I ask for a bid on a relocation of equipment cost me 75.00 for the pleasure! Louis came out took two pictures and talked for every bit of ten minutes .(I paid 75.00 for that) Then he left and we never talked after that .Then I talked to the ladies at the place of business,.who were very polite and courteous but could not answer one question I had . The bid was 18300.00 for moving equipment 20 ft 2500.00 for a pump, retail 1599.00, 7500.00 heater retail 3800.00, 1800 for remote system retail 1000.00 then for labor to basically hook up pipe (ditch is already dug) plumb electricity and plumb equipment 6500.00. I ask if there was any wiggle room and got a prompt no that is the price ! Do your research folks to avoid this kind of gouging!!!!!!!!!

Blue Ocean has done an excellent job maintaining our spa. We had a previous maintenance company and our spa was green looking all the time. They would also try to charge us for all sorts of things all the time. Blue Ocean has really been a welcome change. Our spa is always blue and the maintenance person is always very helpful. Great service at a reasonable price.

Two guys came out for filter cleaning, ironically calling themselves professionals!! They left without putting DE (the filter functions on this powder) back in the filter. When they left we noticed that the pressure gauge was not going up, we called the tech to make sure he had added the DE and he lied saying yes, we checked our cameras and to no surprise he had not done so. Called the office to be told it was our shortcoming not to bring it to the so called professionals’ attention when they were on property. GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! He left us with a leaking filter tank, now we have to call another professional to come clean these professionals mess-ups..

I had a spa that was slowly draining into our pool when sitting in the spa. I was stumped. Luis came out and even though it took him two visits he fixed the problem!!!!He is punctual, professional, knowledgable, and his rates are fair and LOWER than other pool repair services in the area. Ive finally found an honest, fair, knowledgable pool guy.Im a tough customer but Luis and his work was A-1.Highest recommendation!!! Blue Ocean came out to look at our pool heater which wasn’t working. Luis gave us our options and we decided it was best to replace the heater. He quoted a price while at the house and later kept his promise of the quote he gave us even though tax wasn’t included. That’s good customer service. They did a great job of installation. I would recommend Blue Ocean to anyone.

They were able to get out to see our pool today! The Blue Ocean technicians arrived promptly and looked over our pool system. They said they have both knowledge and experience working with ClFree non-chlorine system, and new fiberglass lining we had installed a year ago. I hope their prices are as good as their prompt attention, and if so, I will update with a review. Update - they never returned and never returned calls! Sales assurances do not equal performance!!!

Luis and his technician were scheduled to arrive between Noon and 2pm. They showed up right at Noon. They performed the new spa set-up, informing me at each step what they were doing, why they were doing it, and what I should do in the future. Very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend Blue Ocean.

So I was getting service from this company for over a year. The filter for my pool broke and I used this company to replace it. I bought a used filter for $400 on 7/10/19 it broke on 8/19/19. When I called all they say is because it was used it has no warranty. I found out the filter they installed was faulty from the start. It had a crack I when it was installed. Now the actually believe Im going to buy a new filter from them, so they can rip me off some more. People be careful, these people are scammers. They saw a single woman and took advantage of my ignorance of pool filters. I got my attorney involved and was told its illegal to knowingly sale a faulty product. Do not do business with them, they are crooks. Will post an update on my small claims against this company.

Blue Ocean Pool & Spa Service provides the best service I have ever gotten from a pool service comp. in the 38 years I have owned my pool. I have had some real flakes cleaning my pool in the past that did a terrible job but the Blue Ocean Guys are great. They do an excellent job keeping my pool clean and balanced with chemicals as well as they also do any repairs to my equipment that is necessary at a very fair price. If you need service they ARE the POOL SERVICE COMPANY to CALL. They have made my life so much easier. Wow what a great company! You wont be disappointed if you chose them.
