I took my Cherokee for an oil change (no cost with the life of vehicle oil change package).I’m extremely satisfied with Robert, the service coordinator. He was friendly, patient and thorough. He listened patiently to my concerns about a prior incident then followed up with his manager. He touched back with me, introduced me to his manager and stayed for the discussion. He walked me out to my vehicle and made sure the oil tracker was reset. He promised to follow up on my concern and so far he is - he left me a message today. So I’m hopeful that I finally found someone who will help resolve my concern.BUYER BEWARE : I bought the $2500 extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle. I’ve been trying to get coverage from them for two years (as was Carlos, the prior service coordinator). They have never answered phone calls or emails or returned calls or responded in any way. This seems like a SCAM company but it’s sold through the dealership.
My wife needed some periodic maintenance on her Jeep Grand Cherokee and a specific problem with a tire pressure sensor. We met Robert in the service department and he was friendly, very efficient, and most kind and helpful. He was also very patient with all my questions! It was our first contact with Lithia Dealership since we moved to Santa Fe. And it was most enjoyable!
I own a 2020 Ram 3500 that I purchased in my home state of Oklahoma. While traveling in the Santa Fe area, I had a warning light come on. I was pulling a 40ft horse trailer with two quarter horses inside. I called Lithia Chrysler and told them my problem and they recommended that I have it check out before continuing to Oklahoma. I was still an hour north of Santa Fe but would be passing through. I drive to the dealership with trailer and horses in tow and they got me in immediately. They even let us pull the trailer completely inside to get the horses out of the sun. They started to work and we got in the trailer, started the generator and air conditioning, and fixed some lunch. By the time we finished lunch, they were done with the truck. Back on the road in less than two hours and no money out of my pocket, all covered under warranty. Lithia went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them. You can buy a truck anywhere, service departments are what makes a dealership special. Thanks guys.
My husband and I have had disturbing experience with most dealerships over the years. I was dreading going car shopping after losing my car in a car accident. He, especially, would get more than irate with the silly, transparent sales tactics they would put us through. So, with trepidation, we went to see a car that I really liked at Lithia in Santa Fe.The process was a true breeze! Our sales rep, Jose Tapia (a Mario Lopez look-a-like, btw) was a most pleasant, straightforward guy. Alex, the finance guy was also extra special---efficient, funny and most personable. I love my new used car and I cannot emphasize enough as to what a good experience this was. I will go back next time around.

Very upset with the service department here. Went in for a simple oil change and a tire rotation and it ended up being there for 5 hours, due to a stripped bolt that they did. Purchased a new truck in July was super excited got new tires from them super happy. Leading up to the 1st oil change and tire rotation since we purchased from them got the work from them and now had to deal with problems they caused. Not exactly how I would like to spend my day especially with a 2 year old very frustrating and not happy and especially when there is good people that work there.

This review goes out specifically to Mark J. Martinez, the sales consultant who helped us with our purchase. On 4th of July, we bought a 2017 1500 Dodge Ram... We were impressed by Mark’s patience with us. He showed us multiple trucks suitable for our needs and demonstrated great knowledge with each truck— all of the specs that came with each truck, he had an answer for. We loved that he could show us something about the truck that we did not necessarily ask about, however was important to know about! He was not a pushy consultant. He gave us privacy, as a couple to discuss our decisions. He also worked with his staff to get us a low monthly price. Just want to give him a big thanks!!!
WORST SERVICE EVER. Crystal the sales representative is nice but that’s all that she gots going for her. They’re not willing to work with their customers whatsoever, even after stating they’ll do “everything in their power to address any issues”. David the sales manager is completely unprofessional and doesn’t know how to keep customers satisfied. After the vehicle is sold they don’t want nothing to do with you. They don’t even offer a complimentary oil change or detail, like pretty much every other dealership out there does. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. You’d have better luck finding better service pretty much anywhere else.
This was a perfect purchase of a new automobile. The price was fair, the trade-in offer was fair. The sales individual was excellent (no pressure), the finance department was professional. This was a very good experience.

