Not terribly pleasant as in many past visits. Very terse and abrupt. My request for ADA accommodation ignored. Nearly fell in the process of accessing the bldg. Im not sure about other locations but I wouldnt recommend this one

Anthony was awesome getting me insurance. Hooked it up with the best price compared to any other company, and did every ounce of legwork possible so I didnt have to. They wouldnt let me sign up online so initially I was annoyed but the fact this office called me literally at the soonest possible time after I got my rate quote shows how much they care about customer service, and in the end was MORE convenient than trying to do it by myself online. Also he found some extra benefits with my membership I wasnt even using so we added those on there too while we were on the phone. Nothing but good experiences with AAA and if youre a member they ARE the best option for car insurance in California hands down. Especially better than Geico.

Love it they have never let me down money or no money. They are so awesome 👌 you get so much for free. Its so much I cant even remember it all but notary, 10% off motels, 10,000 identity theft. They help you with it all. Besides bringing you gas, free flat tire fixes. I could go on, thanks you guys!!

My trip to AAA, under the circumstances of these days was reasonably easy. I was number three in line walking with a walker and a sore foot. I was able to do it the folks were very friendly and the wait was not very long technically. I went in and I was amazed at how fast she got my paperwork done and I could leave and go home. God bless you AAA . Would it be possible to get a new bag? I have worn out two at this point. Helen

They provide excellent service, and to Susan who claims that the workers need to cut the small talk with customers, she needs to get the proverbial stick out of her you know what. I have never been so disgusted by someones remarks before. Learn to appreciate good service lady and if you are too good to have polite conversation with others, then maybe you should remain locked away in your basement.

I drop my payment off after hours through the slot on the door, only to find out they cant find it so I make the payment with my debit card. Only to find out three weeks later the check they couldnt find was cashed!!! Plus they just cashed another check and have NO explanation on how any of this could happen. The manager Brian doesnt call back when he tells you he is going to and wants to make it right by a certificate for candy.....really???? Time to look for much better insurance than AAA, after being a member for over 10 years that is how you are treated.

I use AAA for towing and for my registration and personal stuff compliments of AAA my experience is always very accommodating and pleasant and I only pick on two people in there one is Vicki she is really funny and a lot of fun and gets my Auto & Boat needs done quickly and very proficient, thank you for asking my opinion.

A basic membership is $49 per year. Peace of mind for roadside trouble. Tows, tire replaced, gas, plus maps and tourbooks and travel agents. Great bargain!

I have been a member for 55 years. The Auto Club has always delivered for me. I would not allow a member of my family out of the house without a AAA membership card in their possession. All of this phenomenal service is available with only one contact number in my phone. After have been insured by the Auto Club for 38 years I became employed by the Auto Club as an insurance agent for 12 years. I can truly say that there are no insurance companies that offer better coverage at anywhere near their premiums. Every claim I have had has been handled fairly and timely.

The staff was fast and attentive. Stocked beautifully with maps, books, and fun stuff for the little ones. Really shows what a AAA office should look like and carry considering the small town atmosphere you usually get in a place like this. Thank you AAA for the great service.

This office will not return calls. We have called on several occasions multiple times and left messages each time and nobody ever calls back. They have customer service awards all over their office but theyre only good when your there to buy a new policy. We just moved out of state an they are charging us a cancelation fee of $105 that was never mentioned to us. These guys said they could waive the fee but wont do it for us!!! Never going to use AAA again. Filing a complaint with AAA corporate about this. I would highly recommend that you do NOT use this office or AAA for insurance.

Google map took me right to AAA. I had good professional help there. I only had a 10 min wait to see someone and took care of my needs a lot faster then DMV if I had gone there

There cheap for auto insurance for me. And very nice and very fast. Plus you dont have to go to the dmv. You can get most of your things done there.

Was looking for a new insurance company since they wanna charge 235 a month on my 2005 ford. I cannot afford that forever, or a 400 dollar cancellation fee, what do you do when you dont got money for both. Good lord, havent your parents taught you that stealing is wrong?

Went to get my tags renewed. Much quicker than the DMV. Workers need to cut the small talk with the customers.
