We had a house fire and they did not allow us time to get any of our belongings out of the house. They were supposed to just log and photograph the damage and then run it through our insurance before removing any items. That was not the case. They showed up with a van and removed all our expensive items out without discussing it with either myself or my agent. Then they proceeded to make a terrible situation worse by throwing our entire life into a dumpster. Without even so much as a second thought. It was as if they kicked us while we were down. I would not recommend this company for any insurance company to use let alone any individual. They took 3 months to get the inventory to my insurance agent after he requested the information numerous times. In my opinion very unprofessional.

Great service and professional work!I had mold under my bathroom sink that had spread behind the counter and they came in and removed it quickly. They were very affordable. I would definitely recomend them. Keep up the good work.

Advanced Restoration came to clean a fire in my home. The work they did was amazing. Not only did they do a great job but they made this tragic clean up smooth from start to finish. They always showed up on time and were extremely courteous.