Absolute best experience Ive ever had at a dealership. Initially I only came in for a new key fob and programming. I left with the knowledge of my pickup having active recalls that my dealer never mentioned, I will be making an appointment soon for Lithia to fix the recalls and another issue my dealer didnt want to fix. After a very negative experience at an Albuquerque dealership, I decided to go with Lithia Jeep in Santa Fe. Best decision I could have made. This dealership gave me exactly what I wanted - a custom order at exactly the price I was asking - no Market Value Adjustment nonsense like the Albuquerque dealer suggested was standard at all dealers. No stereotypical practiced replies that clearly came from a script discussed at Monday morning staff meetings. No pushy tactics/let me check with my manager nonsense. Nothing. They (Lithia) followed through and updated me with my order details from start to delivery. Salespeople (Itzury and Elier) were polite, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with during the entire experience as was their Finance person. Everyone came across sincere. I have purchased a dozen new vehicles over the last 25 years for myself and helped a ton of friends with theirs and my experience at Lithia was the most enjoyable. I will be recommending them to everyone I know looking for a new vehicle.

This dealership is amazing! CRYSTAL the salesperson made me feel comfortable, valued and heard for the type of vehicle I needed for me and my 6 yrs. old daughter. My daughters father has only purchased vehicles from Lithia the last 15- 20 years. That says a lot about how Lithia treats the customers. CRYSTAL is and always has been available if I have an questions about my Ford Fusion. I purchased the Ford at the beginning of July 2021. I love my car and would never buy it from any other dealership. The dealership is clean, spacious and beautiful. The vehicle lot is easy to navigate to look at the stock for sell. Weve been to this dealership a few times now for service on our new Jeep and they have been great. The first time, whatever they did with the tires made for a completely smooth ride for our Wrangler, which was jittery at high speeds. Its also so nice to be able to wait and work there while the car is being serviced. Great wi-fi, lots of open space, and the cleanest bathrooms in Santa Fe!
Just picked up the new Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid we ordered from Lithia Santa Fe. Loved working with our sales rep Isai! Found the buying experience to be low pressure and low key. Felt like we were treated fairly and provided very good service.
Despite the tight used car market I found the right car at a good price. It was a pleasure to work with Itzury Jimenez. Although this was a cash purchase I was able to use a credit card for $3000 to get some air miles.

I recently had a scheduled oil change at this local RAM dealership for our Ram 3500 dually. This is our second visit and the service has always been great. The process for booking appointment was easy and I was notified when the truck was ready. Easy drop off and pick up and they did well with social distancing and cleanliness. Will be back again for the next service!
Crystal and the dealership is amazing! They are very helpful as always. She was very sympathetic that my car got damaged while it got repairs at the Ford dealership in Santa fe. The dealership lithia where I bought my Ford. They gave me a loaner to drive for 2 and 1/2 weeks while Ford repaired my vehicle. And the repairs were the bumper to bumper warranty repairs.
Despite having to have sent all the lube techs home the same morning due to a positive COVID test they were able to get me serviced and on my way only a little later than originally planned. They were all very attentive and seemingly concerned about the inconvenience, which was negligible to me. Looking forward to my next service
We are on vacation from California staying at a diamond resort for two weeks. The 1st of September we got to the resort. On that same day my wife tried to open drivers side manually and the door came off the track. We had to close door partway and the velcrod and spungee Cord it shut. We got to the dealer Friday Sep 3. I spoke to Robert Anaya about the problem. He went beyond customer service to help us out. The track was bent and that is why the cable was coming off. Even though he was not a repair person in the garage and out of the office he still have us outstanding service.
The worst experiences purchasing a vehicle ever. They tried to take advantage of me on interest rate and after dealing with that added a protection plan I didn’t agree to but was told if you don’t buy it we can’t sell the car. Pretty sure this is an illegal practice. Now a couple thousand miles later I find the flywheel is bad on the car and was probably bad from the get go. A sound I was told is the way the Diesel engine sounds was actually a bad flywheel.

