Alex was simply the best! He responded quickly, arrived promptly, was polite, friendly, and courteous. When he worked on my freezer, it was clear that he was experienced, efficient and knowledgeable. I had had another company about six months prior because of the same noise, and that company charged an outrageous amount and told me if it happened again, Id need a $610 part. Alex took the freezer apart, checked everything, and assured me that there was absolutely nothing wrong - too much warm air had gotten in and formed ice close to the fan, which made the noise.
