I’ve been a member here on and off since 2013. It used to be a decent gym and still has all the equipment typically gym goers need but it’s sadly become pretty run down. The bathrooms are gross, the AC hasn’t been working for about a week, and the equipment is almost always in disarray. Even Planet Fitness is better. Definitely not worth the $45/mo.

The biggest Anytime Fitness Ive been to yet. Very clean, plenty of space for just about everything. I came early morning and it was practically empty. Plenty of machines and even some heavier machines you typically see at a weightlifter gym. From what I saw, only one item out of service out of a very large gym, which is awesome.

I am a member of Anytime Fitness, Santa Fe, NM. Upon returning to AF from another club, I am impressed with the improvement made since Celina Molina became manager.She is thorough in her work and attends to the smallest details. She assures the shower rooms are clean and well supplied. When outside contractors are required she follows up in a timely manner with any and all jobs.She is very friendly to the members who know her by name and she, them. She makes a point of introducing herself and greets everyone while she performs her rounds around the club assuring everything is stocked and clean.She is always timely and available when needed.Congratulations Anytime Fitness for employing a dependable hard working employee, which are very scarce in todays world, especially young people. I enjoying going to your facility every day!

Celina was very helpful and welcoming. The gym is two stories high with all the equipment you could ever need. And it’s got a tanning bed that you can use for free if you’re a member! The members I’ve met were all very sweet.

Great gym in general This review is about a year late but at that time there was no one ever working there. The other location in santa fe is much better managed.

My favorite place to get in a workout if Im not able to get in a hike outside. Upbeat music, spacious, plenty of equipment, and never crowded. Added plus of badge-access only and convenient hours so that I can get in a workout any time I want.

Celina Molina is the best manager Ive seen on many years using this facility. The gym is clean and well maintained. She is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this gym

Some machines are broken and management does not tell members to clean machines after themselves. Machines are usually hugged by others as well while they are using other machines as well or talking to others. Included photo of machine that is broken and is the only one they have of it.

Good quality equipment all the weights I need and the shower and changing rooms are individual theres never a wait.

Manager is never there, he’s always MIA. Bathrooms are filthy. Mirrors have been broken for a long time, never dust and read in the paper someone caught the Coronavirus there. Enter at your own risk.

Never give maintenance to equipment. leg extension machine been broken for almost two months, not a single repair person has shown.Getting better at cleaning but not where it needs to be.

I love this gym, and the people. Very clean and tidy. The staff is polite. The fitness trainer, Wayne, has given me the best of the best tips and tricks that my body needed. Very professional. Have and will recommend to all.

The customer service for this gym is terrible. The manager is nice when she is actually there. I tried for over two weeks to set-up a membership. I work a busy travel type job and it is hard for me to go during the 8-5 M-F workday. She closed the office early every single day for two weeks before finally posting new hours. The new hours are 9-1 and 3-5 M-Th and 9-2 Fri, so when am I supposed to get a membership??? I was finally able to go on Fri at 9 am and guess what? She wasnt there; I waited until 9:20 and she still never showed. Oh and she does not return phone calls - so dont bother leaving a message. The facilities are fine and its usually not crowded (experience from my guest pass only). But try and get a membership there and you will find nothing but locked office doors. Too bad, I really did want to have my membership here.

The gym itself is clean and really nice. However I recently moved and had to cancel my membership. They charged me for another month, 2 months after I cancelled. They said they would refund me and fix the problem and they haven done either as I just got charged again.

This is one of the largest Anytime gyms Ive been to. A much wider selection of machines than I have at my home gym which is nice. Front desk staff was super helpful and on top of keeping the gym clean as well. Great place.

I started my contract in Feb 2020. They have taken my money this whole year with very little communication regarding how things are running, the credit offered for the free month. When I want to close my account, they want to charge me $135?!!! All they care about is money, too corporate and not worth the price!!!!

The owner never gets back to you never replies to emails especially if its about a refund. Stay away all they care about is taking your money.

