OUTSTANDING!!!!I went to see if I could get a fireplace window duplicated; I took my glass in and they had measurements and information down very quickly. Turn around time was fast!!! The expertise and customer service was remarkable. You can really tell the owner and his team care about their customers and the service they provide.Highly recommend these guys!!!

I have used Santa Fe Glass and Mirror a number of times for my home in rental properties. The owner of the company, Roger, is a very friendly, technically skilled, and customer oriented business owner. this company also owns a proprietary product which keeps your glass shower doors from spotting. This product keeps your shower doors looking new for many years. I would not hesitate to recommend him for commercial or residential properties and I will continue to use him. We had used Santa Fe Glass and Mirror in the past for a shower glass installation. The workers were courteous and showed up on time. We were wanting to get another bathroom updated so we set up a measurement appointment. I had to call the company after no one showed. The owner, Roger, called and ended up hanging up on me when I voiced my irritation that no one had showed for my appointment. There was no attempt at providing any customer service what so ever. Don’t use this company if you have another viable option.

This is the most frustrating business I’ve ever tried to work with! I ordered a simple glass table top from them almost 1 month ago and it’s still not delivered. I was told it would be delivered last week and they were a no show. I keep calling them abs leaving a message to find out if / when they’ll ever deliver but no one calls me back. I regret not taking their poor reputation seriously

Prices are above average, quality of services is debatable (glass pane not ready as promised, no notification), and you can count on them to be so rude that one might wonder whether this shop is located in the US or somewhere in the former Soviet Union. This said and if you can deal with all of it, they seem to know their business.

Santa Fe Glass & Mirror has installed different style glass bathroom enclosures in two of our bathrooms. Our experience with the owner, office and installation staff has been excellent. Responsive, skilled and high quality work. Will and Antonio just finished installing the glass on our second bathroom. They arrived on time, were very polite, and worked quickly and quietly. There are a bunch of glass and mirror companies in Santa Fe. I would recommend Santa Fe Glass & Mirror without reservation.

We just finished our work with SF Glass & Mirror and they did a terrific job ... we couldn’t be happier! They installed a glass shower door and a full length mirror in our master bath/closet. In shortthey did everything a homeowner could hope for. They were very responsive, they did exactly what they promised, their work was completed on time and on budget, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. I will absolutely use them again.

Do not buy anything from these clowns and liars! They provided the same quote several times, but then tried to charge quite a bit more when the items were delivered.Moreover, it was impossible to have an actual conversation with the delivery guys; it was like talking to the Three Stooges:Main delivery guy: I need your credit card.Me: You already have my credit card.Him: Thats just for security purposes. I need a credit card now.Me: I ran inside to get my wallet. I came back to my garage and tried to hand him my credit card.Him: I cant take your credit card. If I have to manually type in your credit card number, Ill have to charge you three percent extra.Me: So how I can I pay?Him: You need to go to our store and swipe the card through the credit card machine.Me: What?Him: You have to pay for this today, or we will type in your credit card number manually and charge you three percent extra.Me: When does the store close today?Him: 4:30 pm. You need to pay before 4:30 or well charge you the three percent extra.Me: OK.Then they left and I went inside my house and called my spouse to say we needed to pay at the store before 4:30:Spouse: What? Thats almost $300 more than the quote!We decided to return the items rather than pay them so much extra money. I asked a friend with a pickup truck to help us return the items. Santa Fe Glass and Mirror forced us to pay the delivery fee of $45 plus tax when we arrived. What an awful experience.

I have just done a new shower enclosure on my master bath remodel which included a steam shower unit. Santa Fe Glass came and were extremely professional from beginning to end. The proper measurements were calculated and my choice of glass thickness and choice of hardware were delivered as stated by Vern. The intallers Will and Tonio did an extremely good job. they were pleasant and informative.I would highly recommend this company for any glass needs based upon my experience.

I have never written a review before, but the public needs to know aboutSF Glass. Earlier this year, they installed mirror and glass in both ourguest bedrooms. Couple of months later, one mirror cracked with noreasonable explanation since we had not had any guests up to thatpoint. When my husband called to complain, Roger, the owner was offended, for some reason, and refused to replace the mirror. Over many, many months, I called and left messages, thinking maybe if I called,they would respond. Always they said they would call me back and never did, even though I left a message saying we would pay for it ourselves. I would not have even bothered after about 17 or so calls, and manymany months... but they happen to have the only machine that finishes the edges of the mirror, so I was held hostage, and they knew it.. I was extra nice to a point of begging... and finally was deemed good enough tospeak to Roger, the boss, who said he would call me back and set an appointment. Two weeks later, still no call, no message, no appointment to come. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars for our bathrooms with them. The fact that they have no respect for their customers once they are paid... is appalling. I have never run intoany company so unfriendly, vindictive, and unprofessional as thiscompany. I am surprised they are still in business with this kind ofunethical conduct and attitude.I called Action Glass and they came the next day and will be repairingthe negligent work that SF Glass did. Excellent service and at a fair price. We had a glass shower enclosure installed. The crew was easy to work with, very meticulous and made sure we were happy. When the time comes, we will use them again.

Excellent prices, outstanding customer service. After breaking a glass table top in a local shop just before their grand opening, (eek!) I needed a replacement table top and fast. The other more negative google reviews initially deterred me from calling, but after receiving exorbitant rates and outrageous time estimates (two weeks!) from all the other shops in town, I figured I had nothing to lose. This shop was AMAZING. Every person I spoke with was super helpful and friendly and my calls never went to voice mail. They hustled to get out to the shop to measure the table that morning, had the glass cut, delivered and installed all within the same day without charging any additional fee to expedite the order.Im so impressed with this shop, the quality of their work, and all the employees - I would definitely recommend using them!

These bozos are sooooo bad. I mean, the employees/workers are all criminal-looking bunch of kids behaving like theyre all hopped on drugs. We had the worst experience EVER with these fools! Just insanity. And the owner (Roger?) is even crazier. A very unkempt/dirty looking guy with no respect, just a very impudent and belligerent older man. How they are still in business is BEYOND me. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS!!

Horrible workers. Kid driver cuts me off then an old man in the passenger side wants to roll down his window at a light and try to run his mouth.

Took them two times to get a mirror in our bathroom. They chipped a sink and scratched a faucet. FOOLS WITH TOOLS. Work paid for didnt match work done