More like a half a star or no star at all I’ve had the rudest service at Lithia they were extremely nice when I bought my vehicle and that ended right after. The service manager Robert is rude careless and inconsiderate. I will definitely go there extra 100 miles to another city to get my Jeep serviced just from Roberts lack of customer service skills. It would be wise for the owner to have Robert take some customer service skills classes. I’ve worked customer service for 10 years and I would never ever allow my employees to treat a customer the way he does
I had a good experience and spoke with some good representatives however it did seem like the finance manager and Sales rep were trying to hide something. I love the car I got however I was uninformed that it had two existing recalls and they were barely mentioned. The finance manager stated yeah it has one recall nothing big it could mean a floor matt is too big or small or something well come to find out the two recalls are extremely serious one being an issue with the fuel pump that could cause my engine to stall and the other an issue with the ACU that is in charge of releasing my airbag in the chance that I get into a wreck. And I was never provided a copy of the Carfax which I figured I would get but Im not sure if Im expected to go and purchase the Carfax elsewhere or what. Another thing is I was also never provided the owners manual for the car so learning the car and figuring things out took longer than expected but I finally got the hang of it. As a first time car buyer and an individual who finds it difficult to trust people I didnt feel a lot of honesty and openness coming from the finance associate and sales rep and feel they lacked in describing the history and past usage of the vehicle. Overall though I am happy with the purchase but would have felt more comfortable and happier if I was more informed of the full background and previous usage of the car, its recalls, as well as provided a copy of the car fax and an owners manual.
By far the worst customer experience I have ever had. I traded in 2 vehicles with them over 6 weeks ago and there is still no pay off to the accounts. I have called multiple times without anyone answering. They do not care after they sell you the car. They also make false claims about what the manufacturer warranty will cover, then say they wont cover the issues because they were not in the purchas agreement. Buy from somewhere else.
I have been interested in buying a new Ram for months now and decided to go by Lithia Santa Fe N.M. and look at the inventory. I immediately fell in love with a Silver Ram 1500 Big Horn and decided to get out and take a look at 0830 in the morning... A associate came out and introduced himself as Eric Gallant Sales Rep and asked me to come inside. He read my mind and after 1/2 hour we had my trade and requests fulfilled and on to financing which went just as fast . Eric is Oustanding and goes the extra mile in delivering the vehicle in your terms. He is also a Veteran. Go see Eric and go home smiling in your favorite Chrysler, Dodge .

Richard advised me that the vehicle was still there and I told him I would be up in the morning.Crystal was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that she was selling me. She explained many of the features of the vehicle to me. I was given a fair amount for my trade. I had already secured my financing and they were ok with that as it was a better rate.Financing went very smooth. I was given some options as far as extras but there was not a heavy push for me to get the items. I felt very comfortable sitting in the chair.A very positibve experience and I would definitely recommend Crystal to anyone that wants to purchase a new vehicle. It was worth the drive to Santa Fe.

She was extremely rude. I then decided to call back and spoke to Mia which was very professional and made me an appointment to check my cars engine. In the past I have not had good experiences with Lithia. however upon searching for a new vehicle, i decided to give Lithia one more time. after walking around with my roommate alone looking at the vehicles a lovely gentleman named Eric came out and started to assist me and my room mate. Like I said in the past the other people that we worked with were too pushy, very low regard, or just overall ignorant to my needs/wants. The first gentleman that i ever worked with told me the wrong time frame for not paying anything on my Jetta, and I ended up paying double and the payment being a month late!! 🤬My roommate went in as well and was looking for a car since her lease was up and the guy was overly pushy and would not listen to what she needed and was unwilling to properly assist her and her father. The final time (so we thought) was when me and my roommate went to test drive 2 vehicles and the the women whose name was Crystal made us an appointment then after driving the first vehicle totally left us alone waiting for her return and never showed back up and went off to her other appointment. We ended up leaving and never wanting to go back again.However the way that Eric was SO fun and easy going and joked a lot and was not uptight or anything really made the whole experience SO much better!! I will NEVER go to anyone else except Eric! He is the man to go to for sure!

We were told the busy work was completed the day before we arrived but, unfortunately Crystal hadnt had our finances worked up at all until we arrived at the lot so it basically took the regular amount of time to buy a car (4-5 hours). We drove all the way from Alamogordo so we were tired and were expecting more but, luckily Isai C. was a life saver! He definitely put in the work to make us feel better about the whole situation. I previously serviced a car here from 2011 to 2014 and had a really great experience. So when my friend was in the market for a vehicle recently, I brought her here. I regret it.They refuse to fix safety concerns they agreed to fix at the point of sale. Shes made two return trips to Santa Fe to get the seatbelt repaired, the detail done (they did not do it before sale), and the paint touched up, as well as recall work done.The first trip I can chalk up to bad communication between sales and parts. Trip two, not so much. They have refused to do any of the recall or safety work and they did a terrible job on the detail. And they want her to make another return trip next week!

Car shopping is hit or miss, but when you walk in ready to pay cash for a vehicle at MSRP you expect to leave in that vehicle. This was not the case here. We tried to buy the Jeep we wanted for two days, getting market adjustment nonsense and a different figure for that each time we talked to a different representative - twice in person, once over the phone, and finally over email. Crystal with internet sales finally got us into the Jeep we wanted for an acceptable compromise, but none of the other salespeople we dealt with were sane about a cash buyer paying MSRP and were unwilling to budge from 3-8k over MSRP.Otherwise the experience was easy. We were in and done with paperwork in an hour and happily riding into the sunset in my wifes new Jeep. She loves it too. I was expecting old school Chrysler quality, but her Jeep makes the quality of my Tacoma look bad!
Our experience with Lithia was great from start to finish. We purchased our new Jeep from out of state and Itzury the sales rep met us halfway so we could pick it up. Paperwork was a breeze and the car is everything we wanted! Thanks again to everyone that helped with the process!