I like this gym. 24 access. The machines may not be new and shiny, but they are clean, well-maintained and work. Everything you need is here: cardio, resistance, free weights, classes, tanning. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The manager, Victoria, was very nice and explained weekly, monthly and yearly pricing to me in a clear and understandable manner. All the cancellation and transfer policies. All transparent and reasonable. Theres always adequate parking. Ive never had to wait for a machine. The restroom / showers are generally also no wait. The staff are active and involved with whats going on out on the floor. Works very well for me.

I like this gym. Ive been coming here for a few years and ive always been pleased with the facility and the some of the classes are great. The customer service is inconsistent in availability but when they are in, they are great. The lack of star is due to a recent development. Sometime over the last year the gym has become messy, disorganized, and somewhat unclean. Equipment is piled in corners and it can be hard to find what you need sometimes. I think they are short staffed, maybe this is something that needs to be addressed.

The manager Jarvis GreenHill is not management material. He’s extremely rude and disrespectful. He and another member both not wearing face masks began to threaten to beat me up. This was because I asked him kindly to put on his mask. I have this whole incident on video. This is not a safe place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I love the gym and sometimes the environment I mainly like the free weight after Im done with my CrossFit gym. Its a little sad knowing that I just cancelled my membership just because of financial reasons but I will definitely sign back up again once I move back to New Mexico. I have to give a big thanks to Victoria for helping me out and being such a helpful employee so Thank you! and I hope to soon sign back up with Anytime.

I have visited many AF locations. This one is excellent. Highest compliments to the operator. This is a flagship location. Strongly recommended.

I like this gym, but everything is always clammy. The floors in the bathrooms are always wet. Once you get past the icky wet feet when you change, the gym is other wise okay. The belt on the pulleys are frayed and need repair, but honestly it depends on the day. Some times I work out with no issue. It is not always staffed so sometimes its hard to get their attention with issues. The people who go here (before 9 pm) are friendly and not creepy.

Totally unimpressed with the unhappy and completely unhelpful member experience manager, Aran Osborne. The gym seems nice but the customer service was extraordinarily disappointing. I felt like I was keeping her from her very important solitaire game on her computer. There were three people waiting to talk with her. Maybe the owner can look into this..

I came in feeling not so good about myself and after having a long bad day at work. I thought joining a gym would be a plus since I havent had time to do myself any favors lately. Anyway long story short I spoke with a very nice girl Aran Osborne she was super sweet and helpful. The phone was ringing off the hook and she took the time to answer all my questions and those of people calling in. Quite the juggling Act. Very impressive how she kept her calm with all thats being asked of her minute by minute. I walked in with a frown walked out with a smile. Give this girl a raise or a promotion or something for chrissakes! Five stars for this experience!

Open 24/7. No locker rooms here, they have individual showers, restrooms and change rooms. Several pieces if equipment dont work. It is not super clean but it is ok.

Not my vibe, but it sounds like they recently changed management and the new manager is very friendly.

Some of the machines do need a little TLC but overall its a good 24 hour, go in and get your work done gym. Yes its a little expensive to start but Chavez center, SFCC, and couple others are more expensive, smaller, and not 24 hours.

Need better WiFi it shuts down every weekend....... how are u supposed to enjoy your workout..

I have never been part of a facility that has such a childish, unprofessional, and immature staff. The day that I went to sign up I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for one of the women at the front desk to finish the casual conversation she was having with another member across the gym. When she finally finished the conversation it seemed to me like I was wasting her time and I almost didnt even sign up. Later, after I had been a member for a few weeks I was appalled to hear the way that they speak about the members of the gym. They have several colorful nicknames for the patrons and many are very hurtful. To make it worse they rather loudly say these nicknames so there is a very good chance that one of the members would be able to hear them. Ive also noticed that they pick and choose which issues to tell the ownership about. It took ages for the lack of air conditioning to be even acknowledged let alone fixed, it takes weeks or even months for machines to be repaired, and most of the equipment such as weights and yoga mats are in such a state of disrepair that they are practically unusable. Dont waste your time with this gym, its not worth your money.

They quoted me 60 bucks a month plus a 60 dollar sign-up fee. Ha! What a joke. That makes it officially more expensive than any other gym Ive stepped foot in. No pool and no other amenities. Absolutely ridiculous!
