I like going here. Good customer service. Good COVID practices in place. I like it now with less people. I wish there was one by the bigger Walmart.

Always clean, staff is friendly. I know its considered a beginner gym and I dont agree with some of the rules but its a great gym to start at and to get on track with your fitness journey.

Love this gym!Got a membership a week ago, the front counter lady Reyna was so helpful and kind even though I didn’t know what a routing number was 😅 or how to set up a monthly membership . Every time I walk in and leave I’m welcomed, it really feels like a friendly no judgement gym.I really appreciate how clean and tidy it is, especially that when people are done with their workout they clean the equipment they used.The gym is also wonderful because you see people of ages and sizes every day working out confidently

It is great for the money. Low key and laid back. Lots and lots and lots of televisions if that is your thing. Exercise mats are a bit short but that is ok. Clean. Staff is pleasant. Please note I edited this after PFs reply as I realized my first draft review came off as negative and I did not mean it that way. I am glad to be a member there and it is definitely a decent place and I like the no judgment atmosphere and the message chairs.

My gym for over four years! I love this gym. I feel comfortable and it’s very clean and professional. However, today the air conditioning was broken! Please fix ASAP!

A lot of people were going maskless but there was good social distancing here and they blocked off every other elliptical machine to keep people apart.

Good gym. Big and clean with a lot of machines and dumbbells.

Large space, very clean, showers were clean and had plentiful hot water.

Ive been to other pfs, and this one had a few amenities missing and was oddly set up. Its big though. There was some mud in the mens room but seemed clean overall.We came in on day passes and though we were new we didnt get much of an introduction. The employee didnt mention the showers being closed so it made for a sticky, stinky day.

I look forward to working out at this gym! Good atmosphere! The manager Sandra is great!

The most horrible customer service. Ive been in customer service for over 18 years was never greeted with genuine worth and friendliness. They laughed when I spoke about over weight people. Never offered for A tour just said pay and good luck not worried about my safety was just going over POS. And kept on asking for my credit cards WOW During covid 19. Need more training. To be prepared on the market and fitness not all about money. Corp should learn A thing or 2 or 100 from me.

Still have showers closed. At this point, it feels like the business is just choosing to not offer that service in New Mexico. Roped off over a year...

The manager will go above and beyond to make you feel uncomfortable. She will believe anyone, so long they are white. She does not manage conflict very well.

Awful customer service! They won’t even let you cancel memberships over the phone during a pandemic that has killed millions of people. This place is insane, don’t give them your money.Now they are suddenly trying to tell me I can just send a signed letter when they insisted I had to send a certified letter, meaning I would have to go to the post office and potentially be exposed to covid there. Or come in to the gym and potentially be exposed at the gym. Inconsistent responses and lies.

Very rude staff that body shames the members. One of the male team leaders with bleached blonde hair was laughing and making rude comments the other night to another staff member about a man working out saying “can this guy get any bigger!?” The gym is my sanctuary and I don’t want to work out in that kind of negative environment. Very unprofessional and considering switching gyms because of this.

Showers are out of order (cause of covid)! It’s ridiculous how people touch the same equipment nobody really cleans it every 15 min, the same with locker rooms but shower is not allowed...

Extremely clean. Accepting culture. Exemplary amenities. Everyone pretty much minds their own business, which I love. Staff is friendly and informative for the most part. Definitely would recommend

Its funny how alot of the x members dont read there contract ..its a contract! .. Read it over and over when it comes to your money being pulled from your account..and if you cant read or dont want to read a contract..then maby thats why your having issues..but some people think there rite. There signature is on there contract saying they read it and understand what the employees explain to them when they sign up .. Dont blame the management/employees for your wrongs ..cause when people think they need to speak to management/employees with no respect dosnt mean they need to keep being nice to you..im a member from when pf opened and have seen alot of disrespectful people to every manager/employee here..i think some one should stand up for people that are constantly disrespected like employees of a buisness that have policies that make them bite there tounge thats the only reason why these people act this way till the employee gets fed up with it..there people trying to do what has been told by there.managment..take credit for your mistakes dont try to throw them on others and try to get people fired for your faults or cause you can.careless about people..people have familys to support so maby be adults and understand your faults stop acting like you should disrespect them because thay cant do anything..and then be surprised when they finally stick up for themselves..thanks 👍