I worked with Marc & Jose on a vehicle. Financially I wasnt able to buy the truck I was looking at, but these two gentlemen were the greatest help and support. I live 8 hours away and they were able to help me through contracts and pricing all without me having to be there. Ill definitely be looking back here again!

Very bad customer service. Spoke to multiple reps about a vehicle that was purchased with 20k miles. Car brakes started to make noise at additional 2k miles and front tires were bald on outside . Ball joint had a pop when turning.. Rep stated those were normal wear. 2k miles!!!! Overall bad customer service when you actually get them to answer. They are so eager to sell you a vehicle but when it comes to repairs and service,they take no liability.

These guys are the worst. Only used them because of recall. Tried to tell me I needed a 2200$ repair and that I had a big oil leak, when I asked them to show me the guy got flustered. Then I asked if they had checked oil. He said yes and it wasnt low. Then tried to tell me the mud on my truck sealed the leak.. He also told me it was common on 6.7s. I drive a 5.9. Across the board worst dealership ever
Drove to the dealership mid afternoon without an appointment, asked if they could change the oil in my Dodge Rebel. Robert Corriz was the device advisor, he made time to get my oil changed. He also advised me of upcoming maintenance that is required in the near future.

I bought my first car on 2/12/2021 from Mark Martinez. I had always been taught by my dad that car salesman can be sharks. But Mark was very informative and non-pushy. They had a 2019 Jeep Renegade with less than 10k miles. I was just planning to test drive cars that day but came back 2 hours later because I knew something that good would be snatched up quick and I had been a 1 car household with my partner for too long. In total it took a few hours but I did have to wait for Mark to finish with another client. I attempted to haggle them down but the car had already been marked down. I probably could have tried a little harder but yknow hindsight is 20/20. But Mark was really helpful and nice so Im cool giving him the commission. He also texted me a couple days later to make sure the car was working for me which I really appreciated. So if Marks boss is reading this give the man a bonus!
I bought my first real car here with my husband on February 21st 2020 I got a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and this car is perfect for me and my daughter. Im pregnant at the moment and I couldnt have gotten a better family car or a better price or even a better salesman his name was Elier Franco and he made sure I would love this car he told me everything that he believed I should know. We took it for a test drive and I loved the way it felt and I loved that the car had an amazing sunroof, heated seats, seat coolers, 5 seats, navigation/gps only down side is it wasnt 4 wheel drive/all wheel drive just rear wheel drive but I was sold so Im very happy I got such an amazing CAR!! Thank you so much Lithia and an amazing thank you to Elier Franco. If your looking for a new car or looking to trade in I say go to Lithia and ask for Elier hell be sure to help you find the best car for you.
I have tried for over a year to get my front running light repaired and the washer fluid int he rear to work. No one returns calls (including the service manager) and even with an appointment, finally, they said it will take over 4 hours. No one can remember me, my car, or my year-old service request. Maybe they dont have computers? After over 6 attempts, I am done. Will be driving to ABQ where Ive had good service in the past.

Took my keep in for a simple oil change, multi point inspection and a tire rotation. It took 2 hours during a time they described as slow. Watched my keep sit finished in the parking lot for 20 minutes before I finally had to go ask what the hold up was. Got into my jeep finally and saw they forgot to return my wheel lock. And when driving away noticed that they didn’t even check the air in my tires, which makes me question what else they didn’t do. Overall, very disappointed with my first visit to this dealership. And even more disappointed that I have to return there for the other 2 oil changes in my package.

Purchased a battery at the Jeep dealer in Scottsdale AZ. less than 2 years ago. Service tech in AZ said I could go to any Jeep dealer if I have problems with the battery.I noticed acid is leaking from the battery, so I took it Lithia in Santa Fe.They informed me that a leaking battery is NOT covered under the warranty!!!I have taken my minivan and Jeep here several times and they continue to disappoint me time and time again.

Purchased a grand Cherokee 6 months ago, and in a world of shady, dismal, underwhelming car dealerships, my experience at Lithia has been very good. I’ve since brought the vehicle back for a detail, which turned out awesome. I also had a couple upgrades done, all performed at the dealer, and everything has been great. Cory, the general manager, is A+They even gave me a ride to the airport when I dropped my vehicle off. Kept me updated, sent a progress photo, etc. This dealership is the best Jeep dealer I’ve been to.

