Came here with my wife looking for wedding bands, the initial person we talked to was nice and seemed eager to help us but when she asked for help from another staff member he seemed pretty disinterested in what we needed, gave a curt answer and left pretty quickly when it became evident that he wasn’t going to sell us on something we really didn’t want.

Me and my finance had a horrible experience here as I came here to get my finances ring and was down played to rings in the hundreds as I brought a down payment of just 5k in cash alone and ended up buying at Kevin’s I then go to get my ring sizes at Kevin’s and stop by here again with my fiancé this time with his intentions of buying a diamond chain bringing 10 thousand in cash for a down payment and he was disrespected and down played before we even got to talk number this place is disgusting 🤮

The worst service ever 3 weeks for a lobster clasp that was very small 99.00....had to call twice, no call the first week, second week they barely ordered, middle of third week you need to pick up item....honestly will NEVER shop here again....

Stay clear of this place. Went to look at 14k gold chains. The price for a 21gram chain was 8000$. Gold price on even 18k gold is 44$ a gram today. Thats well under 2000$ not 8000$ as a black Friday sale price. Shameful

Prices here are decent but their customer service is garbage. The owner and his assistant dont have a clue what customer service is nor how to talk to people. DONT COME HERE! go to either jewelry store across from them, the staff there is so friendly, attentive and very informative. They treat you well with respect not like at Daniels Jewelry. I do not recommend them if it was the last jewelry in town.

Awful customer service. Nobody there knows what theyre talking about. I went in a couple weeks ago and asked if i could purchase insurance on a certain item i purchased. One of the women there said oh sure no problem. heres my card when your ready come back in and give them this. I replied cool ok thanks. When i went back in two weeks later and handed the card to a different person.. they said they werent allowed to do that. Why would the first woman tell me they could and then the other women dont honor that? I had it on a card with a refference number and a signature. RIDICULOUS. Everytime i go in there with questions i get different answers from different people. Theyre rude and theyre extremely unknowledged in their profession. Id stick to Kays... DONT GO THERE

They really helped me they got my watch a new battery in no time and cleaned my ring to look brand new for free
