Being an existing customer I expected better service when I called to get a new policy for a new vehicle. I was assured that I would get a call back,and never did receive that call. I chose another agency and moved on. Highly dissatisfied.

They want you to pay on time and charge fees if you dont but yet they dont refund YOUR MONEY ON TIMEAND TAKE THERE SWEET AS TIME .

Not even half star worthy, i went in to get a quote and the girl was charging me over 400 dollars to start the policy, i understand that they are brokers and charge a fee but seriously!!!! i work hard for my money, when i asked her how much she was charging on the broker fee service she lied! she said it was mandatory to charge a 300 dollar broker fee. More like she wanted another Guchi purse, never ever ever go there.
