We purchase all our jewelry at Kays for the last 30 + years and have been very satisfied. The only problem I have is even though the ring inspection receipt is done through email I would like a paper receipt also and they refuse to give me one and I dont see any reason not to.
It was my very first time getting a ring from a jewelry shop and Wendy was more then helpful. She showed me the ring I wanted and even showed more options just in case. She went above and beyond for me and I felt she actually cared really appreciated that kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Iโll be back for future purchases. And the ladyโs I picked up the ring from were very nice and helpful too. Overall a great experience.
This place is awful. The ladies here judge you according to your attire. Ive made the mistake of coming in in a hoodie and jeans and not one soul asked me if I needed help. I have a 10,000 credit limit Kay card and ready to spend on my husbands new watch but these dumb ladies let this commission walk right out the door. I took my money to a different Kay jewelry. DONT GO HERE
I wish I could put 0 stars but it wonโt let me. Stay away from this store!! They have the worst return policies and forget trying to talk to somebody Knowledgeable about it cause they all say different things! I was told one thing and then told another thing and told to call customer service who told me another thing๐คฌ๐คฌ
I have a warranty on my ring and my husband had told me that to keep it, my ring would need to get cleaned every 6 months, so I took it in about a week before the 6 month date and told them I needed to get it cleaned and they asked if it just needed to get cleaned, so I told them about the warranty. They didnโt volunteer that it needed to get cleaned and inspected to keep the warranty; luckily I continued asking questions until they verified that it would need both. They had almost let me leave after getting it cleaned and inspected without me inputting that it had gotten done; that would have voided my warranty if there was no proof that I had gone in. The next time I went (45 minute drive for me), they told me that they couldnโt clean it because the cleaner was gone.It has happened so often by separate people that I wonder if they arenโt trained to help you get your warranty voided.The only reason why this is more than one star is because there was a problem with the diamond a week before my wedding and I was potentially going to have to get married without my ring, but they put it on rush order and got it to me before my wedding date.Iโm back to get my ring cleaned and inspected (45 minute drive) and though the hours say 10 am opening, the cages are up and no one is here. Wasted trip.

I got my ring cleaned and I turned out beautiful, however the customer service there is terrible, it took them 30 minutes to help us out because we were just getting a pick up. One lady was helping another customer, but the other lady was just walking around checking out the rings, she didnโt even bother to come to us or acknowledge us. Finally we got someone to help us they came from the back
Terrible customer service in store!! The sales representative I dealt with was incredibly rude. If I purchase from Kays it will be purely online. People like her are one reason brick-and-morter stores are dying.
Every time my husband and come here, itโs always a great experience! Everyone is so nice and always smiling! Our only trusted jeweler for over 7 years!

Not crazy about this location. The first time I had to send my engagement ring in for resize they waited several days after its arrival and never called me to pick it up. I called a week after it was supposed to arrive back in store and they said oh! We have it right here o dont think a customer should have to follow up, that job isnt that difficult.I had this ring from Oct- Dec and a prong holding the big center diamond had already become lose, which is surprising since I expected higher quality from Kays. Something could have happened so thats neither here nor there.Second time I sent it in (for repairs on the prong), I went in store a week later and asked it if arrived in store, instead of checking to see if she had it she looked up the work order and saw it wasnt due back for another few days, and sent me away. I got a call ONE day later saying it was in store. The people who work there seem annoyed by customers instead of eager to help, but Ive also noticed this behavior all over the central coast... maybe its just the area ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธI like Kays as a company, but this location is really starting to annoy me. Ill likely go to a different location or online from now on. Its probably worth the drive.

This location has always fulfilled my needs everytime I visited. When I was getting engaged/married the associates helped me to pick the perfect rings and they arrived on time (2015). Since then, Ive gone in for ring cleanings which are quick and painless. My wife and I were seen in a timely manner each time. Even today I called to ask a question about an area Im moving to with no Kay store, and the phonecall was quick and helpful. Not sure who everyone else talks to, or what time they go, but my personal experiences have been perfect.
The girls were lovely as always. Selection can vary depending on the time of year, they offer layaway and special financing.
Every time i go in i get nothing but great service and positive feedback. Love shopping there and love walking into becoming environment :)
Went to have my finger sized for a ring, and they donโt have in between sizes to fit you. So the lady said she thought I was the in between size and said if it comes in and is too big weโll send it back, two weeks later itโs still too big and feels, looks like nothing was done to it.

This low review is for the amount of time I had to wait and the unprofessionalism I experienced with my purchase. To start I sent my ring in the 25th of February, Kays promise date was put down as the 12th of March. Days go by with no call, thats fine, they had until the 12th. March 11th comes along and I get a call from Kay Jewelers. The lady informs me she made a mistake when ordering the downsize, they do not receive shipments the 12th and I will have to wait until Monday. Two weeks went by and this mistake wasnt addressed until the day before promised date. Finally Monday comes and I call to ask when I can pick up my purchase, the lady tells me Ill get a call early afternoon for sure, early EVENING comes, (4:23pm) and I finally get my call. Upon showing up, ONE associate was on the floor helping a customer, 10 minutes go by before Im even spoken to, then after 5 more minutes 2 girls come out one of which assisted me. No apologies for the inconveniences or wait, Im not satisfied with my experiences at all. Wont be coming back anytime soon.
This is the worst Jewelry store you could go to. They are extremely shady and not well trained at all. The manager is one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever spoken with. I will not be making any future purchases from this store and do not recommend anyone shopping here.
