Since the beginning with Robert, he has consistently handled my moves, new vehicles, and needs with speed, needed humor, and sometimes the sweetness of a piece of candy. Rating should be a 10, but I hold out for the day he can convince the heads of Allstate to reinstate CA to my preferred carrier.
