I’ve used Kyle for 3 years now. He was recommended by a friend and I am so glad I asked! Kyle and his team have been fantastic. Along with weekly maintenance, Kyle has replaced the pump, fixed the water source valve and done a couple other minor repairs. Something I’ve noticed about Kyle’s work: he truly goes the extra mile. For example when the valve to fill the pool started leaking not only did Kyle fix it, he made it better! He could have just used the cheapest part and done a five minute job—but that’s not how Kyle rolls! He put a MUCH easier to use valve in and even waited in his vehicle for everything to dry to make sure it worked correctly before leaving. When he replaced the pump he noticed the wiring was messy and fixed it. We put a new spa light in and he went ahead and put a new and easier switch in as well. He is also very patient and responsive. He always has time for and responds quickly to my questions. Kyle really cares about his customers and does whatever he can to help you enjoy your pool even more. Highly recommend!

We have been using Kyle Bowen Pool Service & Repair for 6 years now. Kyle and his team are honest, knowledgeable and just plain nice. We had an issue with the pump for our in ground spa and Kyle was super helpful. He took the time to explain everything gave us options as to what he felt was the best way to fix it. He was very honest and never tried to upsale or charge us for things we didnt need. He has a great personality and is very easy to work with. Kyle Bowen has been taking care of our pool for many years. Once a week Edgar comes by and cleans the pool and checks the water. Kyle is on call at all times to take care of problems and make suggestions for better equipment when some thing is needed. Kyle is professional, courteous, respectful, and always pleasant.

I became a first time pool owner about 2.5 years ago. Kyle came out to give us a pool school on how to keep it running well. We maintain our own pool but ince then, he or one of his guys has come out to do mulitple pool filter cleanings and add DE. After each cleaning, my filter pressure gauge reads appropriate psi for a fresh clean and my suction vacuum zips around. They always leave my pool pump area clean and tidy afterward. They even taught me when and how to backwash my filter so I could make my cleanings last longer, spending less money. Today, Kyle came out and replaced my pool filter which was old and leaky. I asked if after he removed the old filter if I could powerwash the area. He said set up and I will powerwash it for you. After the change, the area was much cleaner and he even painted the plumbing. We continue to use Kyle and recommend you do too.

Kyle Pool Service has been servicing our pool for over 6 years. We have never had an issue with this service. Kyle was awesome! We are new pool owners and Kyle explained everything in detail and with a smile. We had someone come out prior that tried to tell us we needed a new electronic board but something just didn’t sit right. Kyle came out told us all we needed was a new heating line and didn’t try to rip us off. We had him do a few other things for us too. He found a gas leak and addded a hose for our backwash, and fix our vacuum. Really he gave us a full run down with no secrets or leaving things out. He was honest. Fair priced and hardworking, I will highly recommend him to you and my neighbors!

Kyle did a fantastic job fixing my pool heater. I have a Home Warranty and the original service person told me it was a lost cause. He recommended we replace the heater. Kyle spent 15 minutes tracking down the real issue, a lose wire, and the heater was fixed.

Highly recommend Kyle’s services for weekly service and any kind of equipment repairs or upgrades. Kyle upgraded my 20-year-old sweep and replumbed my entire system and installed a check valve. My pump primes almost instantly now. He also offers honest solutions that can save you money. My pump stopped working and I thought for sure I was going to need to replace it. Kyle diagnosed the issue and determined it was the starter and the fix was just $150. If you need a pool guy go with Kyle.
