I was fortunate to run across The Finishing Touch while looking for a source that could cut pads for carpet runners (harder to find than it sounds!). What a wonderful discovery it was! To a person, everyone I dealt with was helpful, courteous and service-oriented. They called to let me know the material had arrived and that they would call me the next day when the pads were ready. They did as promised, and all six pads were cut to the exact specifications. I wouldnt hesitate to use The Finishing Touch for any of the other services they offer: cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, window treatments—they have it all. (Their Santa Fe showroom is quite spacious.) Im so grateful to have discovered The Finishing Touch.

The repair on our lift-rise hunter Douglas shade was done quicker than promised and they called with an estimate before the repair. The shade now works correctly. We are very pleased with the service.

We had our 17 yr old hardwood floors sanded and refinished. They were prompt and responsive. When we reported some areas that needed to be corrected the day following the final coat, Angel came that night after working all day and fixed things right up. The floors are beautiful! We totally love them.

Moving from Denver to Santa Fe, and trying to manage the transition from both cities, we didn’t know how we could get new flooring in a timely fashion. Been waiting for over a week to receive an estimate for carpet repair after a technician came to inspect my carpet. No updates from The Finishing Touch and when i called they said they dont have an installer and PROBABLY can NOT do the work since they dont have much carpet in hand. Their final responce again is well call you back! Very unpleasant experience.