Sandra at the front desk is amazing! She is so helpful, signed me up and gave me a tour of the place that was like 10 minutes long because I was asking many questions and she knew all the answers. Felt very clean, organized, and friendly amongst the people working out. Love the filtered water station, showers, private changing areas as well as the equipment was all in new condition. Thanks Sandra and excited to workout!

Some staff are great others are rude! Not enough equipment for all the people, even after covid restrictions. Not every one following gym rules on covid either. Always see people removing mask while working out and using machines that are shut down for six feet apart. Was okay at first but just kept getting worse.

Great gym. Very new equipment and is cleaned and maintained very well. Membership prices and packages are very very reasonably priced. Some packages include access to a water massage table which may I say is amazing. Staff is great and has a decent selection of snacks/drinks to get you through your workout!

Im 69 years old. Ive been going to P.F. for about 4 months now and Im getting in the best condition, physically, since I was in my 20s. (Ill never be in my 20s again...lol). Plus, Ive met some great people. The equipment is excellent. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Been going for 3 years. Clean and well maintained. Good be five star if they could control cell phone use while occupying the machines.

Generally the customer service is nice and friendly, but there is a girl that works here and it’s not friendly she needs to work in her customer service because she doesn’t even try to say hi or say something when a customer arrives. Other than that service and machines are good.

Doing their beat, admire the staff. Not enough of right equipment foe the crowd they have (even with covid limiting crowd).

I have really been enjoying this gym. The staff is friendly and helpful, gym members are polite to each other, and its easy to figure out how to use the gym equipment. There are pictures on the machines so you can figure out what youre doing; and if its still a bit confusing, the staff will help. This gym is definitely a two thumbs up!

I got allot of Friends there! Only because I worked there for a little over 5 years... Which I quit because I wasnt appreciated and discriminated against.. But still Love the Santa fe Staff and most members... Just wanted to clarify..

Subject: a dance bar or stable unit to stand at and stretch/balance from.New member and been maybe 3 times. So far so good. Nice to have natural light in the day in front and even in the back where theres that great large square window!One suggestion (though perhaps franchises dont have a say or an interest in adding amenities) . . A dance bar or some stable structure from which to pull back or sideways to stretch out while standing.. Also with which to stand and swing leg(s) and practice balance with a sense of safety. They have a great multi-function unit for this at Chavez Center. Please be real and say if this can never happen. Then we (mostly females) can stop hoping it will. Overall a great place and thank you !

Decent quality Planet Fitness location compared to the other locations in New Mexico. Fairly good equipment, good size gym, and appears to be cleanly.

This facility is always very clean and that staff is welcoming and helpful. There are many options to pick from when planning a workout and multiples of each machine. The free weight area is kept tidy and the jungle gym area is a perfect space for dynamic training.

I love this place, I gotta say wish it was 24/7 like the one where Im from but its nice, staff I think could use some work. They dont have much knowledge about the equipment like tanning bed, or the app. Ive been having trouble registering on the app and have told 3 associates and none have helped me. I also wanted to know how or if you could turn the facial tanners off in the tanning bed, no one knew the answer to that either, no one even tried to reach out to someone else to find out either. I will continue going because I like the gym but I think there are improvements that need to be made.

Wow..the way I was treated here was horrible. The lady at the front desk,Sandra was downright disrespectful and unprofessional. I didn’t come to this gym to be harassed by Sandra and the man who claimed to be her husband. I came to improve myself as a human being and to be treated like one but instead I was called racial slurs by this woman and laughed at. Be aware of planet fitness in Santa Fe people.

