Mariana, who is a manager at this location, actually had me pay taxes to the wrong state. Then, after providing all the details and info, she did nothing to correct the error. I asked for an amended return and got no response. She is incompetent. Stay away from this location and liberty tax in general or wind up with penalties and interest.

Everywhere I went in Santa Fe they made the tax trip All About Them. The immediate Help I got at Liberty was all about solving MY tax dilemma... which she did On The Spot. They are All about SERVICE, and they beat every bodies prices. CANT BE BEAT!
They scheduled me an appointment, confirmed twice via text and email, and then I show up to the office to find that theyre closed for 3 weeks. Wasted my time and screwed me over!
