an hour and 1/2 felt like 2 hours there! This lady doesn’t know how to paint toes she literally put like 5 coats on them made my nails look super thick! She doesn’t know how to cut them !!! She cut them horazontaly and to top that off it wasn’t even the color I asked .. which she was already half way done doing my nails! Yeah all that for $42 !!! BEYOND DISSAPOINTMENT😡 Btw the lady shouldn’t be working there .. she needs glasses so she can see her work better!

They changed into those new chairs on June 5 2016 with wonderful massages options, especially the Swedish one. The tools are sterilized by Wayne S1000 Dry Heat Sterilizer.

Horrible communication and didnt ask what I wanted. I really didnt want to tip but I gave her $1 just because I hate not leaving a tip. I strongly believe in customer service.

Horrible nails and even worse service. The guy kept pushing my hand back and when I’d ask him something, he’d ignore me. I got acrylics and each nail is a different shape. Definitely not going back.

My first visit and my last. At first staff was great but very disapointed on the work done on my nails. I got gel nails which are supposed to last a weeks. At first i though they look good. Lady said they should last 3 weeks, well they only lasted 3 days. The top coat stated to fade and color started to come off. Do not recomend was very disapointed because i liked the staff.

The service was horrible. I usually dont write reviews because its never really that bad but this time it was. The guy doing my nails was hurting me, throwing my hands out of the way and laughing and joking with his colleague next to him. He would literally stop doing my nails just so he can turn and joke around with the guy next to him. I will NEVER go back.

This place is horrible I wanted Acrylic nails so i got them done yesterday and im very disappointed they got they wrong color, and when i told the lady she didnt care she just got mad and put the color that i told her not to put on my nails and from the bottom there so thick and working your way up the nail there thin and the little diamonds are so tiny i asked for bigger diamonds and in total it was $45 what a waist of money dont come here please just dont

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. They are very unprofessional and rude!!! They messed up my nails and when I asked for a correction the lady started yelling and made a scene. I walked out with half done nails and got them corrected elsewhere. Dont waste your time.