Just started working out here. I will let you know how it goes. Ok so its been awhile (6 months). Yea it can be busy. I do like that everyone who works out here seem to be very clean. They all will wipe down the equipment after use. The staff are great and it seems that all the people who work out here are polite about the equipment.

This one is very much enjoyed because I always look forward to a good workout. I like the body enhancement here. Thank you 😉

I take all of Candice Martinezs classes and they are amazing I always leave the gym with a great workout! My co worker and my sister have both joined me and they love the classes and think candice is an amazing trainer. I recommend taking any of her classes.

It is so amazing and cheap! Best deal in Santa fe. The place is so clean everyone from the staff is really friendly to the point when I walk in and they know me by name and I just joined this month. I am so happy I joined and you should too

My sanctuary, been coming here for awhile. Nothing to complain about

Its a good gym with good equipment. 3 of the staff that look like teens including the trainer are plain out rude. The trainer herself is rude & doesnt help out when going to her programs might as well go pay for a trainer yourself as my wife signed up to design her own program the trainer was not nice about what my wife needed help with & the trainer was not focused with her but i guess you do get what you pay for $20 a month that includes free training/classes. But other than that its a good gym with about only 2 staff that are super nice & friendly like Julie.

Hmmmm, first day here with my girlfriend (she has black card) and I went in as a guest to try it out. Im currently looking for a gym in Santa Fe and I got my locker broken into. Good thing nothing got stolen, but how safe is this place? Overall great selection of the machines.Update 8/6: I decided to sign up. Its been almost over a month and my lock is still good. Overall Im very happy. Great selection of equipment. The place does get crowded sometime.

Very clean👌 Everyone that works here is super friendly! Equipment is new and this gym has the best overall workout machines in Santa Fe. I do wish the location was in a nicer area though. I often get asked for money by strangers in the parking lot...that makes me feel unsafe being approached by sketchy strangers so often..

I recently moved here from OH, where I had a PF membership. I went to this location to inquire about a membership and was given a nice tour of the facility. However, the employee giving me a tour made a fairly sexist comment about the amount of ass they see. I understand that he was trying to make a joke between two dudes, but I found the comment inappropriate, and it made me uncomfortable. I like PF in general and was excited about signing up, but this experience left me with a bad impression.

Great location, great equipment, nice staff. Ive worked out at gyms all over the country and this facility is well designed for the body builder, fitness buff, or if your just trying to stay healthy. Love it.

The place looks good, the machines high quality and I think it is a good place to exercise, unlucky on 2 occasions i have gone to seek information and they have treated me wrong, last time, i ask to let me see the facility and the first response of girl who attended me was NO. and all the staff in the counter laughed, I had to show my ID to let me see the place. when I asked information about the quota of 10 dlls, the lady tells me that they dont have that plan anymore and the plans constantly change .

Best gym hands down... A real world experience worth many times the price... extreme value... Great staff, great people, great fun.... Santa Fes best value and experience.....

Fun gym! Clean showers! Would give it five stars except for that dreadful, boring music looping through the sound system. It never changes.

Your automatic debt for yearly fee without notification is absolutely absurd. So apparently the fine print in the contract mentions this?? Who remembers this. Thanks to your unethical way of doing things this had caused havok the entire month of March to my checking account .Your front desk person said the debit would occur April 1st. I pride myself in taking care of my finances. I will keep the membership til years end because my insurance company is paying for it... after that..Adios, Bye Bye.

Great gym wish there was another location in town because some time it gets very packed and only the treadmill is open. The front desk people are always very nice.

Great place to work out! Really busy at normal times (ie: lunch time 5-7 pm) Its very clean and for the most part friendly. The staff is helpful and although Scott has a little attitude, he does the right thing by his constituents. All around enjoyable place!

