Always quick and inexpensive, but lately quality has been really bad. Took the 4runner in for their most expensive inside/outside wash and when it dried there was this thick white residue all over the door panels and console (everywhere they cleaned interior). I called to ask about it, and they said since it wasnt their fault they would not rewash it. Instead they recommended their $200 detail to get the residue off. That is a perfect example of bottom of the bucket quality and customer service.

Quick service, business is busy and are Covid-safe with not being to overly crowded there is a little wait in line but once you get your car in the wash and see it come out on the other end the results are Worth the wait!! They do a detail precise job at cleaning the interior of your vehicle so the way is worth it if you want to have a really nice exterior and interior design that desirable for the streets!

Just left this place and i was super impressed by their professionalism and patience with all my questions. Not just an oil change, but a true multi point inspection that you can watch and be sure your getting a great value for the price. Plus, they give a free car wash after the service. My truck, with cargo box was too tall for the wash, so they did a vacuum and window cleaning. Im very happy. i was reading some of the poor reviews after i wrote this one and was shocked by how different my experience was. They are either hit or miss, or have made some serious changes in the right direction.

They recommended non-synthetic oil for my vehicle. When I told them I thought synthetic was recommended, they told me they would put in synthetic if I wanted it, but the manufacturer’s recommendation was not synthetic. I took their word for it and got what they recommended. When I got home and checked, I discovered that the manufacturer does recommend synthetic oil. I just spent over $100 for an oil change that will have to be redone. If you use this business, don’t trust them to know what is appropriate for your vehicle.

Took both vehicles for an oil change today, and when they got to my truck I had forgotten that I had just got an oil charge a month ago and never put the sticker up. Adam the tech figured it out right away and instead of charging me for another oil change advised me to wait. I found this to be honest and I appreciate that coming from a place I do business at not to mention all their other service is always great and done in a timely manner! Definitely recommend oilstop in Santa Fe.

They never really get all the mud off of the outside of my car and they dont do a good job inside the car. My front seats are usually good, but the back seat and trunk of my SUV never got touched except my floor mats

Very pleased with this car wash... and I’m extremely picky! I usually pay $80 to get my car detailed, but needed it done quickly and had heard good things from several people about this business. I got right in and out in about 15 mins. 5 employees detailed my car once it was done going through the wash. Everyone was very kind, efficient, and professional. I will be back and will be recommending to others.

These guys dont even deserve 1 star.. I got a basic wash just inside and out, plus I asked for dog hair removal.. came out to $31. They estimated my time of wait to 25 minutes, which I was totally fine with. An hour went by and they told me my car was done, but all I did was look in the window and I could still see a BUNCH of dog hair. So I told the manager who was no more than useless, he had a guy get more dog hair out he said.. and an hour later I ask for my first receipt so I could see what time I came in. I got there no later than 12:20 PM because I called at 12:08 and was only a 4 minute drive away, and here it was past 2:00.. with the man behind the desk telling me that I got there at 1:00. So around 2:15 PM comes around and how they give my car back is leaving it in the busy parking lot with the ignition ON and alone. I get in my car and all I see is dog hair, 2 hours of my time waiting, unhappy with my service, nobody even cared. I am commenting the pictures of the end result, because I could have done a better job with a lint roller and a self serve carwash. I reccomend anyone looking to get their moneys worth to NOT go here. Unfriendly, unprofessional, and a complete rip off! I made it VERY clear I was unhappy with the job and not even a discount was offered. I was stupid enough to tip before I got my car back and I sincerely wish I had not now.

The cleaning service (Super Wash) I received was so bad I would not trust them to do any other services on my vehicles.I brought my Volkswagen Passat and paid $27.10 on 5.15.21, reference M427606. The floor was only partially vacuumed, if at all, and it looks like they used the same rag to wipe seats and to do the windows. It looked so bad I ended up cleaning it myself. I would like to resolve this and would appreciate a refund.

I found this place a few months back and was super impressed with my first 3 visits... my last visit earlier this week however will be my last. I asked to make sure all fluids were going to be topped off, and was assured. I also asked them what might cause the break light to come on when its clearly not ingauged. I was told probably a sensor. Then they pulled my air filter out and showed it to me... i get home and find that my brake fluid is SUPER low and after I filled it, the light went off! Then find that the oil was low... they didnt fill it completely!! ThEN... i find the hose to the airfilter almost completely cracked off! Giving the benefit of doubt that they didnt crack it... wouldnt that be something you mention to the customer? I mean they went as far as showing me the filter... $85 for an oil change is ridiculous!

I always go into Bills bay because he knows his mechanic business and is always ready to give me the information that I need to care for my truck. He is always pleasant and helpful and that keeps bringing me back to a company I can trust.

The front of house female manager has anger issues. I had a mirror that was damaged, a couple concerns and suggestions that she in my eyes addressed in a rude dismissive manner. Overall they do a great job with the car wash its self, the men outside work hard and dont get enough shot outs. As a member with two vehicles, I decided to cancel my membership to go elsewhere. Its important to me to have a good experience at a place I give my moneys to.

I can’t decide what makes this place so terrible...being over charged for a synthetic oil change or having the worst car wash service in New Mexico. I guess it’s too complicated to wipe down the interior and dashboard thoroughly. These guys didn’t even try. I had not been here for two years because of the bad service, but I thought I’d give them another try. I was wrong. It was worse.

Update June 5th 2018. Took car in again and this time added on the carwash. The honest and hardworking staff outside found an envelope with $150 in it hidden under my mat that I had totally forgotten about. They could have just taken it and I would have never known. Instead they alerted me to it and I gave them a fat tip. there is no question in my mind that this entire operation is top notch.Excellent service and trustworthy employees.

