I interviewed 10 different pool companies before deciding to hire California Pools, as this is the biggest investment my family has ever made, so I wanted to ensure that we made the best decision. After closely analyzing all of the proposals, we ultimately chose to go with California Pools. We built a big pool, spa, customized grotto with slide and rocks and lighted steps, fire pit and custom built-in BBQ. It was a very large and detailed project and they did an outstanding job. Bill was the project manager throughout the entire project and did a great job of managing the project throughout every phase, and kept us informed of the status and next steps and answered all of our many questions. Throughout the entire project, there was always someone working on our project 6-days a week (Mon - Sat) and the only days someone wasnt here was when it was actually raining hard (about 4 total days in the 4 months project). The workers were exceptional and paid a lot of attention to detail and checked-in with us regularly when they had questions on how we wanted certain things to look. The workers even worked in very cold temperatures and crazy-strong winds and never stopped working. Even after our pool was completed, they included starting up all of our equipment and fine-tuning the pumps, water flow, lights, etc. so ensure everything was working well and how we wanted it to look. They even offer weekly pool service as well if you want to continue to use them for maintenance. I cant say enough about how great a job they did on our pool. We love it and all my kids want to do is swim and slide and jump off the waterfalls. I would highly recommend California Pools and Bill to anyone that wants to build a pool/ spa.
