We had both Monica Hardeman and Peter Wanko helping us with our taxes for 4 years, we then moved and had some questions regarding our several mistakes that were made on our prior taxes, initially it took months to get any type of answer in spite of email and calls to both, at the end we didnt even get a courtesy response saying we cannot help you, we were completely ignored, that is very unprofessional from both of them. I would not recommend their services, I would have at least answered our calls or emails as a courtesy to tell us that they could not help us.

Pleasant experience, same as previous year. Confident we will return. I feel comfortable with Eddie as he has decades of experience. Paperwork is prepared well and easy to understand. He makes it easy.
