I have been going to Jovana Torres for 3 years, because she is accommodating and very professional with my and my families personal information. She is informative and knowledgeable about her field, so if you ask a lot of questions she knows it all. BUT one of the best part is that she is bilingual and able to help my other family members who have a difficult time with their English.Overall great customer service and recommend her to all friends and family. I will probably keep going to her with taxes until I or she retires!
