Under New Ownership - No longer fast or of quality.This place used to be known for their quality, speed and customer service. Recent experience included multiple remakes of a sign over the course of seven weeks. Experiences included employees trying to badger over incorrect material used. Final product was poorly trimmed. The machinery used still makes a high quality print. One star experience.

Fast Signs Suck! I ordered a parking sign over a week ago. I was told as soon as i verify the text, they would have it the next day. I said the text looked good, and I have never heard from them. I sent an email asking where the sign was with no response. I call and no one picks up the phone. The voice mail is full. I went by last Friday at 3:45 before they close at 4pm, but they were already closed. I will order a sign from someone else if they do not contact me tomorrow. Very bad business practices!!

I contacted their office for a quote, and tried to schedule an appointment. I had to reach out to them multiple times to get an appointment scheduled, and then the day of the appointment the person that was supposed to print my decals didnt show up for work. The guy said they could come monday or tuesday. I left a message Sunday night trying to get an idea of what day and time they would be coming, and they never called back or showed up. I really wanted to give them my business, but their truly terrible customer service is a real turn-off.

They are really fast, hence the name Fastsigns. We have always ordered our business signs through them and are always very satisfied with the work.

Completely unprofessional had to reschedule 3 different times each time was promised that we were the first job of the day and nothing. Not a phone call to say they wouldnt be making it or that something came up. Called to cancel the job completely due to a lack of professionalism and simply was told OkIf you cant deliver as a business then simply say that from the beginning at the very least a courtesy call from the receptionist saying they were held up at a different job wouldve been acceptable

Their signs are well done but their staff is not very good. For some reason this place is either not staffed well or not managed well. You have to call them constantly to make sure they are coming to scheduled appointments. They will not show up and when you call they will make up an excuse as to why they didnt come. Also sometimes if you order 5 signs you will get only 4 or maybe 6. Its anyones guess.They definitely need someone to manage them properly and to work on their customer service.

I had previously gone to another sign company in town looking for someone to do vinyl decals for a food truck. They didnt return phone calls and I had to keep calling them. Finally, they sent us proofs and they were just awful. This was over a two week period. We found FastSigns on line and went to their shop. The girl at the front counter up loaded our images immediately and I believe within a few hours they sent us our proofs and they were beautiful, exactly like the image we had submitted. We had our decals the next day!!! Wow they are amazing and we do plan on using them again!!!They are top-notch professionals and treat their customers good!!

David was friendly and the sign was great for about 2 to 3 months. Then a letter fell off and when I called to ask if someone could fix it I got scolded for having a due balance of 33.00. When I explained that I had already paid that, the lady was upset. And guess what my sign is still not fixed!!!! Its been about 2 to 3 weeks now. Mind you this sign was close to $3000.00. Great job on the sign of it can stay on the building.

I have been using Fast Signs for years. Why? Because they meet the signage needs for my business and their service is very good.

I have no idea why my experience has differed so much from everyone elses. Ive now wasted 5 weeks trying to get a simple sign done — I talked to people twice (one was the owner) who promised theyd call me back with an estimate, and then weeks, later, Im checking in again, having not heard anything. Then they said they went and got an estimate. Well email it to you they said. I called twice after not getting it, (maybe the email address was wrong? but no, it wasnt), and talked to the owner both times, and still, no email, no estimate. Ive moved on to someone else — this is ridiculous.

They listen to what you want, and the end product is good quality and delivered in a timely manner!!

I went there to get a quote on my restaurant sign .. the girl at front desk have no idea what she was saying/ doing... very poor knowledge about channels letter and cabinet box signs.. owner doesn’t have time to talk to potential customers... after ten days I went back to ask what happened to my quote and she doesn’t remember my work/ sign after I told her my business name .. she was like oh ok .. yours is $5200.00 and I ask her for which one channel letter or box.. she has no clue.. I ask her to call the owner but he doesn’t want to talk..they want my money but don’t want to explain what I’m getting for $5200.00 ...But I m still willing to give them business.. maybe just coz I like the franchise but not sure about Santa Fe store owners.

The employee had difficulty getting the design I wanted done so over the phone and in the office. I came back and spoke with Dave the owner and we agreed on a design. He agreed to download the fonts I was looking for. After picking up the order I found my signs had stuck together and had no holes to mount them.