Great spot with awesome deals for a car wash and interior clean! And they you get free car washes for the rest of the month! The oil change guys also diagnosed a rear main seal leak on my truck and put me at ease that I’d be fine riding it around town for a while before anything needed to be done.

I had my new car washed there. They cleaned the inside and outside. They scratched my windshield inside and scratched my dash. It was horrible with no resolution to the issues mentioned.

The people checking in the car and the cashier were fantastic. I paid for the most expensive wash, which was $37 with tax. But, after the car went through the wash and the workers were cleaning the inside, there were obvious, easy-to-clean places they didn’t touch and I had to keep pointing out several areas inside that were easily cleanable. Then the worker cleaning the inside said if I wanted those things done I’d need to schedule an appointment to have it detailed! And, they were not things one would have their car detailed for. My overall impression was laziness and very, very poor customer service by the cleaning team! I will never return and will never, ever, refer anyone to them!

After working my way through numerous competitors for oil maintenance services I found these guys. I found some of those competitors were charging me for services they actually did not perform.Oilstop has been very professional and have pointed out things that needed attention for services they could not provide but needed to be addressed.You sit in your vehicle throughout the entire service. You witness the services, and or proof of service.They maintain a vehicle service record you can use to sustain a long-term vehicle maintenance program.I recommend them often.

Oil stop is a great place to get a oil change and a car wash. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. You do not even have to get out of your vehicle when you change your oil. They will bring you a beverage while you wait. There fast and thorough. You can also find promotions online to save a few bucks. I go to oil stop and have never had any problems. They show you your dipstick and make sure all fluids are topped off.

We stopped here while passing through Santa Fe on a long trek -- quite the experience! The drive-thru set up gave us a sense of agency. While the price tag was more than your average oil change, the attention to detail and friendliness of the staff was extremely refreshing -- my fiance and I felt as though we were being prepped to blast off into outer space!

I was SO happy to find a full-service car wash other than Squeaky Clean that I didnt mind the slightly higher price. (Interior wet wipe is extra, but was done WELL. Their Best Wash is about $5 higher than SC, but is done with a much better wax. And their Best Wash combined with Interior Wet Wipe is only $2 more than a similar package at SC.) The waiting room was clean and inviting, and the attendants had on clean clothes and nice matching shirts. Thats not really important to me, except that it relates to a higher degree of professionalism. Main reasons why Ill go back: The whole process took very little time on a sunny Thur. afternoon before Easter, and the interior of my car actually looked clean without my having to ask for a re-do.

Do NOT bring your car here!!! Avoid at all cost! Had them check my tire pressure and about an hour I had a flat and had to replace the whole thing! You demand to speak to management and they’re conveniently never there! The tech refused to acknowledge or apologize for it! I took my car to a more reliable shop and they told me they didn’t preform my services right and they always get complaints from this location. This place is a scam. I love how they respond with an automated message to respond to your concerns by “emailing” them but you’ve already tried calling they corporate office and no one responds. Apparently they have a “mark” handling all their customer relationship calls and always goes to voice mail

I come here to get my oil changed every time needed on all 3 vehicles. The service is great, especially from a guy named William aka Bill. He is super nice with a lovely magnum P.I. mustache and an attitude that just makes you feel welcome. He always makes sure I know everything that is going on and that I am aware of everything happening. Great guy and great company. If you ever go here to get service done try to get william, cause then you know the job is perfect. Trust me on this. Why? Cause I am deadpool.

The worker who cleaned the inside of my car was not wearing a mask. Masks are now mandatory in New Mexico. To the store cashier’s credit, though, she had my car interior resanitized. They are now charging a mandatory $3 fee to sanitize a vehicle before they enter it, but they are not making it mandatory that their employees wear masks. Beware.

Guys are awesome, & very friendly.. i highly recommend this place, this is my second time here, i went to get an oil change before my trip to El Paso but turned out I didnt need one quite yet they were honest about it, any other place would have just done it to charged me knowing I didnt need it they also refilled my fluids checked my tire pressure and wished me a safe trip, they put my mind at ease!!! I will never return here. I was taken advantage of and they tried to charge me nearly 150.00 for a simple oil change. And to top that off there was a gentlemen there at the same time as me and they forgot to put oil in his vehicle wth.. Never again lesson learned you cant trust no one....

I completely trust the services they provide here, everything they do is done to perfection. They are completely clear and transparent on the condition of our car. Ben Enns and the rest of his crew are the most kind and wonderful guys, Javin Coriz, Bill Thomasson and Javier Gallegos. Thank you so much. It’s 32 degrees and they still are working away. Our Subaru got broken into in Albuquerque last Saturday night and we came to get the oil changed before we went back to get a replacement window. They didn’t treat us any differently just because we had cardboard and tape on our car in place of where our window should be. I hope the company knows how great the crew in Santa Fe is. I would not recommend this place for a quality service. I bought the waxing package and by the time it was done, it was neither waxed nor fully cleaned. There were streaks and bug guts that could have easily removed. To top it off they left it sitting on the street with the doors wide open and the keys in it.

Highly recommend, took in our family van mid road trip and they did a phenomenal job! Will definitely be back, we travel through here regularly.

This was one of the worst car washes, and detailing I have ever had. First it was ridiculously expensive. Second after my car went through the wash it still had soap all over it. It was never rinsed properly. The attendants quickly wiped the soap into the car and towels. Then the worst laziest vacuum job I have ever seen. There was trash under the seats, and mud still on all the carpets. Finally when the lazy car wash attendants waved my down; I found out that the armorall treatment was never applied. I also found out that they did a half a## job on that too when I finally got them to apply it. In conclusion I will not waste time amd money there ever again. A total mickey mouse operation. The owners should be ashamed.
