I have lived in Santa Fe all my life. It is so nice to be able to use a service for the first time and not get taken. They were professional, knowledgeable, local, and walked me through the good, the bad, and the ugly. They know their job and performed it professionally. I did my homework so that I knew what I might be in store for. They didnt take advantage of me and their recommendations were not outrageous or over priced. After contacting several others I started seeing a pattern of how others approached the situation.They set me up for the future ease of maintenance regardless of who I called and told me that whoever did the cleaning and emptying next time would have a much easier time which would cost me less in the future. Doing the right thing when no one would know the difference is called integrity. Nice to see that it exists.Im going to call them again because I know they do what is needed, efficiently and affordably. If it was possible to give them 6 stars I would. You can never please everyone and reviews will show this, but they came as close to it as possible.

Living in Santa Fe, as anyone will tell you, it is incredibly difficult to find anyone in ANY business that is halfway professional. It was a real rarity to find these folks at MedinaZ. We actually had a very pleasant experience-- twice. The woman on the phone (owner?) is very accommodating and two very clean cut and friendly gentlemen show up-- and ON TIME (another huge rarity for New Mexico, in general). They do an excellent job, are very informative, cleaned their work space well ! We have been very pleased! We have used them twice in 8 yrs of living here-- and will be calling them again next week.The rest of this city (and state) could learn a few things from the way this company operates and trains their employees.10 stars!

A rare positive professional experience. This firm goes above and beyond.Long story short, without warning my septic system backed up. Called for an appointment and was given a time about a week out. Then I happened to mention to Sandi that my system was backed up and if she had any suggestions as to what I could do in the meanwhile so I could use my toilet/shower/sink. In a few minutes she called me back and scheduled me in the following morning at 7am. I didnt even ask for emergency service but she/they took it upon themselves to help me out.Next morning at 7am the crew arrived. Personable and professional they got right to work and worked and worked and worked till the septic tank looked as clean as new.Great firm, wonderful people, great service. I (almost) cant wait to have my system serviced again.

Lorenzo and Armando serviced our tank today. They, luckily, had an opening in their schedule and Sandy was able to send them to us the same day we called.They were very pleasant and extremely professional. We couldnt be more pleased and recommend this company highly.

After having all the needed paperwork before doing the scheduled inspection in order for us to complete all objections in our purchase of a home Frank Zamora shows up at the property, trashes the existing system saying it was not done legally although all the permits and documents are stamped and approved by the state he says it will have to be rescheduled since he could not get to it for another 8 days....all the paperwork requested had been in his possession since July 15! He has jeopardized our closing on schedule and not fulfilling the objections on time. He does not return our agents calls timely and his lack of professionalism and abhorrent lack of ethics has caused us to seek professional help elsewhere regarding the inspection of the existing septic system....that by the way was updated to code in 2017.

These guys are the best you can get. Any body who wants a good clean tank, no up charge and friendly happy service. Thank you