I joined this gym on Saturday. I work in ABQ and belong to NM Sports and Wellness, but needed something for the weekends....Was totally impressed with this place! Zach helped me with the sign up and was really polite and helpful. The place is spacious, clean and modern! Lots and lots of cardio! Would definitely recommend it

Planet Fitness is an amazing gym. I love the variety and amount of machines, as well as the great atmosphere built there. The only complaint is I was told they were a 24/5 gym during the time they showed me around. It really made me want to sign up. Soon to find out Mondays they close at 12am and Friday at 9pm. Very confusing with the sign outside still saying 24/5...

They want your checking account info for recurring billing! I dont think so! Not sure why credit cards arent good enough? The gym looked nice, but they will not be getting my business.

I love planet fitness but I HATE how packed it gets. I ended up canceling my membership here because I hadn’t gone in months. They plan to open one in the the north part of town so I do plan to sign up again. The staff is very friendly and the locker room is very clean but we desperately need a second location.

Worst place ever. Planet fitness in general sucks. The employee are stupider than rocks. Tried to cancel my membership at another location to be told it would be cancelled .Now two months later my membership is still active. Cant believe how stupid some of these employee are. Manager are never in to speak to. Called 5 different locations to find no managers. Hmm does anybody do their damn job at this place?!?!

For the most part I really enjoy coming here. I have had a black card membership for over a year. The staff is great with the exception of two kids that work there. A young girl with curly hair and glasses is always rude to me. She wont greet me or acknowledge when I say thank you. So I have started treating her the same way. Theres another very tall young guy that works usually Saturday mornings, hell great me but isnt very friendly .I wish the place was bigger and there were more weight machines and bigger stretching area. There is some judgmental gym goers but not much you can do about the douchebags.

I’ve been with planet fitness for years and have visited many pf with my black card. this is a great facility and all the machines are very new and in great working condition.the reason i dropped a star for this location was because i was refused access to the tanning booth because i tried to use it at 6:45 where they close at 7. with a 9 minute limit in the tanning booths of this location, i don’t understand why i was refused and i’ve never run into such an issue at other locations. it seems like a great deal of laziness from the employees and it’s not great to feel like a burden at a business i’ve been supporting for years. it doesn’t take much time to wipe down a booth and they shouldn’t be closing the gym or the amenities until the gym hours have actually closed.

They finally opened two days ago! I was thrilled of course. I went to the planet fitness in Washington DC and they have this small lockers for everyone to put small items in. I was hoping this planet fitness here in Santa fe will have the same small lockers like Washington DC has. They do not :(Other than that it was great, but I wish they have more machines that focus on abs. Washington DC has that.There are so many people and I think that is good! There are so many TVs as well hahaha. I love it! Go planet fitness!!

Buyer beware. I had a 5 star review for the company while I was using their gym consistently over the past year. Ive recently moved and have been trying to get answers to billing questions and have tried cancelling my membership. It is clear to me that a part of PFs business model is to make it incredibly difficult to cancel your membership or provide any support beyond the front desk at your home gym (apparently, this is in the contract that no one has the time or eyesight to read). Ive just spent hours trying to figure out why this months bill is higher than last months and I have zero answers and a huge headache. And unless I want to send a certified letter with lots of personal information trying to cancel my membership, Im going to have to trek to the closest PF location. Looking back, it was not worth the lower price to go to Planet Fitness.

For all of their hype about a nonintimidating gym, I found this to be not the case, but perhaps in a different way. I work out regularly and was visiting this gym. It was so crowded and groups of people were working out together and monopolizing several pieces of equipment at a time. When I asked to work in, I was told no. It was frustrating.

Customer service has been atrocious. the locker room was not especially clean. when I finally decided to cancel, they wouldnt take my cancellation unless I sent a certified letter to cancel or came in. when I came in they gave me a hard time about canceling and tried to pressure me to keep my membership. wish I had never wasted my money here.