So far the whole experience I’ve had with Lithia has been an awful nightmare. 1 day after buying the car it’s starts putting out an extremely strong odor of gasoline. Then I notice the breaks are completely worn out. Now the car starts when it wants to. So I went in to Lithia to get the extra key they promised me the day I bought the car, as well as get the issues with the car looked at. I expected to be taken care of, instead the manager, Cory comes out to the service department and tells me “I’m not your daddy! I’m not here to pay for your mistakes, sorry you bought a car a little to manly for you buddy” and he walks away. First thing I noticed was the smell of alcohol coming from his breath. BAD!!! This is no way to run a dealership or treat a customer. This is the most horrible customer service experience I’ve had in my entire life. Save yourself the trouble folks and don’t do business with this place.

Not recommended for service. This is a way of doing business issue. Service experience felt almost predatory, misleading at best. Lack of courtesy of return call from Lithia GM was rude and not customer-focused. Why do dealerships like this live up to the cliche? Power window motor for Jeep failed while passing through Sante Fe. We dropped by Lithia, explaining we were leaving town later that day. They said they could fit us right in. Two hours later they returned the car unfixed, saying it would be three or four days to get the part, and charged the full dealership labor rate for repair. After completing our trip and two weeks later, I called GM, Cory Vollmer. Voice mails went unanswered. Finally reached him at his desk, explained what happened, and asked him to rebate a portion of what seemed like an excessive charge with no repair work done. He declined saying it was a diagnostic cost and that they dont carry parts for a car that is 16 years old.
Mark was absolutely fantastic! We went to 5 different dealership and had terrible experiences before we got to lithia. he was patient and we didnt feel rushed at all. great experience all around. sergio in finance was also quivk and efficiebt.
I cannot speak to the experience of others but the service on my 2005 Ram Eco-diesel was performed promptly, courteously, and skillfully. I made an appointment with Carlos and my truck was checked in and I was on my way home in their convenient shuttle in 10 minutes. I have never had better service anywhere and I love my truck, getting it serviced at far more frequent intervals than is recommended. A+ for these folks and thank you Carlos.
My daughter brought a jeep here, our sales guy Melvin Houston was more than you can ask for!!! He knows his stuff and he is customer service A+1 our problem was with finance/ Mark. My daughter traded in a Hyundai she had to give 2 proofs of residency in order to get registration. She did that on the day she brought the car. 2 weeks later she get charged a car payment for the car she traded in because Mark hasnt did anything!! Melvin stepped in and he fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. Here it is a month later and she still hasnt received her tag. They sent her registration to Hollerman air force base!!!! Shes a veteran and no longer in the air force. They still got the proof of residency wrong!!! This is clearly done on purpose and not a mistake!!!!
Poor service. No response after multiple calls. I paid a deposit on a jeep and cant get anyone to call back to let me know when delivery expected.I was about to speak with the manager Corey. He provided much better service. I am changing from 1 star to 4 stars. I will see how the rest of the experience is once I pick up the Jeep..
They were great especially Marc who is a internet salesman right up to the sale. Then once the deal was done they became hard to get in touch with and non-responsive when I was able to reach them. I sent an email to general manager and still have not recieved a response. They owe me a refund and Im am still waiting. Might be worth the drive to Albuquerque next time!
Outrageously expensive, if not price gouging, service. My 2015 Cherokee wouldnt start. Got it jumped and went to the service department. For $615, I received diagnostics and a new battery. My receipt also says I paid cash when I used my credit card. Extremely high prices and odd billing should scare anyone away.
HAD TO WALK OUT JUST NO NOGOTIATING FROM SALESMAN ON A 2020 CAR THAT HIS MIND DIDNT DEPRECIATE LIKE ANY OTHER CAR WOULD HAVE
50/50 service. One vehicle they got in and out super quick. Next vehicle they told us they had everything done one day than come to find out the next day they hadnt even started on it yet and they didnt have a lift big enough for our vehicle. Which would of been nice to know when we dropped it off. Carlos Vigil was nice and apologetic though seems like there was a disconnect between the techs and the service managers.
We had an issue with our Ram truck while travelling. Even though the service department was fully booked, they worked us in and came up with a clever solution to our problem. In just a couple of hours they had us on our way. I wish I remembered names, but the staff was super friendly.
