I was able to make an appointment in one day. The lady who set it up over the phone was the best! They called before arriving and were on time. Nelson was thorough and patient. He let me test my new printer several times while he was at my home. If I need computer help in the future, this business will be my go-to place!

The best quality and most efficient place Ive been to. I went to multiple places before for a hardware issue with my laptop and they all had high up-front diagnostics prices compared to here. At one of the corporate places, after they took apart my computer, they incorrectly told me Id need a pricy repair, but here they re-diagnosed the issue and fixed it the next day for a sixth of the price. They were also much more transparent about the cost or predicted range of costs of everything before I decided to hand over my computer. Overall, a great experience!

Weve been having issues with our surface book plug not wanting to charge. Took it in today to have them test the plug and we were able to get a new one that worked great. They were super friendly, had two adorable dachshunds, and knew their stuff. Thanks for the help with our computer repair!

My Fiance left her Microsoft surface pro power cable in Albuquerque, and we needed one quickly. I found SF Computer Works on MY laptop, called them, and had the cord back home in less than 45 minutes. The store manager was extremely courteous, patient and helpful. The price was much better than ALL of the Bigger stores, and it was NOT a generic unit. We were extremely pleased...... Saved The day!!

Amazing customer service! A small mom and pop shop run by a husband and wife. I visited from out of town and was in need for an a/c adapter for my laptop because the old cable shorted out. This guy gave me the best deal he could, I was out the door in minutes and back to surfing on my laptop in no time. Definitely sets the standard for the way mom and pop computer shops should be run.

This place is great!!! I took a printer in since it was giving me some issues and all it needed was a little dusting since it was dirty inside and Im no good with technology so I took it here and they got it up and running. Id trust this place with any computer or printer I have. Thanks again!!!

Tiny crowded store, they will try to fix ANYTHING in the store, they have almost every kind of printer cartridge. Located next to U-haul and Salvation Army Store. The people are supernice.

I have a beautiful, high-end Alienware Laptop that I took to Nelson (upon a recommendation) for diagnostics. Upon picking it up, I immediately noticed two deep scratches on the outer lid. Nelson insisted that he had not scratched one single computer in the 20 years that he worked on computers. I am absolutely obsessive about how immaculately clean my Alienware is and have always kept it in a case. I removed it from its case immediately before taking it in. I am extremely upset about this. There was no accountability, whatsoever. There is no satisfaction, whatsoever. Nothing can be done to recover the value lost to me for the damage. To claim to not put a single scratch on someones equipment in 20 years immediately put me on alert. It is humanly impossible. I will never take anything there again. ALWAYS PHOTOGRAPH YOUR EQUIPMENT BEFORE LEAVING IT ANYWHERE!!!!

I’m no novice to computers. My operating system of choice is a Linux distribution called Manjaro. When I want or need computer repair, I want professional, experienced, reasonably priced service. For these reasons Santa Fe Computer Works is where I go. To give an example, I use a 2 GIG Seagate Hard Drive (HDD) for back up. Recently, I plugged that HDD to my computer and watch in horror as I the controller board (PCB) sizzled and smoke. On the HDD was data I could not afford to lose such as precious family digital pictures and videos. I took the HDD to Nelson at Santa Fe Computer Works. As I walked into his shop I saw a line of computers being serviced from virus removal, hard ware repair to windows and mac repair. I explained what happened and the importance of the HDD. He said he’d do what he could. Today my HDD is running great with NO DATA LOSS! If you need parts or service I highly recommend Santa Fe Computers Works.
