This place is fantastic, especially Johnny. He is an expert Barber, fast, courteous and inexpensive. I had seen bad reviews, so I went first to Dinos in the same shopping center. The owner there made such a mess of my hair that I was shocked when I saw it while I was clothes shopping afterwards. So I stopped by Metro cuts and asked him if it didnt look like my hair was messed up. He said it looked horrible, as if I had cut it myself. He offered to trim it and correct it, and then only charged me $10 for the correction. Now it looks like a million dollars. I will always go to Metro Cuts whenever I am in Santa Fe. Ask for Johnny!
Johnny does such an amazing job you need to book ahead of time hes the only one who does designs so If you want the best then its definitely worth the wait you can totally go to a quick stop barber but you will not be satisfied ... patience is a virtue and I choose to wait for the professional. His clients return everytime with more people, hes very talented I choose the best and its definitely him! Hands down best barber Ive ever met Especially in santa fe.
The older guy in the back right corner is horrible. Now I have to wear a hat for the next 2 weeks. Never going to him again.
Does not honor appointments. Unpleasant attitude.
Was told to come at a certain time, waited over an hour. The two individuals working complained about tips from the customers before, complaining about having to do certain haircuts and The woman was rude allowing others without signing in or appointments to be seen first. Johnny kept coughing and spitting in trash cans throughout the shop during a pandemic. Disgusting. I will not be going back. Unprofessional. Disgusting. Never once cleaned their blades or equipment.
Loved my sons haircut. Stylist was great with my son who is autistic.
Went for a fade ended up with a messed up lineup and haircut and they still charged me for their mess up
